Questo pittoresco e privato arredato con due camere da letto, due bagni di casa è immerso nel proprio giardino e si trova a pochi passi da Kamaole Beach # 1-uno dei più bei tratti di sabbia lungo l'oceano in tutta Maui! . Se cavalcare le onde è per te- Cove Park è vicino- il posto perfetto per coloro che imparano a "appendere dieci"! La casa è stata recentemente ristrutturata e ora ha diviso le unità di condizionamento dell'aria attraverso ... oltre a una cucina aggiornata da cima a fondo! Bagni aggiornati da cima a fondo! E nuovi arredi, confortevoli e con un'isola tropicale! Hale Kihei è accessibile ai disabili, con rampe e altri alloggi. Questo è il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi e godersi il meglio di Maui. Dopo una giornata in spiaggia con sole e divertimento, il fresco lanai con vista sul giardino ombreggiato è il luogo ideale per gustare una bevanda rinfrescante, leggere un libro o fare un pisolino. La cucina ben progettata e attrezzata si apre sul lanai per mangiare all'aperto. C'è anche una griglia di barbecue a propano per cucinare alcuni preferiti dell'isola. The house was located central S. Kihei Rd. Fit the 6 of us well. The lanai was wonderful to sit and talk while watching the sun set. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed although all we really did was eat out every day. The 2nd room bed was comfortable. There were a ton of towels and beach chairs, even a few coolers. The outdoor shower was great to rinse off after the beach. The only negative was it was a mild challenge to get out of the driveway as it is right off S. Kihei rd

Great location but not clean and not well managed property

Location is great (almost ocean front) But house has a smell and does not look clean Only 3 sets of bath towels. All towels smelled because they absorb that from the house. No wine glasses.

Perfect Paradise Pad

We LOVED our stay in this sincere property. It is a rare case where the home felt MORE spacious than the listing images. Management was very responsive - replaced a bulb in hours. Well stocked kitchen utensils. But the real highlight is the short path from the backyard directly to the ocean. You have a view of the waves from the kitchen sink! Only 4/5 is for location as the house is on a main road where folks like to drive with VERY loud music throughout the day and evening. It did NOT affect our sleep however. Would stay again.

Love this location! Appreciated ice pack in freezer. Updated patio furniture would be nice. More paper products for a two week stay would have been nice. Appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella. Outdoor shower wasn’t working, but used hose provided. Kitchen slider never worked correctly even after repair person came. Great customer service through Bello Reality.

Great spot traditional Hawaiian stay!

We loved it! Amazing location, 1 minute walk to the beach. HUGE private lanai, nice grassy area below. House had croquet set, very fun for the kids. Tons of beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, cooler, toys). New AC units were great in July! Private parking spot. One room is much bigger than the other, but everything very comfortable. Very big common area. Only issue was floor and fans were dirty/dusty, but that didn’t affect us at all. Would 100% stay there again.

Maui Vacation

The property's two bedrooms and two bathrooms was made perfect with the large living room, dining room, kitchen, and kitchen nook table. The expansive deck with seating for twelve provides plenty of space and options for relaxing at this home. The proximity of the beach was fantastic.

Perfect!

We loved staying here, it was perfect for our family. It was so close to the beach, and we all loved hanging out on the large deck when we were at the house. There were some ants as others had mentioned but it was so minor and never a problem at all. The huge sliding glass doors made the house feel so open with so much light it was awesome. There was an outside shower area next to the house which was so nice to use when we’d come in from the beach. We have a large family so it can be stressful trying to get everyone cleaned off good enough so we don’t track sand around houses that we stay at and the outside shower eliminated that problem for us. There is not a single thing we didn’t love about staying there and we would definitely stay here again

Fantastic house and location

Besides a small ant problem, this house was immaculately clean. (Store all food & fruit in the fridge) They provided coolers, beach chairs, beach umbrella, family games, paper items, soaps, and more. The proximity to the beach can’t be beat. Many eateries within walking distance, we loved the Cinnamon Roll Place and Maui Fish & Chips and also Kinaole food truck. The house is as described and the yard / trees is stunning. Huge covered patio. Big kitchen. Tons of windows. Hard to keep the master bed & bath cold, but we sure did appreciate having A/C. Would definitely recommend!!

Amazing beach home!

This property was everything we could have hoped for! The listing was 100% accurate. Plenty of room to park and offload, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all the utensils you could need, and there were plenty of beach supplies. Beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toys, and if you need anything else there is a Boss Frogs just down the road. The lanai is spacious and has a wonderful view. The backyard is a nice size and the grass is super soft with plumeria trees right in the yard. The beach access is perfect and private! You can actually see and hear the beach from the lanai! The house is in a great location and within walking distance to many restraunts, food trucks, and shops. It does sit on then main road and Hawaiians do love to share their music at all hours, so keep that in mind. A fan helped to cover the noise a bit. This was a wonderful house and we will definitely be staying here on our next Maui trip! Aloha!

Great place to stay!

