    Luminosa e invitante, questa elegante unità offre una grande area soggiorno aperta con arredi eleganti in tutto e TRE aree lanai all'aperto!

    La cucina è ben rinnovata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, ripiani in granito di grandi dimensioni e dotati di tutto ciò di cui lo chef di casa avrebbe bisogno per cucinare un pasto da gourmet. Il sontuoso tavolo da pranzo può ospitare comodamente sei persone per piacevoli pasti e serate di gioco.

    Oltre alla zona pranzo e situato in una comoda posizione appena fuori dalla cucina, troverai un patio paesaggistico con una grande griglia a gas e un sacco di spazio per tutta la famiglia per cenare all'aperto.

    Goditi le viste mozzafiato sull'oceano mentre ti rilassi nella spaziosa zona giorno. I nuovi arredi chic includono un divano trasformabile in peluche che consente un ulteriore spazio per dormire per 2. Una grande TV a schermo piatto è montata a parete per il fan della famiglia Netflix. Le porte scorrevoli in vetro dal pavimento al soffitto si aprono sul lanai con vista sull'oceano che corre per tutta la lunghezza del condominio, dalla zona giorno alla camera da letto principale.

    La camera da letto principale mette in mostra un lussuoso letto matrimoniale californiano con lenzuola lussuose, molto spazio nell'armadio e un bagno privato con doppio lavabo e combinazione doccia / vasca. I cursori fuori dal master consentono molta luce naturale. TV a schermo piatto disponibile e molto spazio per le tue sessioni mattutine di yoga con vista sull'oceano.

    La camera degli ospiti offre due letti singoli che possono essere facilmente convertiti in un letto matrimoniale su richiesta. Grandi vetrate con vista sul verde lussureggiante che circonda questo condominio squisito. Il bagno per gli ospiti full size è comodamente fuori da questa stanza.

    Accanto al famoso Wailea Oceanfront Beach Path, goditi le passeggiate mattutine che ti portano da Ulua Beach oltre tutti i resort, spa, ristoranti e molte altre straordinarie spiagge di Wailea. Non è necessario camminare lontano poiché Elua Village vanta due piscine e vasche idromassaggio, tra cui una piscina che è OCEANFRONT! Il bellissimo padiglione sulla spiaggia offre un centro fitness ben attrezzato, un'area salotto con comodi posti a sedere e TV e grandi barbecue per gli ospiti.

    Questa è la cornice perfetta per prendere il sole e indulgere in pupus (antipasti) e la tua bevanda preferita! Ti senti come se avessi tutta la spiaggia tutta per te con un'area lounge con accesso gated point. Goditi la forma fisica all'aperto nei campi da tennis situati a pochi istanti dal tuo condominio.

Great location, bit away from the big resorts, but easy access to the beach. Wonderful views. Close to the shops as well.Only complaint with that one of the showers didn’t work, such thayhalf the water was coming out of the overhead showerhead and half from the possible below

Great Stay in Beautiful Wailea

Condo was well appointed and close walking distance to shops, restaurants and most importantly the beach! It had a great view of the ocean. We would go to Wailea Elua again in a heartbeat! Perfect place for a family to stay!

Wonderful Stay

The condo was located just a few minutes away from Ulua Beach, a market and eateries, which was perfect with little kids from a convenience factor. The place was spacious and had all the amenities needed to enjoy Maui. We thoroughly enjoyed are stay here!

Very nice accommodations

Very nice stay, the accommodations were fit for a family. Nice size kitchen. 2patios and good yard in the back with lush landscaping. The balcony honestly was one of the best features, it overlooked the community. The villa was a corner unit which yielded great privacy. Located around many shops. The beach and pool were good as well. The only draw back was the lack of cleaning tools. A vacuum would have come in handy being that there’s carpet in the bedrooms and I have 2 children. But no other Major issues.

Reviewer Comments: Overall the property was fantastic, however the only issue we encountered was we were notified the fridge was broken about 4 hours before arrival. They were kind enough to add a mini fridge into the unit for us and said they would try to get the part in on Monday and have it fixed for us ASAP. Well we received no communication about fixing the fridge afterwards and it never got fixed while we were there.

