One of the best condos we have stayed at. Very clean, perfect location and Chad responded quickly to the one issue we had and it was probably user error. Hope to be back next year!

This place is great! You sit in the deck & feel like you’re on a cruise. The building is great - super quiet & the management is on top of everything. Would definitely stay here again if ever back in Maui. Great location, condo is well equipped & very comf!!

We loved spending time on the balcony watching the sunsets! The little beach at the complex was perfect for a calm, relaxing time. The condo itself was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was fabulous, close to pretty much everything. The host was incredibly responsive to our questions. We would love to stay here again.

The location of "Can't Get any Closer to the Ocean" was perfect! Nothing beats that view while sitting on the balcony, drinking coffee! The condo and the building were very clean, kitchen was stocked with everything you need, although we mostly used the outside grills (which were cleaned every morning!). We will most definitely stay here again! Mahalo for sharing your beautiful place!

Chad is the greatest VRBO host on the planet. Out of 7 stays in Kihei in 8 years, this was by far our favorite one. Everything was modern and updated and every detail was thought of. There’s a great restaurant in the 1st floor (Monsoon) and the views of West Maui and the ocean are stunning.

Birthday getaway

I took my wife to Hawaii for her birthday and stayed here during our trip. The view from the condo is incredible, a great place to watch the sunset over maui. The condo also had beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers, a beach mat and umbrella available for our use. . It is also well located in Kihei. Very close to grocery stores, shops, resturants. There is also 2 very nice beaches located steps away from the ground level of the condo complex. I would 100% stay here again.

Amazing space

Great condo located on the beach with amazing views! This unit was comfortable, clean, had everything we needed, and the manager was great to work with. The location of the unit is perfect close to Wailea and Lahaina.

The view out of the lanai was absolutely perfect, the highlight for us. The unit was also clean and had everything we needed for the stay. Location-wise pretty good, central to things we were doing.

Floating above the ocean!

Beautiful sunsets from the patio that felt like you were floating above the ocean. We spent way more hours than intended sitting there, watching the waves and the canoes. Nice place overall with very well stocked kitchen.

Everything was perfect

Beautiful clean and spacious unit. Chad was extremely accommodating and responsive the whole time. We didn't even have to run the AC, the unit doesn't get hot during the day and the ocean breeze really helps keeping the air moving. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Great for Whale Watching

Overall a wonderful stay! Beautiful place, quiet, and being right on the water was magical. Enjoyed whale watching from the balcony, the condo even came with nice binoculars! It is right on an ancient fish pond which provides a shallow protected swimming spot. The beaches next to the building are very nice (bring water shoes for the coral). There is an A/C in the bedroom and in the living room. With the windows open the living room and kitchen don't need A/C. The bedroom can get stuffy at night so the A/C is nice for that. (Unfortunately the bedroom A/C was broken most of the time but the host was really great about trying to get it fixed so we really don't hold it against the property). Well stocked kitchen, we did a lot of cooking (and eating fruit) and never were in need of anything. The host was very kind to let us know we could go in early which was great since we were tired from our flight. The condo building seems to be very well managed. Good to know: The couch does fold out into a bed but is small and would not be great for two adults, fine for one or for kids. The photo shows the balcony has a bar height table and chairs, now there are 4 chairs and two small coffee tables (which worked out fine). We would love to stay there again!

Can't beat the view

The property is in North Kihei, which is less congested. You can't walk to anything but everything is a short car ride. The unit was nice, not luxurious. There is a small beach adjacent to the property. In front of the property is a break wall which protected the shore and made swimming/snorkeling better, especially for yougner children. The grounds were well manicured. Every morning the sea turtles would come in and hang around the break wall which was fun to see.

Vacation. Maui for the 4th time

Came back to south Maui for the first time. What a great choice. Slower pace, close to everything activities, restaurants, beaches. Fish pond outside condo 3’ deep. Saw 15/20 turtles every morning from the balcony and watched them beach themselves. Condo was excellent. Listen, bathrooms, bedrooms Well Rocked. Property manager checked in with us. Everything we would need including beach chairs, snorkel gear. Great sunsets from the balcony!!! We will be back

What a view!

The property was clean and nicely updated. Had everything we could have needed for our stay including beach chairs and an umbrella. A/C worked great and having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge plus. The locations was perfect. Central to everything we wanted to do while we were in Maui. Watching the sunset from the balcony never got old! Even saw sea turtles from the balcony every morning! Overall a great experience staying here and it made for an amazing anniversary trip for my wife and I.

Family Trip

We traveled with a family group who all stayed in the same building. By comparison, our condo was far better suited to our creature comforts — great view, reliable appliances, and a/c, all amid thoughtful original artworks. Chad was easy & quick to communicate with. And the location made our first visit to Maui very convenient.
