  • Affacciato a nord-ovest a Kealia, un resort sulla spiaggia nel sud di Maui, l'appartamento 208 ha un aspetto sofisticato con piastrelle in tutto e una splendida cucina rinnovata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e granito (compresa una grande sezione con 4 posti a sedere). Mentre cucini, assaporerai certamente la vista attraverso il parco screziato e oltre la baia di Ma'alaea e l'Oceano Pacifico! In realtà, quelle viste sono lì per te mentre cenate sul lanai privato, o mentre vi rilassate anche sul divano in pelle. Questo condominio dispone anche di una grande camera da letto con un letto king size, oltre a un letto queen rialzato nella nicchia della camera. Il bagno è dotato di cabina doccia piastrellata con panca ad angolo. Due unità AC, due TV a schermo piatto con cavo e una lavatrice / asciugatrice nell'unità sono più amenità di questo appartamento. The facility itself is nice. Everything was well maintained and clean. The beach is lovely. Our particular unit was very close to the highway. It made the Lanai virtually unusable due to the road noise. It was also extremely noisy inside the unit even with the doors and windows closed. I would stay in a ocean facing unit in this building, but not one with a Lanai to the west. I feel like this information should be more clear when booking.

Great for an affordable stay with private beach access

This place was perfect for our stay in Hawaii. I love the easy beach access and the pool was awesome for the kids. Honestly, it was so quiet and private. It is smaller than it looks in the photos, but it was great!

The place was clean and well equipped including beach chairs and coolers. The bed was super comfy. Although it was quite windy during the afternoons our lanai was protected from the wind. You really can’t beat this location if you’re looking for a private get away. The location is north of the busy area of Kihei but an easy drive to the action if you’re looking for it. You’re right on the beach with a pool and bbq area. You really cannot beat the view!!! We will be back!

Small, quiet complex

This place looks just like the pictures. There is ocean access with a shower to rinse off along with beach chairs, coolers and an umbrella. There was also sunscreen for when we ran out. Overall, great experience.

Great Get-away

First trip to Maui, first Vrbo experience. In house manager was very helpful with initial questions, follow-up questions after booking, and in person once at property. Very glad with our choice and would do everything again (except the crying baby on the return flight home). Mahalo!

I loved that the beach was foot steps away and you can hear the waves from the ocean which is so calming. Only down fall is you can hear the traffic early in the morning. However Sherry and Rodger were great!!

We chose this location and rental over the expensive resort experiences because of two things. The proximity to the beach and the ability to make our own food. Having a kitchen was essential for us and we were very happy with how things went. We were really happy with our stay in Kihei and would return again. Perks of the rental were all the towels, washer and dryer, and the beach equipment for the kids.

We have stayed in this building multiple times, and will continue to do so. The grounds are extremely well kept, and you are RIGHT on the water. The central location places you on the far north edge of Kihei, a short 10-15 minute drive from Kahului or Wailea, and about 30 minutes to Lahaina. This unit in particular was very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. For only being on the 2nd floor, it has a better than average view of the water - IMO even better than some of the 6th floor units. The parking spot is situated right next to the lanai allowing you to easily see your vehicle, even from inside. The property manager is responsive and pleasant to deal with. I will mention that other units we've stayed in have had a small stock pile of shampoos, conditioners, sunscreens, etc. This one does not, so you will need to pack, or purchase those items once you arrive. From my perspective, there are only two real drawbacks to this building - the pond smell and the traffic noise. If you can live with that, they are a great choice at a reasonable cost.

Views from the lanai were nice of the ocean and the grassy shaded area outside the unit was pleasant with no complex next to it. There were plenty of beach towels and the AC worked great. One day someone was parked in our parking spot and management was helpful in getting this resolved. The only “downside” comments or things we noticed were: the beach chairs are quite worn and can rip at any time, there were not any smaller storage containers for food items, and with windows and doors open for breezes, the road noise is rather loud as the unit is on the side and it is a main road and there is activity on it at all hours of the day and night. Some road noise could be heard with doors and windows shut. The AC running sound at night did drown out most noise.

Close to beach and lovely view

Unit was very clean and the perfect size for two of us. Downside was the noise from the road/street that you can see from the unit, all day and through the night which we could hear even with the doors and windows closed. The sliding glass door to the patio had to be fixed three times. And the front door locking mechanism would sometimes lock and other times it stopped working, would not lock, which was frustrating as we didn't want to leave our unit unlocked and had to stay in the unit until we could get help. At times it was hard to find someone to help, but when we did get help, Sherry was very responsive and helpful as was the handyman who came to fix the sliding glass door. We didn't realize there was some one living on-site who could have helped us. TV remote instructions need to be updated with clear instructions as it was hard to navigate the 2 TV's. Good instructions when checking out.
