Aloha Villas nel South Maui offre sistemazioni di prima classe sull'oceano. La nostra Plumeria Suite è una delle 4 ville di lusso nel complesso di Aloha Villas. Una spaziosa struttura a due piani a schiera. Il piano terra ha due camere da letto ciascuna con bagno privato. Il soggiorno si apre su un ampio lanai al piano terra dove è possibile rilassarsi e ammirare il tramonto. Su per la scala a chiocciola che porta al secondo soggiorno, cucina e camera matrimoniale. C'è una stanza in polvere bonus e un altro grande lanai fuori dal soggiorno al secondo piano. La suite è arredata e decorata con gusto. Consisteva in 2 master suite con letti king size e una camera per gli ospiti della regina. La cucina è completamente fornita di tutto il necessario per preparare un pasto gourmet. Lavanderia completa con lavatrice / asciugatrice di grande capacità e aria condizionata centralizzata per mantenere la pelle fresca. La Plumeria Suite sarà la tua casa lontano da casa poiché troverai che ha tutto il necessario per rendere la tua vacanza confortevole e piacevole.

Il complesso Aloha Villa comprende una piscina di acqua salata riscaldata circondata da palme, una zona barbecue, lettini a bordo piscina e sala da pranzo, doccia esterna, parcheggi 7-8 recintati, cancelli elettronici, telecamere di sorveglianza perimetrali per la vostra sicurezza. Le ville si trovano a meno di 20 metri dalla spiaggia sabbiosa che si estende per miglia.

The townhouse is one of four units that share a very private pool area. There is one bedroom upstairs with the kitchen and a living room. The downstairs has two bedrooms, another living room and the laundry. The unit is beautiful and the convenience to the beach and the restaurants of Kihei is phenomenal. The kitchen was well appointed and had virtually anything one would need to prepare a meal including a variety of spices. Watching the sun set from the upstairs deck was amazing. The host was attentive with any issue. The upstairs bedroom mattress was comfortable but the two lower bedrooms and very very hard mattresses. The only other issue was the number of homeless people that "lived" in the vicinity. This, of course, is not within the control of the host and those folks were not disruptive or intrusive. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay and I would rent that unit again.

This is a comfortable house with easy access to the beach. It offered more amenities than a second house we stayed in during this trip, providing a generous snack basket and plenty of shampoo, soap, laundry supplies, etc. The house is also well-stocked with games, cards, and other pastimes, which was a nice bonus. Someone's been very thoughtful and anticipated what folks on vacation will want and need. The two-floor arrangement makes it very easy for two couples to have their own private spaces without anyone feeling they got the "bad bedroom." A bonus: there are two large shopping plazas within a five-minute walking distance where great breakfasts, good sushi and seafood, pizza, sports bars, and more can be had. I don't think the VRBO listing makes it clear just how comfortable and convenient this space will be. Highly recommended.

Wonderful vacation!

Aloha Villas is the perfect place to stay in Maui! It’s perfectly located near the resorts, but no need to feel tied down. The pictures on the site don’t do the real thing justice. Just a perfect place to enjoy paradise

Awesome view and very responsive management

The only thing about this that was in any way not great was the dining room table. It's super uncomfortable. The table on the lanai was great but couldn't be used in the rain. The view was spectacular, the location perfect. There were a few issues but the management team responded quickly. There is some mold in the living room at the base of the windows in the living room but that was not an issue for us.

Perfect place on a quiet beach

Very nice three bedroom condominium on a very quiet beach. If you are looking for a busy resort beach area with walking paths to multiple restaurants, boat and kayak rentals in front of your place, parasailing… This isn't the place for you. If you're looking for a quiet beach with a gentle surf, sunsets and sea turtles you've come to the right place. Easy walking distance to several nice restaurants and a grocery store. Very easy driving distance to most attractions. Jude was attentive and responsive to text messages. The condo itself was spotlessly clean and very professionally run with a well-stocked kitchen for utensils and a pool area with multiple beach chairs, umbrellas, yard games etc. There are coolers for you to use on the beach. If you want a small cooler, however bring your own as these are a little large. Would not hesitate to return again - had a wonderful time!

Perfect Home from Home and Base for our Wedding Party

We couldn’t ask for more! Located steps away from the beach we enjoyed walks at sunrise and sunset. It was a perfect haven for our wedding group with a gorgeous pool and lots of outdoor spaces to relax. These beautiful well equipped villas are modern and full of natural light - a fantastic base from which to enjoy the island. We were very happy with our choice and Jude personally checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed.

Love Aloha Villas!

Really nice property for families to stay together. Those with really young kids should be aware that there is no gate around the pool once you’re inside the property and the stairs inside the units are difficult to navigate for toddlers. Otherwise, such a nice beach and easy access to groceries and coffee.

Great Place to stay

Pros, Enjoyed this house very much. Right on the beach, close to stores and restaurants. The big patio doors were very nice, pool was right out of front door, very private area and loved that they had beach chairs and umbrella. Would rent again. Cons, Public access off patio was busy until late at night. The door lock was hard to work.

