Vivi un angolo di paradiso ...
Goditi i panorami mozzafiato e i suoni delle onde che lambiscono il lanai, il soggiorno e la camera da letto principale. Addormentarsi e svegliarsi dolcemente ai suoni del surf. Siediti sul letto e guarda l'oceano, facilmente come se fossi sulla spiaggia. Goditi le viste spettacolari della montagna di West Maui, l'isola di Lanai, i tramonti mozzafiato, le megattere che allevano le balene (dicembre - aprile) e le tartarughe marine che si nutrono vicino alla riva.

Questo lussuoso appartamento con 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni e il 5 ° piano è stato completamente ristrutturato fino alle borchie senza spese risparmiate! Questo condominio è il nostro orgoglio e la nostra gioia, e siamo felici di condividerlo con i nostri ospiti: pavimenti in travertino e ripiani in granito in tutto, acciaio inossidabile, elettrodomestici da cucina di alta gamma, TV LCD e lettori DVD in ciascuno camera da letto, centro di intrattenimento integrato con sistema di intrattenimento Bose 3-2-1 in ottima sala, 2 Soundtouch10 bluetooth Bose, Internet wireless ad alta velocità gratuito, ventilatori a soffitto in ogni stanza, aria condizionata regolabile separatamente in ogni stanza, unità lavatrice / asciugatrice, blocco di vetro e docce con pareti in marmo italiano in ogni bagno, doppi lavandini in bagno padronale, arredi di design e biancheria ...
Ma l'ironia è che potresti non essere in grado di distrarti dai panorami e dai suoni del lanai, che si trova a soli 20 metri dall'oceano!

Il Royal Mauian è costruito su una colata di lava, direttamente tra 2 delle spiagge più belle, lunghe e sabbiose di Maui (spiagge Kamaole I e II). Il Royal Mauian offre una piscina riscaldata sull'oceano e un giardino sul tetto recentemente rinnovato, dotato di 4 nuovissime griglie a gas, cucina completamente attrezzata, ampi tavoli da pranzo per godersi una cena sull'oceano o un cocktail tranquillo alla fine della giornata e, soprattutto, uno straordinario Vista a 360 gradi, che include il Monte Haleakala di 10.000 piedi, l'oceano e le isole vicine e i tramonti più belli di Maui! Non perdere l'occasione di grigliare e goderti la cena qui !!

Le attività disponibili sono troppo numerose per essere menzionate, data la superba posizione del Royal Mauian, a sole 2 miglia a nord di Wailea con i suoi rinomati negozi e i campi da golf di Robert Trent Jones, e facilmente raggiungibile in auto dalla vetta di Haleakala e dall'indimenticabile Road to Hana. Lo snorkeling è eccellente direttamente di fronte al condominio, così come numerosi altri luoghi nelle vicinanze.

We had an excellent stay. The condo was well stocked with all amenities imaginable. It was very nice not to have to worry about beach chairs, coolers, etc. The condo is in an excellent location in Kihei, ideally situated between Kamaole 1 and 2 beaches, with an amazing view from the lanai. We were able to watch sea turtles feed on the rocks every amazing day. The host, Diana, was very accommodating and checked in periodically to ensure that our trip was going smoothly. We will definitely return.

This cozy condo is in a perfect location! Ocean views and stunning sunsets make it ideal for anyone seeking total relaxation. A beautiful beach is just a short walk away. Beautiful condo, amazing views!

From the minute we walked in the door we knew we found the perfect property for us! This unit truly is exactly as wonderful as the listing states. Beautifully updated and exceptionally clean, and best of all wonderfully appointed with great amenities! The kitchen offered new appliances, new pots and pans, and every appliance you could possibly need. Additionally, there were plenty of spices, coffee filters, and the basics to get us through the week. The owners also provided 4 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, boogie boards, beach towels, and snorkel gear. They’ve truly thought of everything! We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Maui!

Great Stay at Royal Mauian

The property was just as advertised. Extremely well supplied with beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, cooler), everything we needed in the kitchen, laundry and entertainment. The rooftop was great for cooking and enjoying the sunset. The location was convenient to the beach and restaurants. The best snorkeling of our trip was right outside our window!

Another Amazing Visit to Diane's Condo

While you can stay at other units at the Royal Mauian, you will not find one that has more comfortable furnishings or everything you need when you want to stay in and fix a meal. Diane is always available to handle any issue or question. We have been coming to Maui for years and will not stay anywhere else!

