Kamaole Sands #6-106 is a 1 Bd 2 Bath unit with a great location in the complex. It is beautifully renovated (Nov 2021) and the brand new split system A/C in both the living room and bedroom ensures a comfortable stay. It has a full kitchen, large televisions in both the living room and the bedroom, and complimentary wifi. Kamaole Sands #6-106 features a comfortable king bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Beach chairs and beach towels are supplied for your outdoor activities. Sleeps 4. Guest will be required to sign a rental agreement in order to reserve this property.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.
We work to maintain a very accurate website. At times furniture, decor or flooring may be upgraded and pictures are not updated yet. This would not change the seating, sleeping, function or views of the condo. Amenities are accurately and clearly listed for your convenience.
Kamaole Sands is the premiere property in South Kihei. Located across the street from Kamaole Beach III. Whale watch, swim, snorkel, walk miles on the beach and watch the most amazing sunsets imaginable. There are 15 acres of lush tropical landscaping, waterscapes, and fountains. There's a fully-equipped gym / workout facility with an amazing view overlooking the pool area. In addition there is a large family style swimming pool, two hot tubs, a children's wading pool, and 10 barbecue areas with shaded picnic tables. Kamaole Sands features two tennis courts (no fee) and three pickleball courts. Adult and junior tennis rackets and pickleball paddles are available to rent with complementary balls. Complimentary parking in a private, well-lit and security patrolled parking lot. Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations are available for a fee on a first come, first served basis.Wi-Fi available in most areas and a convenient cyber cafe is in the lobby. Activity area with ping pong, foosball, and other games for all ages -- free lending library. Free Maui News daily newspaper available at the pool area. Every Wednesday, Kamaole Sands hosts a complimentary gathering with live music and hula dancers. Kamaole Sands is centrally located and is in walking distance to shops, restaurants and activities. It is also minutes from the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena.

The place is gorgeous! Beautifully renovated and well-appointed. Very clean! We were missing some towels upon arrival, and the management company was quick to bring them by. The one thing is that this condo is closed off from the main grounds. You have access to the pool, but from the deck, you cannot access the main grounds, so you don't have much of a view. The lanai is also really small, making it hard for our family of four to eat outside, which we love to do. I would still stay again, we've visited many condos in this building and this one was the nicest by far!

Nice stay

Nicely updated condo a 5 minute walk from Kamaole III. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Loved having an AC split in the bedroom for extra comfort as well. I was initially concerned about noise given that the unit is on the first floor near both the elevator and pool, but it was pleasantly quiet throughout the night. Having access to extra pillows, beach towels, beach chairs, multiple coolers, and a beach umbrella was greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place! Perfect Location.

This place was the perfect spot for us. Short 3 min walk to Kamole Beach park 3. Great restaurants are 10-15 min walk. The place was in perfect shape. Has everything you need including beach chairs and a cooler.

Property exactly as advertised. Everything you need nothing you don’t. Remodel was done so well. Great location. Located next to the pool but that was never a problem. Highly recommend this unit!

Renovated, clean, spacious condo in a great location

My fiancé and I enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was pretty well equipped and conveniently located. The pictures are a true representation of the condo itself. We didn’t see any beach chairs or umbrellas, but did make use of the small cooler bag in the kitchen! We had plenty of fresh towels, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, and the kitchen was fully equipped. We also made use of the in unit laundry. Two minor issues we had were the shower didn’t drain well in the master bath and the fan needs to be cleaned! Overall we would strongly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to book this unit again.

Perfect Maui rental!

This was everything and more! Went for an adventurous and relaxing week. The condo was conveniently located on ground level with privacy yet conveniently close to the pool. The condo was very clean and decorated with modern style. For an additional bonus - the condo was stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, and a cooler! So helpful for traveling around. We definitely would recommend and we will be returning.

Very nice space, great location

It was a very nice space and the 2 bathrooms were very nice (even if the second one was a bit small). The location is hard to beat, with Kihei being pretty central to everywhere we wanted to go. Overall, the space was great and we'd come here again!

Beautiful

This was a beautiful place to stay. Very clean and all of the updates they made went a long way. We got a little jumbled up with knowing where to check-in and how to get our parking spot assigned. But that was user error. We loved that you could watch right to the beach from the place. Highly recommend.

Nice condo, good value for money

The condo seems to be very recently refurbished, it is very modern but cosy with all amenities we needed. The only negative thing is, that the condo block is pretty large and this leads to some noise from other occupants, but the location at Kam 3 ist really nice.
