  • Wow! Questo condominio ristrutturato è stupefacente e ha una vista mozzafiato da ogni stanza. Un'unità d'angolo, Kealia 404 dà gli sguardi sulla piscina del resort e attraverso il paesaggio lussureggiante, sulla bella spiaggia, e su una vista panoramica del grande blu del Pacifico! Prepara i pasti nella cucina completamente attrezzata, completamente attrezzata (è bellissima, anche drammatica), poi cenare dentro al tavolo di fronte alla finestra panoramica o fuori sulla veranda: in entrambi i casi sarai in grado di monitorare cosa succede nella baia - Barche ad alto rischio che prendono persone in avventure, surfisti, canoe con bilanciere, canoisti, canoisti. . . e in inverno, le megattere godono la loro vacanza a Maui. Puoi vederli senza nemmeno lasciare la tua base!

    Il soggiorno è splendidamente decorato e arredato con un divano in pelle e un divanetto, una TV via cavo a schermo piatto montata a parete e un tavolo da pranzo a due ante sul lato della finestra. La camera da letto principale è spaziosa con un letto matrimoniale e zona studio nella nicchia; una seconda camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale, entrambi con vista sull'oceano. Il bagno è dotato di cabina doccia piastrellata e lavabo in granito. Ci sono pavimenti in piastrelle in tutto, diversi ventilatori a soffitto e un'unità AC per tenerti comodamente fresco. One word — A-MAZ-ING!!! Great location w/ easy access to tours, restaurants, and stores. Great whale watching every morning over a cup of coffee on the balcony. Great beach. Great space and comfy beds. Staying here made our laid-back vacation superb!

Beautiful beach front

We had a great stay. The listing was very accurate, the unit was very clean, well equipped and the views were amazing. The beach was perfect, and just a quick trip down the stairs and 20 feet to sand. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing condo, Amazing view!

I will definitely rent this condo again! Updated decor, nice sized unit. The view is spectacular. Well appointed kitchen (I prepared Thanksgiving dinner). We stayed with our adult son and felt it was spacious enough for the 3 of us.

Beautiful Views

Condo was perfect for my family of 4. Beautiful view of the ocean is seen as soon as you open the front door. Coffee in the morning on the balcony is a must. A quick 5-7 minute drive to beautiful beaches and everything you need while staying in Maui. Would rent here again!

Amazing beach location

This is the most beautiful location and RIGHT on the beach. Hearing the ocean throughout the night is amazing!! The only downside is the second room gets warm. We set up fans to blow into there but it was much warmer without an AC. You cannot beat the views or this place. It really feels like a home and has EVERYTHING you need. The beach is empty here and a fun place to walk and play.

Loved It!

Great location, quiet area, next to long secluded beach walk. 2 bedroom unit with oceanfront views and all amenities needed for a self contained holiday. BBQ area is my favourite of all the places we’ve stayed on Maui, right on the beach to cook and watch the sunset. Unit isn’t huge for a 2 bedroom but was big enough to manage 4 adults. Will return again.

Beautiful Maui Condo

Can't really beat the central location that you get from being in Kihei. Condo was very clean, little cramped for 4 people with 1 bathroom but very livable and doable. Only real negative was the anti-family rules that the condo itself has such as children only being allowed in the pool at certain times, which happened to be in the middle of the day.

The main office was oddly never open during our stay, so we never registered our vehicle as requested; but there were clear instructions to get access to the room and garage. The room seemed clean, but not the patio. Well furnished and stocked with chairs, coolers, beach towels, etc. The location is also nice, quick access to Kihei, Kahului, etc.

Breathtaking views

We loved our stay. Pros: The view from the windows is breathtaking; you can't beat it. The apartment has direct access to the beach, which was not crowded at all. The apartment is stocked with everything you may need (beach chairs, towels, kitchen supplies). The only thing you may need to bring is a cooler. It has a washer and dryer. The location is pretty convenient; it was close to all of our destinations. AC Cleanliness Cons: There was a 'fishy' smell outside when it was windy. In my opinion, it's not the prettiest part of the island. It's a great apartment if you rent a car and plan to explore the island. I would stay again.