This house is fantastic. A couple steps from the beach but still with a private, spacious deck in a very lush and tropical setting. Also fabulous location with many restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful back yard where we played croquet and got to watch a chicken and cat who appear to be friends! Would definitely recommend!

Great location and home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Hale Kihei. The home was clean and more spacious than we expected. The bathrooms and kitchen were recently renovated and the beds were comfortable. The lanai and backyard are the gems of this home. Plenty of seating with a secluded yard. There is another home between Hale Kihei and the beach, but due to the orientation of that home, the back yard was very private and the path provided easy access to the beach. The home is walking distance to grocery, restaurants, and shops. Highly recommended!

An Amazing Property, Close to Beach!!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! The description was accurate, it was easy to get to, and the beach access was right there. Some comments on other reviews and some notes from our experience: -It is close to the road and you can hear the cars. It was hot while we were there so we had fans going around the clock and that drowned out the road noise, we didn't even notice it... until... every few minutes a car with subs would go by. We didn't know people still bumped that much anymore lol. It didn't go late though, the road quieted down a bit when it was time to sleep. -There are a ton of things already at the house that you could need. We rented equipment from Maui Vacation Equipment Rentals and they coordinated with the property managers to deliver the items ahead of our arrival. We also stopped by Walmart on the way there to get items we didn't think the house would have. Come to find out, it had nearly everything. Extra fans (we like fans), beach toys for kids, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, coolers, beach towels, umbrella, etc. We should have taken an inventory first because we didn't need to buy/rent all the extra stuff. -The reviews said that there were only two AC units (in the bedrooms). Perhaps there has been an upgrade since those because there were 4 units: one in each bedroom, the living room, and the kitchen. They kept the house a great temperature even though it was high 80's outside. -The back side of the property is paradise with it's own private yard and a shower to rinse off when you get back from the beach. The kids loved exploring around the yard, finding coconuts from the large palm and lizards galore, all while we could see them from the deck and kitchen. -The master bathroom could use some more privacy. There aren't curtains/blinds and though it would be really tough for someone to see in, it was uncomfortable watching the cars/people go by thinking that someone could see in. -The beach is a 30 second walk down a private path. The access was very easy, though the trail could be maintained more (large dead palm leaves that had fallen had to be moved so the kiddos could easily walk it. This was our first time renting a house in HI instead of a hotel and we will never do it any other way now. Having multiple bathrooms, outdoor shower, laundry room, privacy, etc. was such luxury compared to a hotel. Overall, the property highly exceeded our expectations and we will definitely look to rent from here again!

Our Stay: Pros/Cons

Pros: 1. GREAT location to the beach. So easy and nice to walk right out the back, down a small path, and to the beach. Perfect for sunsets and morning beach walks. Decent snorkeling from this beach too with frequent turtle sightings. 2. Back patio and yard are great! We had several fun bbq's and enjoyed the sounds of the waves. Back yard is big! Do note, the backyard is not right on the beach. There is another house in the way. The path to the beach runs next to the other house. You can't see this form the pics so just letting you know, this is NOT a beach front house. You can see the beach from the back patio but you are NOT right on the beach. 3. Loved the house layout. Kids on one side, adults on the other. 4. Washer/Dryer worked great and very nice to have. 5. House came with basic beach things like coolers, umbrellas, towels, beach chairs. Very nice! 6. Easy walk down to restaurants, ABC (convenient store), and The Cove for surfing lessons. Cons: 1. Contrary to other reviews, the front of the house is right on the main street, You DO get noise and the locals love their bass filled cars and bumping at 3am. Happened ALOT. 2. Hot water runs out pretty quick with a family of four. 3. You can't leave any food on the counter that has been opened. The ants came out fast and in large amounts. We resorted to putting everything, including chips etc in the fridge. Wasn't a big deal but worth knowing in advance. 4. Small point, but the house lacks electrical outlets. Luckily we brought a multiple plug outlet so we could use the fan, sound machine, and charge phones. 5. Beds and pillows could use an upgrade.

Perfect place to stay

This property has absolutely everything you will need. It was even above our expectations. House is lovely, deck is lovely, yard is so nice and ocean is literally steps away down a private path. We couldn’t have asked for much more. Tons of extras like games and beach stuff provided.

Ready for Island adventure

LOVED this place! The beach is just steps away, you can hear the waves from the back deck and I would literally wake up and lean over to open the bedroom sliding door and lay there listening to the ocean. Heavenly! We went with our niece and nephew in law, who took the second bedroom, and our college age daughter, who took the sofa sleeper. Plenty of space for all of us. Kehei was a great place to stay. We rented a car but also walked for breakfast and dinner and had a ton of choices. We will definitely rent this very house again!

Great stay.

Amazing locations steps from the beach. How has everything you need. It’s no frills but the location was just wonderful. The road noise the others complained about wasn’t an issue for us at all. Loved our experience there.

Wonderful house, great location!

My family had a great time in Maui staying in this house! The convenience to the gorgeous beach was amazing. The layout of the house was perfect, and the back deck was a great hang out spot. The twin beds were a little short for my teens, but that is my only criticism!! Otherwise, perfect!
