B102 è un'ottima ristrutturazione a pochi passi da una delle migliori spiagge di Kihei

Questo è un bellissimo condominio ristrutturato con colori vivaci. Questo condominio si trova nella parte anteriore del complesso, uno dei più vicini alla spiaggia. È stato aggiornato con tutti i nuovi mobili nell'autunno del 2013. Questo è l'unico condominio che abbiamo e l'abbiamo attrezzato per essere estremamente confortevole per la nostra famiglia e la vostra. Bagno ristrutturato nel luglio 2016 con cabina doccia piastrellata e nuova toeletta.

C'è un letto king-size nel master con un divano pieghevole aggiornato nella zona giorno. Il divano ha un topper tempurpedic extra per un maggiore comfort.

La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario e di extra. Gli extra includono cuociriso, robot da cucina Ninja e frullatore. Ci sono un sacco di padelle e stoviglie per avere amici a cena.

Abbiamo fornito 4 sedie a sdraio, ombrelloni e altre cose da spiaggia per trascorrere una fantastica giornata in spiaggia.

L'unità ha un nuovissimo (a giugno 2015) unità split ad alta efficienza a / c e ventilatori a soffitto in soggiorno e camera da letto. C'è una ventilazione trasversale e una fresca brezza dell'oceano nella maggior parte dei giorni.

La TV è una TV intelligente con un DVR e netflix è attivato per il tuo divertimento. Il telefono include chiamate locali gratuite verso il Canada e gli Stati Uniti. WIFI GRATIS. Router wireless o connessione via cavo ethernet. Velocità elevata per upload o download, nessuna restrizione.

Una cassaforte programmabile in camera si trova nell'armadio principale per la custodia dei vostri oggetti di valore. Può essere programmato con il tuo codice privato o utilizzare una patente di guida o qualsiasi carta di credito con una banda magnetica per comodità.

Questo condominio si trova verso la parte anteriore del complesso, quindi è facile entrare e uscire dal condominio. Il condominio ha un traffico pedonale limitato perché non si trova sulla via diretta verso altri condomini. La passerella per altri condomini è vicina ma non va direttamente di fronte alla nostra unità.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was well stocked, the location was close to the beach and we enjoyed meeting new people at the hot tub at the end of our day. I enjoyed sitting on the Lani and listening to the birds in the morning. The host was helpful and wonderful to work with. We would definitely stay again.

The only complaint was the bedroom is uncomfortably warm. While the living room/kitchen area is air conditioned, the bedroom is not. Due to the floor plan the AC doesn’t make it to the bedroom. The location awesome! The amenities included such as beach gear .. awesome!

Nice condo in

The location is hard to beat—walking distance from gogeous Kamaole Beach Park 1, plus a bunch of decent cafes, bakeries, and ABC store as well. Plenty of beach stuff (chairs, umbrellas, toys, cooler, bodyboards, fins).Taking a point off for the disgusting state we found the pack-and-play crib in. Ut was all stained and in rough shape—hardly a place you would put a toddler to sleep. The owner, however, was very responsive and arranged a new crib for us before the end of the arrival day.

Fabulous location

Thank you for the use of your beautiful Maui home. We had a wonderful vacation and found the condo just perfect! The condo was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay, and the complex is nice and well maintained. The location can't be beat and communication with the property owner was fabulous. We would definitely stay again. This condo is on the ground floor, so you don't get the views afforded by units higher up in this complex - but the benefit is less stairs and an easier walk to the beach, etc.

