Situato nel centro di Kihei, situato all'estremità settentrionale della bellissima Halama Street. Noleggio a breve termine legale di proprietà e gestione familiare. Da 1 a 6 camere da letto. Contatta il proprietario per i prezzi su unità più piccole. C'è una rampa di scale dall'area di parcheggio alle unità. Camera da letto 1 ha un letto matrimoniale. Camera 2 ha due letti singoli. Camera da letto 3,4,5 al piano rialzato con 2 ingressi indipendenti dall'esterno. Camera da letto al piano di sopra 3 ha un letto matrimoniale, camera da letto # 4 ha un letto matrimoniale e camera da letto 5 un letto matrimoniale. Camera da letto 6 al piano di sotto una regina in camera da letto con un divano letto matrimoniale completo di biancheria da letto matrimoniale e lanai privato. 4 ingressi separati 2 salotti separati e kicthens al piano superiore un soggiorno con divano letto estraibile. Entrambe le unità al piano di sopra hanno kicthens separati e bagni con unità AC in soggiorni e camere da letto. Al piano di sotto unità AC in tutto. Lavanderia a gettoni sulla proprietà. Grill a gas propano esterno 3 Decks fronte oceano al piano superiore 3 lanais al piano di sotto con un tavolo all'aperto per vista mare e pasti all'aperto. Passi a piedi per una spiaggia sabbiosa con ottimo snorkeling, pesca sportiva, windsurf, standup paddle boarding, kite surf kayak e molto altro. Tutto nel tuo cortile! Nuota con honu (tartarughe marine verdi) o goditi l'avvistamento delle balene. Termina la giornata con un barbecue e un tramonto indimenticabile. Dintorni molto tranquilli. 5 minuti da negozi, banche, ristoranti, ufficio postale e altro ancora ....

This is a great location with the beach steps from the back door. Mike is an excellent host, sharing many tips on places to visit plus a pie our last night. There were turtles on the beach daily and we even got to see a Monk seal. There were 11 of us ranging from 5 years to senior adult and we were all happy with the property and location.

The vacation home and Mike being our host made our family vacation exceptional. The home was clean, beautiful and the ocean in the backyard was just amazing. Loved walking the beach at night to see all the turtles. Mike was always helping us out with any questions we had and recommendations. Giving us delicious banana bread a couple times was so generous. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay or a better host.

We stayed for 7 days and 6 nights with 4 families and a total of 12 people. It was a great stay! Low key area and building. Lots of beach equipment included in rental. It is an older unit, so don't expect luxury. Expect to have a great time on a semi-private beach, large back yard, and beautiful sunsets.

We live in Kihei and had our families visit from the east coast. It was the PERFECT house to have multiple family members stay in as there are separate entrances and spaces. Everyone had the most amazing time. You cannot beat the location or view. Truly it made our celebration week once in a lifetime and we wouldn’t change a thing!!! Wish we could do it every year!

Met and exceeded our expectations in all ways. All 14 of us could not say enough. Michael was available, informative but not overbearing. He also provided fishing, snorkeling gear, water shoes, and backyard toys. Even expressed old Hawaiian hospitality by bringing enough fresh fruit to treat all of us. We hated to leave can't wait to go back.

The grounds and the beach access was amazing! Our four families each had lots of outdoor space for hanging out together, and the luxury of privacy in our own separate space when needed. The host, Michael, was gracious and available. I would absolutely stay here again. Mahalo, Michael.

14 of us, four generations, spent a fabulous week celebrating our 60th anniversary. Started off a bit rocky when one unit’s AC died, but our host Mike managed to get it repaired within a couple of days. Family members spent the week, swimming with turtles, fishing, golfing, paddle boarding, playing volleyball, pétanque, corn hole toss and rummikub. A monk seal spent a rare couple days on our beach along with a giant turtle. We spent every morning and most dinners together, on site, enjoying the beautiful sunsets. Mike was a wonderful host, with a wealth of knowledge. He even surprised us with stick donuts one day. We will cherish these memories and hope to return to this happy place in the near future.

The property was gorgeous, tucked back into a quiet corner of the neighborhood, and just feet from a beautiful beach. All of the rooms were well furnished, and provided ample space for our family to stay. We highly recommended the property for large families, or groups of friends, and are looking forward to the next chance we can visit again.

The property is very comfortable, clean and in a prime location right on the beach (including turtles). Mike is a phenomenal host: very accommodating, gracious and generous (surprised us with two pies from a local spot and wine and sparkling wine to help us celebrate our wedding). I would definitely recommend this property to any larger group.

What an absolutely incredible stay!!! Maui Mike made us part of his ohana. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right for our family! We truly appreciated how kind and generous he was and the overall VRBO rental and experience was wonderful!! Each family had their own unit with kitchen and bathroom. Beautiful beach location with plenty of on-site activities. Easy walk to dining and shopping. The host Michael was fabulous, very responsive and friendly. We couldn’t have found a more perfect location for our family vacation!

Wonderful time at a perfect facility for our event -- all children and grandchildren at this beautiful property. Mike Covic is the epitome of Hawaiian graciousness and friendliness. He was instrumental in enhancing the amenities for our stay. And for a pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving!

We really enjoyed our stay in Kihei. We thought we were seeing Sea Otters right off the beach but I think they were Monk Seals. There were also sea turtles right off our beach too. Michael was very helpful and brought what ever we thought about. The place is a little dated but the kitchens have all been remodeled. Beds were comfortable. Check in and check out painless. Just a code for the doors and take out trash.

My family and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property and our host Maui Mike! From the moment we stepped foot on the lawn-it is absolutely breathtaking. We had a large family group and the accommodations were superb! We had breakfast and dinner on the lawn most days. Lots of chairs, water shoes, snorkeling gear etc. Mike came by with stories, fruit, pastries-it was such a welcome treat. Also always willing to give a recommendation or help. The town itself is super fun with lots of restaurants, shops and of course shaved ice. We hope to come back here again and again! Maholo Mike!

Michael's place was perfect for our 3 families to meet/visit. Lots of sleeping space and the ability to share living spaces was perfect. One family of father, two children, spouses and their children fulfilled their mother's wish by bringing their memories and holding a beachside memorial ceremony so their Mom could visit her 50th state in spirit!