Beautiful stay in Kihei

Amazing view and location. Only issue was the AC. We were under the impression that there was AC throughout the whole condo but there is only AC in the living room and the main bedroom. The AC in the main bedroom was not working correctly upon check-in and we let the manager know, they looked at it and said it was fine but two days later it was totally broken. It took two more days for the AC to be fixed which made the stay difficult for a few nights but overall it was a great stay. The condo was really comfortable and had great views and amenities.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off, the view from this rental is stunning. You are right on your very own, very private beach. You won't need your noise machine to sleep here because the ocean waves are right outside your window. The location is great because you are minutes from Big Beach, which has been named the most beautiful beach on the island. Plus it's easy to get to all the tourist attractions in the northwest part of the island. For the rental itself, it was very nicely equipped. All the cooking utensils you need and some surprise benefits like chairs to take to the beach, sunscreen available, and even beach towels for you to use. The washer and dryer were great and allows you to pack less than you normally would. They even had beach totes available to pack up everything you would need for a day at the beach. Plus, two air condition units in the rental allows you to keep it as cool as you could want. Any negatives with this rental were very minor. They have a small cooler available for use, which we used every day, but the top is ripped, so it doesn't stay sealed, but it kept our things cool. The garage door opener was held together with tape, so it had a tendency to come apart on us, but we found more tape in the unit and reinforced it and it did fine. But the fact that it has a garage door opener lets you know that you have underground garage parking, which is extremely nice and keeps your car cool. I would definitely stay here and recommend it to anyone who is visiting Maui.

No kids allowed at the pool!!!

The Good -The view is lovely. The condo was stocked with dishes, pots and pans, spices, oils, medicines, lots of towels, blankets, extra sheets, and loads of beach toys and boogie boards. The property grounds is well maintained. The location of the condo on the island is great. It’s halfway between all the West Maui beaches and the South Maui beaches. The Really Bad -The pool—oh the pool. My 11 year old daughter wanted to swim in the pool everyday when we returned from our adventures. However…the pool had “adult time” (ages 18+) from 12-1 and 5-9 everyday. That’s the time she wanted to swim—after 5pm. It seems from 12-1 is when two old ladies who live at the condo do their “exercise” (they float around the pool a few times on pool noodles). Then, from 5-9, the pool sits empty except for the amorous couple who’d run off the two old ladies. My daughter would sit on the balcony eyeing the pool and lamenting how it wasn’t being used. Later in our stay, a family showed up, disregarded the rules and let their kids swim every night. This stung even more because we are rule followers. If you have kids who love pool swimming, maybe skip this place. Even when it was kid time in the pool, we would get a lot of side eye from the older ladies. -The pool. Did you see the pool comment? I had to mention it again because is was annoying every. single. day. If I would have know about the crazy pool rules, I wouldn’t have booked here. I spoke to several other families staying there and they said the same thing. There is also a sign entering the pool are that states no screaming, no horseplay, no big movements, no fun of any kind. Ok, I made up the the last two, but they aren’t far off. There is a sign posted that says no diving or jumping in the pool—it is for swimming only. Seriously? Apparently, one of the condo owners said this new pool rule for no kids just happened a couple of months ago (after we booked). She was completely against it (as were the managers). The condo board passed it quietly without input from other owners. How terrible. And how sneaky to not say anything to people who booked their trips prior to passing the no kids rule???

The Perfect Maui Retreat

The furnishings are great, kitchen is fully stocked, including the milk frother, yeah! There were plenty of spices, coffee filters and such when we were there (not a stocked item). There was enough laundry detergent, dishwasher soap and cleaning supplies to last our 2 week stay. The closet has lots of pool and beach toys...chairs, sandcastle supplies, pool noodles, boogie boards, etc The views are unmatched, especially during whale season, see them from the lanai. You pass the pool as you walk the few steps to the beach. It’s the last condo on the Sugar Beach strip, and has miles of walking. A short walk in the other direction is the farmers market for fresh wood, and a bakery for mornings. The elevator is nice when you have groceries, and reserved parking is convenient. (Note: no EV chargers). Island location is perfect too, easy access to all the activities...Haleakala, Hana, Iao, Ka’anapali, even Costco ;)
