Questo pittoresco e privato arredato con due camere da letto, due bagni di casa è immerso nel proprio giardino e si trova a pochi passi da Kamaole Beach # 1-uno dei più bei tratti di sabbia lungo l'oceano in tutta Maui! . Se cavalcare le onde è per te- Cove Park è vicino- il posto perfetto per coloro che imparano a "appendere dieci"! La casa è stata recentemente ristrutturata e ora ha diviso le unità di condizionamento dell'aria attraverso ... oltre a una cucina aggiornata da cima a fondo! Bagni aggiornati da cima a fondo! E nuovi arredi, confortevoli e con un'isola tropicale! Hale Kihei è accessibile ai disabili, con rampe e altri alloggi. Questo è il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi e godersi il meglio di Maui. Dopo una giornata in spiaggia con sole e divertimento, il fresco lanai con vista sul giardino ombreggiato è il luogo ideale per gustare una bevanda rinfrescante, leggere un libro o fare un pisolino. La cucina ben progettata e attrezzata si apre sul lanai per mangiare all'aperto. C'è anche una griglia di barbecue a propano per cucinare alcuni preferiti dell'isola. We absolutely loved this house!! The sounds of the waves was so relaxing. We genuinely didn’t want to leave. The home is exactly as pictured. We have no regrets and hope to stay here again.

The access to the beach is phenomenal and the location in Kihei is central to the rest of the activities we did on the island. The house is well kept, clean and well stocked for an extended stay. We love this house! This was our third stay here and it has gotten better every time. The upgrades to the deck, outdoor seating and beach path were very nice. The location is amazing, close to everything. We like that this house offers the best beach on Maui, but also a bit of privacy and the feel of the tropics with all the beautiful trees, birds, and geckos (they are so cute)! The house is spacious enough that we didn't feel cramped and we basically had 2 master bedrooms. We're already planning for next year and will definitely book this house again!

Magical from every angle!

The views are INCREDIBLE from the huge lanai, the stunning trees, the fun lizards and daily visits from "Becky" the yard chicken - it was our favorite trip to maui yet!The outdoor shower was amazing after the beach. The beds were so comfortable. The bathrooms were well stocked with towels and very large!tons of beach gear and we left behind more and a cornhole board. Walking distance to restraunts and an ABC store.Overall an amazing stay and we cannot wait to go back!

Maui Vacation

The property's two bedrooms and two bathrooms was made perfect with the large living room, dining room, kitchen, and kitchen nook table. The expansive deck with seating for twelve provides plenty of space and options for relaxing at this home. The proximity of the beach was fantastic.

House was clean and mostly in good condition. The only real complaint is that the twin beds are short. My 5'3" daughter's feed hung off the end. Also, in the house there was nowhere comfortable to sit, and no cushions on the outside chairs so you couldn't sit long out there either. I would recommend this property but with the caveats around furniture.

The house was located central S. Kihei Rd. Fit the 6 of us well. The lanai was wonderful to sit and talk while watching the sun set. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed although all we really did was eat out every day. The 2nd room bed was comfortable. There were a ton of towels and beach chairs, even a few coolers. The outdoor shower was great to rinse off after the beach. The only negative was it was a mild challenge to get out of the driveway as it is right off S. Kihei rd

Location is great (almost ocean front) But house has a smell and does not look clean Only 3 sets of bath towels. All towels smelled because they absorb that from the house. No wine glasses.

Great spot traditional Hawaiian stay!

We loved it! Amazing location, 1 minute walk to the beach. HUGE private lanai, nice grassy area below. House had croquet set, very fun for the kids. Tons of beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, cooler, toys). New AC units were great in July! Private parking spot. One room is much bigger than the other, but everything very comfortable. Very big common area. Only issue was floor and fans were dirty/dusty, but that didn’t affect us at all. Would 100% stay there again.

Perfect Paradise Pad

We LOVED our stay in this sincere property. It is a rare case where the home felt MORE spacious than the listing images. Management was very responsive - replaced a bulb in hours. Well stocked kitchen utensils. But the real highlight is the short path from the backyard directly to the ocean. You have a view of the waves from the kitchen sink! Only 4/5 is for location as the house is on a main road where folks like to drive with VERY loud music throughout the day and evening. It did NOT affect our sleep however. Would stay again.