Amazing Stay!!!

I'm so glad we booked this location. Diana is a great host and provided all the information, details, answers, etc. prior to our trip and during our trip. We didn't have any issues, she just followed up to make sure things were going ok. The location of the property is great. Excellent beach and snorkeling access right outside your door. The area is very family friendly with food, shops, rental equipment right across the street. The condo is really nice and very well maintained. Very clean and updated and everything worked as expected. We didn't cook a ton but everything you need is provided and the appliances are new and really nice. Beach chairs, mats, and towels were provided along with some boogie boards and pool toys. The pool is also great. It has a glass fence which blocks out some of the wind but doesn't restrict the view. I would 100% stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great vacation.

Outstanding Unit in Maui

We have been coming to Maui for over 30 years and Diana's unit is incredible! She has thought of everything a guest could want. You can tell the pride they take in this unit from the comfortable furniture to the beautiful artwork! Diana is a very thoughtful host and is available to help in any way. Can't beat the view

The view from this 5th floor unit is amazing and there are beautiful beaches on either side of the property within a few minutes walk. We loved the rooftop area. We grilled dinner up there a couple of times. Diana, the owner was very attentive and answered any questions promptly. The only negative which did not hinder our enjoyment at all but wanted to mention was that the unit was smaller than we expected. Our group consisted of two couples and the second bathroom was very tiny. The kitchen was also pretty small. It seemed the pictures made it seem roomier than it actually was in person. Having said that, after initially being a bit surprised by the size, the location and amenities more than made up for it

Absolute paradise.

I can't say enough about our stay. It was our (my family, including two teenage daughters) first time to visit Maui, and we picked this location after a good deal of research and couldn't have picked a better spot for everything that we wanted to get out of this vacation. The condo itself it perfect, and full of new appliances (that may have actually been a little smarter than me, tbh.) Diane was so easy to communicate with and so very helpful at every turn. We loved our sunsets on the rooftop, from the balcony, and from the grassy lawn. We loved being on the oceanside of Kihei Road. We loved having the grills available to us. We loves snorkeling and swimming with turtles right outside of the back door. If (when) we make a return trip, I'm glad to know that I won't have to spend one minute trying to decide where to stay.

Right on the beach

Property we close to the beach, which was a priority for us. Saw sea turtles multiple times from the balcony from on the beach. Close to everything we needed but not so crowded to be able to enjoy. Had a great time!

My husband, son, daughter-in-law and I stayed for 7 nights and our condo accommodations, location to beaches and activities and contact with the rental owner couldn’t have been better. Perfect Paradise location condo

Our two week stay was absolute perfection! So many positives about this condo. Beautifully decorated, updated, clean, conveniently located, stunning views of the sunsets, direct access to the beach, rooftop garden, etc. If you like to snorkel, just walk right out to the beach and snorkel with a variety of fish and sea turtles! Snorkel equipment to rent is available right across the street along with other rentals such as paddle boards. Paddle boarding in the morning is perfect! Diana was extremely helpful with any questions and responded immediately. If you choose to stay at this beautiful condo, you will not be disappointed! We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Maui!

Paradise!

The property is absolutely perfect! My sister and I were looking for a beautiful oceanfront place to relax and escape. The unit is clean, fresh and very comfortable. We spent the majority of our time on the balcony enjoying the stunning ocean view or at the beach steps from the property. The building is convenient to grocery, food and coffee just across the street. Diana was a perfect host and we could not ask for a better managed unit or building. 5 days at this lovely property! Super easy access to beach and wandering on a walk. The rooftop dining area was wonderful. The lanai at the condo was amazing and a great view of the ocean. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Everything you will need is within walking distance including a health food store across the street who will refill 1 gallon water bottles for 50 cents, a terrific restaurant nearby, massage and water sports rentals, cinnamon rolls. Minutes from Wailea shopping. Diana provides towels, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, snorkeling gear

Amazing Property for your Hawaiian Holiday

This is a great property located right on the ocean. The condo is completely updated and has everything you could ever need for your stay. The amenities of the building are great and the location can’t be beat, with shops and restaurants right across the street. Diana is an excellent host and was in contact with us to make sure we were having a magical expierience.

Great Condo

We had a very nice stay In Diana"s condo. Great location, comfortable and clean. Would recommend and would definitely stay again. Diana was easy to work with and very accommodating.
