Questa tre camere da letto, tre bagni condominio ha un letto matrimoniale nella camera matrimoniale e la seconda camera da letto, e due letti singoli nella terza camera da letto e un divano letto estraibile nel soggiorno, permettendo questo condominio per ospitare un massimo di 8 persone . Ci sono molti aggiornamenti e nuovi arredi per tutto. Mantenere la famiglia insieme in una sola unità con questo grande condominio tre camere da letto. I Kamaole Sands si trova dall'altra parte della strada rispetto al Kamaole Beach III e una breve passeggiata per molti dei più popolari negozi e ristoranti di South Kihei. TAT # 025-460-7360-01

Large apartment with lots of space

It's a large apartment with 2 separate bedrooms and another loft room upstairs. A/C is in every room. Lots of equipment for the beach (beach chairs, boogie boards, etc). The property does need a new coat of paint and some fixes here and there, but it didn't spoil our vacation. It was very convenient to have an airfryer in the kitchen.

Family wedding

Overall, this is a decent condominium. It is very well equipped and very clean. That said, however, this unit is in sore need of updates and by that I mean a few cans of paint would do wonders if the owners are not able to afford renovations. The kitchen cupboards look dirty but they aren’t. Carpets could be replaced, the lanai carpet to be frank is disgusting. It’s very difficult to open the lanai door. All should be tiled. Existing Baseboards look like they’ve been chewed. The bed in the Master has started to sag. This condo probably has the best ocean view in the complex. Kudos to the cleaning people who keep this place up as best they can.

Beach view

This condo is in a great building on the 4th floor with a view of the ocean. The condo is wore out but was clean. We could not sit outside on lanai due to heat from the AC unit. Condo is stocked with everything we needed. No oven, we knew this and it didn’t effect our needs. Needs to be painted and new carpet and over all updated throughout. Price was right.

Definitely stay here!

Condo has a stunning view and easy access to the beach (even had a turtle join us for a swim!). Loved everything about this property. We enjoyed the pool/jacuzzi after a day of beach or adventure. The condo was comfortable and was stocked with three beach chairs, umbrella, and snorkel gear. If you are going to stay in Kihei, I highly recommend this location.

Great location, but left a lot to be desired

Checking in was great. The people who worked at the condo were great and the grounds were amazing and well kept up. Unfortunately, the condo wasn't great. It looks like some updating has happened, but there is dry rot on some floor boards. The upstairs took quite a bit to cool down. The most frustrating was the heat was unbearable on the lanai- so much that we couldn't sit out on it to enjoy the view. Lastly we found 2 cockroaches upstairs- in the bathroom and closet.

Stay in Kihei Nov-Dec 2022

The process of renting and paying was very smooth. The condo was clean but the kitchen cabinets are very dirty. I tried to wipe them to no avail. They need replacement. I was extremely surprised to find no oven. Nowhere in the listing does it specify that there isn’t one. With a three bedroom condo, you come with a big group. You need an oven. The countertop air fryer/toaster oven is insufficient. The kitchen was well stocked though with dishes, cutlery etc. The only bathroom with a bathtub is riddled with mould under the caulking. Definitely needs some TLC. The fridge also needs some maintenance as at least every other day I had to drain it and wipe the water from the shelves. To be fair I never called anyone about this as I didn’t want to spend any time dealing with a maintenance person, or removing all our food from the fridge. There were a lot of amenities to this cabin..strollers, baby cribs, beach towels etc but since none of these things were in the profile we brought our own. Knowing they were available would have made a huge difference to the amount of stuff we brought. It is a great spacious condo with a beautiful view. I think it just need some TLC and some tweaking to the profile.

Great location to beach

Loved our stay here!! Short walk to the beach. The condo was clean and well stocked with boogie boards, snorkeling gear and a wagon to take all of our stuff to the beach! Pretty garden view from the lanai.

Unit is in building 10, with amazing views of ocean and grounds. Condo is a bit worn, dirty carpet, pull out couch broken, lots of wear and tear on walls/bathrooms. upstairs window slats fell out when attempting to open. But unit is large and fits a family well, great property-Kamaole Sands!

Only a one bedroom in summer

Only the master bedroom and living room have air conditioning. So when we were there in the summer the loft was over 90F. The front bedroom was almost as hot. That left sleeping in the master and living room fold out sofa. It possibly sleeps 8 in winter but maxes out at 4 in summer.

Wonderful stay in Kihei

My husband and our parents stayed here in May 2018 and had a great experience. The condo was clean and we stayed cool using the air conditioners and fans provided. This condo is well stocked with beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from the lanai and master bedroom. Both the beach and pool were a short walk. This unit is on the very end on the top floor so we had no issues with noise or privacy. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great experience!

When we got there we found out that the apt promised to us is not the apt given to us. We were moved to a different address altogether. we had a family vacation planned and it was so bad since we were in different address from our family that we're going to make sure that we let all our of family / friends / church members to never use your services again. it started off by us getting there and we couldn't wait to start our family vacation, but upon checking in we find out that we're not at the location we had booked. the person on the phone didn't give us an explanation but was told that we were rebooked. imagine our surprise it was at a different address compared to the location the second half of our family was at. things only got worse from that time on. we had 2 kids and 2 pregnant ladies with us. the apartment given to us had no elevators and no key pads and it was on the 3rd floor. so everytime a key demagnatizes we had to go to the office which felt like 1/4 mile away and get another key. imagine if your family shows up to vacation and is expecting a beautifull three bedroom apt, but is told sorry we've moved you. Now you are not at the same place as your family. Also enjoy walking up and down with 2 kids (one under three) and two pregnant ladies, and yes THERE ARE NO ELEVATORS. The worst and not worth the money they charged.

The condo has a very nice view of the ocean and close to beach but if you sit on the balcony the exhaust from the AC unit hits you. The living room was much smaller than expected and the loft was extremely hot. I read about the complaints regarding the unit being really hot but did not believe it. After being there for a few days we were sorry we booked the place. The master bedroom bathroom has a very small, tiny AC which made it very uncomfortable for everyone and has no bathtub. The furniture and kitchen was stocked as described. The hottest room is the loft and it is a real shame that they have not listened to the multiple complaints regarding the heat. I have rented many other units and this is the worst and not worth the money they charged.