Perfect!

We loved staying here, it was perfect for our family. It was so close to the beach, and we all loved hanging out on the large deck when we were at the house. There were some ants as others had mentioned but it was so minor and never a problem at all. The huge sliding glass doors made the house feel so open with so much light it was awesome. There was an outside shower area next to the house which was so nice to use when we’d come in from the beach. We have a large family so it can be stressful trying to get everyone cleaned off good enough so we don’t track sand around houses that we stay at and the outside shower eliminated that problem for us. There is not a single thing we didn’t love about staying there and we would definitely stay here again

Love this location! Appreciated ice pack in freezer. Updated patio furniture would be nice. More paper products for a two week stay would have been nice. Appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella. Outdoor shower wasn’t working, but used hose provided. Kitchen slider never worked correctly even after repair person came. Great customer service through Bello Reality.

As usual, we love the location which gives you close proximity to the beach and close to all the restaurants in Kihei. One major improvement that needs to be done is to add quality chairs out on the deck. Since this is Maui, a lot of time is spent outside the house on the deck and over the years, the good quality chairs have diminished and only cheap plastic Walmart chairs remain which are very uncomfortable. For charging $400 a night, The house definitely needs some upgraded comfortable chairs to make the nice deck more enjoyable and comfortable to use.

Wonderful home for a family of 5 just steps away from the beach!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this house! It's secluded and private but VERY close to a BEAUTIFUL beach right in Kihei! We loved the huge deck and beautifully manicured yard. We also loved that it was steps away from a beautiful beach with good snorkeling and beautiful sunsets! And, the outdoor shower was most convenient! Jessica and Bryce, with the management company, were amazing to work with from the moment I first contacted them until the end of our stay!!! The house fit our family of 5 very comfortably and was well-stocked, from everything we needed in the kitchen to beach chairs and towels. If I were to offer one suggestion for a possible upgrade, it would be to replace the pullout couch with one that could accommodate 2 people (or even just one taller person) and that didn’t wake you up from creaking with every movement. We would definitely plan to stay here again the next time we go to Maui!

Amazing beach home!

This property was everything we could have hoped for! The listing was 100% accurate. Plenty of room to park and offload, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all the utensils you could need, and there were plenty of beach supplies. Beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toys, and if you need anything else there is a Boss Frogs just down the road. The lanai is spacious and has a wonderful view. The backyard is a nice size and the grass is super soft with plumeria trees right in the yard. The beach access is perfect and private! You can actually see and hear the beach from the lanai! The house is in a great location and within walking distance to many restraunts, food trucks, and shops. It does sit on then main road and Hawaiians do love to share their music at all hours, so keep that in mind. A fan helped to cover the noise a bit. This was a wonderful house and we will definitely be staying here on our next Maui trip! Aloha!

Great family vacation home

Short walk to beach with soft sand, clear water, and gentle waves where you can swim as turtles swim by you. Several shops, restaurants, and kamaole 1 lifeguarded beach and park all within walking distance. This convenience means this area is very built up, but it is remarkably quiet even though house sits close to the street. Great location for short day trips around the island in all directions. Sand chairs, snorkle gear, and beach towels all available. Great covered and shaded lanai for meals and relaxing. Bello realty was incredibly easy to work with and very responsive when we had a small issue. Our only complaint was that the floors were very, very dirty, but the remainder of the home was quite clean and in good shape.

Thanksgiving Family Stay

Reviewer Comments: The location of this condo is excellent—clean space, beautiful lanai, easy parking, and a great beach view with a private path to the beach. The layout worked well for our family of six, with two bedrooms, two baths, and a full kitchen. Beach gear was provided, though a few chairs and one umbrella should be replaced.That said, for a premium holiday week, several issues stood out. The oven functioned very poorly—baking took nearly twice as long and made Thanksgiving meal preparation extremely stressful. The pull-out couch was very uncomfortable, and when we tried an air mattress instead it had a leak, leaving one guest without a proper sleeping surface. The front bedroom also had a strong animal urine odor. Basic supplies were minimal (very limited toilet paper and paper towels for six people), and attempts to contact management on our final day went unanswered.Overall, this is a great location with strong potential, but some maintenance and better attention to guest comfort—especially for holiday stays—would be needed for us to stay again.