Nice condo, restrictive condo complex

The condo is nice and the area is great. Convenient location with shops and a market. The snorkeling is excellent there. The grounds are immaculate and the staff is friendly. The condo is a bit dated, but in good shape apart from some stained carpet. The condo complex however is not very welcoming to renters. Twice during our one week stay the ocean front pool and pavilion were closed to renters. I read about this in another review which prompted me to inquire with the Wilea Elua Village management. They stated that renters have access to the pool, but there is a hidden work around that they have devised to keep renters out of the pool at their discretion. They call the closures “annual owners meetings/events”, and then assign a random title to each event to make it sound like it’s not a routine closure. But, there were two “annual” closures during our stay. This is clearly an internal effort to exclude renters from parts of the amenities that you are paying for. Had the management been transparent about amenities closures I would not be upset. However, I was not given this info when I inquired specifically about it. They do this, obviously, because they don’t want to deter renters, yet they also don’t seem to want renters there. Also, the pool has enforced quiet hours from 4pm to 6pm everyday. If you are a retiree and don’t like kids, you would enjoy this. But if you are a family who spends the day on the beach and then likes to cool off at the pool afterwards, then Wilea Elua is not for you. So, to summarize, this is a nice property in an excellent location, but the owners/management are averse to renters and not forthcoming about planned closures, and I would therefore consider other options in the Wilea area before renting at Wilea Elua. The (much larger) condo complex slightly north of Wilea Elua is called Wilea Ekahi… it is nice, has more pools, and far less restrictions.

Great condo for our family vacation

Great spot in Wailea for our family vacation. Space was perfect for our needs. Family of three with space for outdoor breakfast on the lanai, playtime in the living room and ample space in bedrooms. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, appliances for making breakfast and lunches and afternoon smoothie/cocktails. Loved the pool and beach proximity and the beach path. Definitely would come back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We would highly recommend Elua 2109 for a family holiday. The setup is ideal for two adults + two children given the King/Twin Bed setup across the two bedrooms. Facilities are modern and comfortable, well stocked kitchen and availability of beach equipment. Everything was very clean on check-in. Despite this unit being close to the road, it's quiet and a quick walk to the pool/beach. Elua itself is great - we enjoyed the ocean front pool and beach access almost every day.Given rental cars are so pricey, we only hired a car for four of our nine days to explore the island. On other days, we either walked to the shops (next door) or hotel restaurants for food, and used Instacart for grocery delivery. There are so many great restaurant options in Wailea, you won't run out of options.Overall, couldn't recommend this Unit and Elua more highly. We had an amazing family holiday, made all the more comfortable by this excellent unit.

Property was well maintained. Second bedroom only had single beds which didn’t work well with four adults and two children. Overall was a good choice and Elua Village is an excellent project to stay at.

Family Wedding

The code for the keyless lock was wrong when we arrived. The rep was quick to respond but it was disconcerting. Also before the end of our stay, the front door lock malfunctioned. Not sure if we called it in. For the last couple of nights our guests went through the sliding glass doors on the Lanai. Otherwise the the property was what we needed.

This is a great property at the back of Wailea Elua. The back patio was a wonderful addition for an Easter egg hunt and “secret” entrance. Also allowed for easy access to the sidewalk to access the shops of Wailea etc.... We also did not have much foot traffic near the condo which we appreciated being near the back of the resort. The beach front pool was great but realize that 1 of the pools is for owners only and we did not have access. There are some interesting rules for the resort (no frisbee/ball) that we were unaware of until told by a homeowner. The unit itself was well stocked, clean, and there were some nice touches like a bag of coffee, plenty of nice beach towels, beach chairs and toys, and a full container of laundry detergent etc... We would stay here again!

Great location.

Very nice property. Couldn’t give it five stars due to some minor issues such as old kitchen supplies, worn table, older living room furniture, older washer/dryer. Would have liked access to vacuum cleaner due to longer stay.
