Il Kihei Sands Condominium si trova direttamente su una delle migliori spiagge di Maui, Sugar Beach. Dalla nostra piscina all'aperto all'aperto e all'area barbecue potrete praticamente toccare la spiaggia - pulita, sabbiosa, non popolata e allungata per chilometri in entrambe le direzioni. Quanto è lontano dalla spiaggia? Letteralmente intorno a 6 piedi! Il nostro patio e le aree del prato sono idilliache. Goditi ogni mattina con un caffè preparato al momento e ogni sera guardando un tramonto spettacolare mentre fai un barbecue e sorseggi una bevanda.

Great location but our condo is old and tired. Could use a thorough cleaning. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and utensils. Throw rugs in bathrooms were not clean and unnecessary.

2 week stay

Our 2 week stay at this condo was amazing!!! Pictures are exactly what you get!! It was nice to be close to everything but also away from touristy/resort area. They provide all beach essentials, even a cooler and beach bag!! We had a rental car, which I think is a must, to explore the whole island! Here are a few pictures of our view and the beach.

100th Birthday

The family gathered from the Mainland and the Middle East to celebrate the patriarch's birthday. Daughter and a great grandson enjoyed the comforts provided by the unit. The only issue was with the cleaning. The window sills and ledges were very dirty - not just dusty, We had a very pleasant stay and would book again.

Great ocean views

We enjoyed our stay here. It had great views of the ocean. We also enjoyed the great beach access. It was clean and close to many places on the island. We really liked they provided tea and coffee in the morning.

Fabulous location!

This was a last minute (2.5 weeks advance) booking, so we feel so lucky we were able to find this property! The location can’t be beat… literally steps from the sand. You can hear the waves from the unit even with everything closed up. Excellent communication with the property manager, very well maintained property. Not what I’d call a roomy unit, but perfectly fine for our group of 2 couples. Only complaint is the pillows were not comfortable for me, but my husband thought his were fine. Overall a great stay!

Great location, VERY clean, great beach

Our condo was exceptionally well cleaned! I'm not sure I have ever stayed anywhere cleaner. The location was great - central to all of the activities we wanted to do, and not a bad drive from the airport either. The beach was perfect - quiet, well maintained, great for walks and swimming. The only heads up I would provide, and this is not a negative, just a good to know, is that the balcony is smaller than I expected. A family of 4 can not easily sit outside and eat. It's also slanted so the views are not straight on. BUT, this is completely offset by the proximity of the unit to the beach which is like 50 feet! So, we just took our morning coffee straight to the beach instead of using the balcony. I would stay at this condo again. Also, the concierge helped us book a snorkeling trip so that was convenient!

Sugar Beach secret

Well maintained unit. It has a one-butt kitchen (means tight). For the price per day it seems like a backup roll of TP could have been provided (we were informed that it wasn't). Great place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee and watch the nearby waves.

A special slice of heaven

We stayed here with our toddler and newborn and it could not have been better. The space was as expected and the lanai was perfect for morning coffee. The kitchen was well equipped. What made the place extra special was the community of people living/staying here. Everyone was friendly, there were beach and pool toys galore, and the proximity to the beach and pool for busy parents could not have been better. We’ll be back!

Fantastic location!

We absolutely loved the location, just a few steps to the beautiful beach. We were not fans of the loft style second bedroom because the sound carried and lack of privacy. Otherwise the condo was very comfortable, and we really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be staying here again!

We will be back

Cute and Cozy, clean , well maintained and stocked. Incredible location. Great patio area with bar-b-ques. Very clean beach, very inviting for long walks. Loved listening to the ocean surf at night. Easy access to everything. King bed very comfy, twin mattresses were a little tired. We did need brighter light bulbs for our old eyes to read at night. We loved our stay and are planning to return each year.

Beautiful home away from home

What a great spot to spend a week. We used Kihei sands as a home base for exploring Maui. It is centrally located so close to everything. Clean and hospitable. The other guests were family like and enjoyable to be around. Beach right out front is amazing. Could use some updated mattresses and the air conditioning in the upstairs bedroom in our suite needs some repairs;. rattles. But what a great experience. Highly recommend.

Great location

Pictures online make it look bigger than it is- but ended up being great..... literally 85 steps to sand. Lots of ocean toys - clean beach- sandy beach- great views- nice condo..... king bed is super creeky and pretty Old.....our backs were aching every morning! Overall perfect and would highly recommend!!

Nice, cozy condo on the beach

Kids loved it. Easy beach access. Central to most activities. The patio and pool area were always clean. Most nights, the residents gathered and ate dinner together on the patio and they had activities for the kids. Not sure if the other units have this, but this unit has 3 air conditioners and was always comfortable. Only suggestion would be a dust pan (couldn't find one, maybe its there somewhere) or one of those cordless Dyson vacuums. Otherwise the unit was well stocked. Complex has beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, etc that can be used by all.

Everything was great with the property. We could of used some hooks for our swimsuits. The big thing for us was it was listed as sleeps five. It only slept four. Kind of a bummer. Pictures showed a full and twin in the second bedroom. A little small for an adult. Other than that everything was great.