True Hawaiian Getaway

Our Family of 5 stayed in unit 3 of Aloha Villas and it surpassed all expectations. It is a high end condo with an excellent view and location. Several factors make it definite winner. Beach chairs, umbrellas and towels are all very conveniently provided. Management is over the top helpful and aims to get things right. Everything was in working order... the sliding window wall facing the Beach was the best! The locks and door hardware are industrial grade and take some getting use to but all work just as they should. Finally, with management's permission, one could fit sleep 8 without any problem. The kitchen was workable for a "real" cook but the larger pans, bowels, baking/broiling pans were somewhat deficient. I have stayed at Makena surf several times and overall I would pick this condo again over a 3 bedroom there. The beach is not crowded and has shallow water without a significant surf break. If you want body surfing or other surf activities, you will have to go down the road to makena Beach. Plan to return to Aloha Villas soon.

Perfect vacation!

We were in Villa #3. Really great details made this a wonderful stay! Kitchen was outfitted with all possible appliances and gadgets, beach chairs and umbrellas were so appreciated, the pool was wonderful. Jude was responsive to our needs and even provided a Monopoly game when I told him that the boys liked that game. Definitely recommend this place!

Excellent property

Communication was immediate, the unit was very clean and the overall property was beautiful! Cannot beat waking up to an ocean view. Great little beach for walking or shelling. Multiple units makes this place great for large families or groups that want to stay next to each other. Will definitely book again!

We loved this spot the pool in the front and the beach in the back was so fun. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed & more! Lots of beach chairs, coolers, toys etc. stunning views! Will stay here again!

Great location, views and hospitality.

This was a seamless rental. The property manager was very responsive and outgoing to make us aware of amenities and how to use things there. This property was centrally located in Kihei with easy walking to grocery stores, restaraunts and shops. It was a very enjoyable stay.

Spectacular vacation!

Our week at Aloha Villas was great. The accommodations for cooking, eating, lounging, sleeping, and playing were great. There were 15 of us who had the use of 2 of the villas. The lovely beach in front gave us fabulous sunsets every evening. We were located close to shopping and other conveniences we needed. We had a blast snorkeling, sightseeing, walking the beach and just visiting. The pool was a welcome relief after hiking and seeing the sites during the day. Thank you for supplying the pool toys and the beach towels. They made our packing easier. Having 2 master bedrooms in each unit was great. The kitchens were well stocked with the necessary appliances and there were spices and condiments available in the units. The ample gated parking was great, and it was easy to get wherever we wanted to go. Jude, the new owner, was so very helpful. He responded quickly to any text messages and phone calls. An awesome host. It was a peaceful and relaxing week.

Wonderful place! We will be back!

The condo was beautiful, stylish and location was wonderful! The owners were so nice! We traveled with our parents ages 75-80. The only issue was the stairs made it challenging with them. Beach access was perfect. We could see the sunset from the patio. We wanted unit 1 or 2 but is was already booked so we decided to take unit 3 and I am so glad we did. We will be back with our kids!

Lovely Oceanfront Villas!

The condos we rented were well appointed. It was great to have 3 1/2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms in each unit we rented. It was also nice to have laundry facilities in the units. They provided towels and beach towels for our use. We had access to beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. That was so appreciated! It was great to be so close to the beach and have easy access. The pool was nice, not huge, but very pleasant. The chairs by the pool were kind of a cool design as well. Mimi and Robert were very responsive to our every need. They quickly replaced any kitchen items that were missing or malfunctioning. The beds were comfortable. We loved the big showers in the master bedrooms. The property and villas were very clean. We brought six of our seven kids and their spouses. They were all very impressed with the property and had a great time. We had one couple that slept in a family room on a rollaway bed. It was adequate, if not ideal. But that couple was late in committing to come on the trip, and didn’t stay as long as the other couples. It was the best we could do for them. They didn’t complain. We would definitely rent this property again!

Fantastic beach front location, private pool and great family friendly accommodations!

Mimi and Robert were fantastic hosts and we felt right at home. The units are private, spacious, clean and have all the comforts of home. The location is unbeatable- beach front, steps away from great restaurants and activities. It was the perfect choice for our family vacation. We will definitely be back!

Luxurious accommodations, good view, great host!

We really enjoyed staying in Villa #3 with our family. We were only there for 4 short nights that flew by, but everything that we could have thought of was provided. Directions on how to access the property were clear and sent in advance. Loved the Weber grill by the pool we used to grill some Prime steaks and lamb chops. This house has central A/C which is rare to find, we were comfortably cool the whole time. Special thanks to Mimi for being a great host!

Fantastic property, great location!

Our family - 4 adults and 2 children- had the most wonderful time at the Aloha Villas. The units are all beautiful and each one has a view of the ocean. The beach - just steps away- is incredible. At 7:30’pm you can even catch the turtles coming onto the beach. A very special treat. There is a lovely salt water pool shared with the 3 other units - but it felt like our own. Mimi was a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect- 5 min drive to town- and there is a little supermarket just around the corner from the villas. I would highly recommend the aloha villas for your next trip to Maui and I would definitely stay here again.
