Bella Maui Beachfront Townhouse !! Ottima vista!

LA NOSTRA MAUI BEACH HOUSE ... (Leggi i commenti dei nostri ospiti per vedere quanto è bello questo posto!) Questo è il posto perfetto per una vacanza in famiglia e ritiro !! Ed è proprio sulla spiaggia!

POSIZIONE: proprio su una spiaggia sabbiosa di Kihei, quattro miglia a nord di Wailea. Cammina a pochi passi dal soggiorno e dal ponte sul prato e sulla spiaggia di sabbia. Goditi lunghe passeggiate sulla nostra spiaggia sabbiosa. Spettacolari viste sull'oceano e tramonti dal soggiorno, sul ponte e dalla camera da letto principale - viste su Lanai, Kahoolawe, Molokini e West Maui. Kayak di fronte alla casa per vedere le tartarughe!

DESCRIZIONE: Una grande (1.250 piedi quadrati !!) casa a schiera su misura in sequoia con due camere da letto e tre bagni che abbiamo costruito nel 1977 come rifugio per famiglie - con cucina completamente attrezzata e lavanderia. Questa è una casa sulla spiaggia confortevole e abbiamo recentemente rinnovato, rinnovato e aggiornato. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale, la seconda camera ha due letti singoli e un letto matrimoniale. Il duplex si sviluppa su tre livelli separati, ognuno con il proprio bagno privato. La casa adiacente è l'unica altra unità all'interno della proprietà ed è disponibile anche in affitto per gruppi più numerosi.

SPIAGGIA: una spiaggia sabbiosa con acque calme e protette dalla barriera corallina. Il soggiorno e la camera da letto principale regalano viste spettacolari sulla spiaggia, sull'oceano, sulle balene, sul West Maui e sui tramonti.

GOLF: Elleair Maui Golf Club è a tre isolati di distanza, i famosi campi da golf di Wailea sono a quattro miglia di distanza e tutti gli altri campi di Maui sono facilmente raggiungibili in auto.

TENNIS: i tribunali pubblici sono a pochi isolati di distanza in entrambe le direzioni, altri sono nelle vicinanze.

SNORKELING, SURFING, PADDLE SURFING e WINDSURFING: oltre la barriera corallina proprio di fronte alla casa e in una delle numerose spiagge vicine. Maui Dive Shop è a un isolato. Sali sul prato e salpa direttamente dalla spiaggia.

PISCINA: il centro acquatico Kihei è a due isolati di distanza.

SHOPPING: a un isolato di distanza: ristoranti, negozio di alimentari, ufficio postale, banche, panetteria, ecc.

PULIZIA: l'unità viene pulita e preparata professionalmente prima del vostro arrivo.

All I can say is "Wow". This home was everything we were looking for in a beachfront stay. The host was very kind and responsive. The home is very well stocked and they even went as far as to leave a welcome basket with coffee, snacks, etc. We were a group of six ladies and the three full bathrooms were very much appreciated. Do not worry about there not being air conditioning. We were able to open the windows, etc and there was a comfortable breeze coming thru. We never got hot. On a personal note we loved looking at the pictures of this much loved home over the years and the family that has grown up there. We were so blessed to be able to stay here and hope to return soon.

We loved our time at this home in Maui! The home is exactly as shown online and very clean. Both the owners and property manager were fantastic to work with. Both were very responsive and helpful! The owner was in communication with us leading up to our trip with lots of great suggestions for local activities and restaurants which was greatly appreciated! We are already looking forward to our next trip to Hawaii and would love to stay here again!

Heaven on Earth

Our experience at this house and with Doug and Marti was top notch right from the beginning. The communication with the house was fantastic all the way through, and the house was even better than we expected. It is everything described and even more! If we ever come back to Maui, we would arrange our trip around the availability of this property. I truly can’t explain how wonderful of a time we had here. It is the perfect place to stay at Maui.

Piece of Paradise

We loved our stay here - the home is cozy and the views are amazing. We enjoyed paddleboarding with turtles and seeing them not only on the beach and in the water but from the house as well. The owner and property manager were great and responsive, the home is older, but very well kept and clean. Absolutely would stay here again! No AC, but open windows and fans cooled the place down nicely, especially at night. Would highly recommend!

Doug was extremely communicative throughout the entire experience. The location of the unit is right on a quiet beach in Kihei and only minutes away from restaurants and restaurants, while still tucked away and private. Magical

I highly recommend this VRBO!! It is absolutely magical!! We absolutely loved our stay! The home is exactly as described in the listing. When you're on the property, it feels like you're in a cabin on a private beach. It's so quiet and comfortable that even an extreme type A like me couldn't help but relax. The beach is at the end of the backyard and while the beach is public, it is not crowded. We were able to set up the chairs and umbrella available at the house everyday with lots of room around us. We cooked dinner at the home several evenings, ate on the back deck and watched the sunset. We watched whales and turtles from the deck and beach every day and night. Besides being right on the beach, the location is perfect. Everything you could want is in Kihei, grocery stores, great restaurants, clothes and gift shops. Everything else is a short drive away.

Spectacular Sunsets!!!!

If you are looking for places to stay in Kihei, Maui look no further!!! This townhouse is truly amazing. It has a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, beautiful lanai, rolling lawn right to the beach which you feel is your own. I can't say enough good things about this property, except we didnt want to leave. Also there is a supermarket literally a 3min walk, plus lots of restaurants. Thank you again Doug for sharing your beautiful home with us.

The best week EVER! This location is 10 stars!

We were coming to Maui for our 20th wedding anniversary and plans changed with the fires and we were lucky enough to stumble across this rental. The Shermans home is breathtaking! The history of the home made it more magical for our celebration. Clean is an understatement. It had everything we could possibly need for everyday usage and the beach! We enjoyed our adventures out and coming home to this place was a bonus. There is absolutely no need for a/c so do not let that scare you away, you will be missing out. The inside the house is gorgeous and well the immediate beach access and those views from the house will be forever engrained in our souls. We were able to get in a little bit earlier and contact with the property manager and access was a piece of cake! Our stay was truly dreamy. I hope when we come back to visit Maui that we can get this place or hopefully get just as lucky. It was PERFECT and worth every single penny spent!

Amazing Trip

We had an amazing time. The house is very much as described. Beautiful sunsets right out the back door. The beach is located right over the sand dune - and even though it's not actually a private beach - because of the location, it almost seems that way. We had one issue with the dryer that was taken care of immediately! Great place, great time, great hosts! Thanks Doug!

Perfect piece of Paradise

Beautiful home on a beach that felt very private. Watched sea turtles and sunsets on the beach right in front of the house. Had everything that we needed at the house, including beach chairs. Was a couple block walk to the grocery store and restaurants. Perfect house in the perfect location! The host was very quick to respond to any questions that we had. Would definitely stay again!

Our view from the home was incredible. Each morning we were greeted with a slight breeze and blue skies. We toasted each evening's sunset with champagne and enjoyed the ocean view from the patio.

Amazing property

We loved our stay! Beds were comfortable, house was exactly as described, communication with the manager was excellent! The beach is right over the the grass hill and the sand was so soft! Easy entry to the water if you want to swim or rent paddle boards. We had a great stay!

This property delivered on all of the promises of the listing. The location offered great privacy, sunsets, and access to food and shops within walking distance. It was well equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen and for the beach. Nice architecture and construction. Great communication from the host. I highly recommend it!