Absolutely perfect

This unit is perfectly located and thoroughly equipped. No need to rent snorkel gear, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, or beach toys-- it was all there, and more! A cozy bed with loads of pillows, blackout curtains, two blenders, a step stool, a small pack-n-play, and a surprisingly functional and comfy hide-a-bed were just a few of the homey touches that we enjoyed. The dishwasher and washer/dryer were nicer appliances than the ones we have at home. Kitchen layout was intuitive and functional (again, nicer than our kitchen at home). The turquoise decor made us feel like we were at the beach, even when we were still inside. The only bummer about the B and D buildings at Kihei Ali'i Kai is that the afternoon sun hits the lanai pretty strong, and that can heat things up in the afternoon, but Tabbi and Marc have mitigated this with a super functional full-length curtain and strong AC unit. We ran AC for a few hours every afternoon for nap time, and the rest of the time we left it off and opened doors/windows to enjoy a crossbreeze through the screens. The lanai has a nice hedge around it which helps with privacy (and/or escaping toddlers), but it's also crazy convenient to parking and the beach. We used a wagon to go to and fro, and it was so convenient not to have to worry about stairs or elevators. I'm already dreaming of a return trip, and I hope this unit is available again because I would re-book without hesitation! MAHALO, Tabbi and Marc!

Absolutely perfect!!

This property is well looked after, it was spotless and had everything we needed. Plenty of room for our family of four. Walking distance to shopping, groceries and restaurants and is 2 minutes from the most beautiful beach. The host is very welcoming and responsive. We will definitely be staying here again. Very nice

Stayed a week and enjoyed the stay. Supplied with more than we needed for our stay. Had a little problem with the door lock but the deadbolt lock was more than sufficient. Bed was very comfortable and the washer/dryer was most useful.

Perfect getaway location

This place was amazing. It was clean, felt like a home, had everything we could need to enjoy our time there and the location was perfect. Close to the beach and food options but tucked away just enough so there was no traffic, it felt very private. Wish we had more time on Maui, will be back and would definitely stay here again.

The unit was clean and conveniently located across the street from a great child-friendly beach. There were beach toys for the kids, boogey boards, beach snorkeling gear, chairs, umbrellas, coolers. Everything you could possibly need! Parking was easy and free. The host was communicative and instructions for checking in and out couldn't have been clearer. My family can't wait to come back and visit again. 5 Stars!!!

What a great place to stay! We enjoyed it very much! It’s very clean and spacious. The location is amazing - close to restaurants, ABC stores, beach… There are beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys in the unit - saved us from renting those! We will definitely recommend it to everyone for your stay in Maui!

Checkin/Parking

We had a one night stay, arriving in the evening. The checkin process was easy following the owner's emailed instructions. Parking can be a bit of an issue as there are two lots, one small lot near the owner's unit and another larger lot up the hill above all the units. On arrival, try to park in the lower lot or at least take your luggage to the condo unit from the lower lot. If there are no (non-owner) parking spaces available in the lower lot, you will need to park up the hill in the (non-owner) part of the upper lot. Another step is that you need to get a parking tag from the kiosk near the swimming pool, put part of it in your vehicle and leave the rest (with your car license number) in a box in the kiosk near the pool.

Easy access and walking distance to everything! Fully stocked and I mean fully stocked from kitchen supplies to toiletries (even a flat iron!) Love that snorkeling gear and all beach items were available!!!

Excellent Location! Above average quality and value.

After almost a dozen visits to the island I have settled on South Kihei as my favorite spot for an all-around great Maui experience. The quantity of proximate conveniences is almost overwhelming and the beaches are great, particularly for kids and swimming. This condo sits at the front of the complex, which gives you a short walking distance to S. Kehei Road and the beach. It also comes with a little more noise, nearby businesses, S. Kihei Road, etc... It is on the gound floor, which we used for access more often than the front door. The condo is above average in all regards, but fails to make the 5 star mark for reasons like: broken (and very cheap) kitchen garbage can, 2 rolls of tp for a 6 day stay, no dishwasher tablets, plastic cups, cheap pillows, etc... I could go on as I am a critic, but I think you get the picture. I WOULD recommend this rental to someone if you understand you are getting a 4 star accomodation. We are very clean people and this did satisfied us, but did not impress... again 4 star quality. The value is there. Pay more if you want more, but this condo delivers for what I paid for it. Also, the owner was very communicative and prompt when I requested a late check-out due to a cancelled departure flight, which she granted.
