  • Aloha e Benvenuti a Kihei Sands Beachfront Condominiums Condo B9 nel soleggiato sud di Maui! Il condominio B9 vanta una vista in prima fila ravvicinata e personale a 180 gradi della spiaggia, dell'Oceano Pacifico e degli spettacolari tramonti notturni di Maui.

    Il Kihei Sands Condominium si trova direttamente su una delle migliori spiagge di Maui, Sugar Beach. Dalla nostra piscina con vista sull'oceano e dal patio con barbecue puoi praticamente toccare la spiaggia: pulita, sabbiosa, non popolata e che si estende per chilometri in entrambe le direzioni. Quanto dista la spiaggia? Letteralmente a circa 6 piedi! Le nostre aree patio e prato sono idilliache. Goditi ogni mattina con un caffè appena preparato e ogni sera assisti a uno spettacolare tramonto mentre griglia la cena e sorseggi una bevanda.
    Kihei Sands è un posto speciale pieno dello spirito di Aloha. Il nostro layout intimo offre il luogo perfetto per riunioni, fughe di gruppo, viaggi di nozze, anziani, famiglie, coppie e amici. While the kitchen looked different than the photos (it and the bathrooms were very small), the pros FAR outweighed the cons. The location and views were amazing. Literally steps from the pool and beach (and laundry room). Uncrowded beach, great swimming, friendly staff, comfortable beds, small complex, free coffee every morning. We could go on and on! We had the best time, and will most definitely rent this condo again!

It was our first time on Maui and we had a wonderful experience. Staying at Kihei Sands was a huge part of that wonderful experience on Maui. The staff was very responsive via email prior to us coming out, especially with my concerns regarding the recent fires. We will definitely return to Kihei Sands on our next trip to Maui!

We were four and just arrived seeking to have beachfront comfort with classy property and that is what we experienced here! Super maintained, beautiful grounds and just feet away from the water. We watched sunsets on our balcony and fell asleep to the sound of Maui's finest sounds of the ocean. Love, Love, love this place. It was great to experience Kihei as well (missing Lahaina of course.) Totally fun. Rest assured we will be back!

We found the kitchen cupboard overflowing with dishes and cookware so moved some out of our reach. Next time we will purge to the bedroom closet to make it more workable for us. The on-site manager was very responsive. Good location on a great beach. Easy to access from the highway.

The small complex and this unit are well cared for; it has a full well equipped kitchen. We didn't feel the need to use the small pool with the ocean so close. There is a small lawn and patin with lounges, tables and BBQ's. There is beach equipment available to be used as well as great beach towels in each unit. We had a parking pass for the small lot off the highway.

So close to the water, the beds were comfortable, the people who worked there were lovely and we were so close to so much! I loved it. We had both of the water front second story units and I could not have been happier. Two small complaints. The first was the one of the owners/neighbors was doing construction on his bathroom and would start with saws and hammers at 7am every morning. Second was that they put out coffee in the courtyard in front around 6:30am which should have been lovely except that meant a bunch of people talking loudly in front of our windows. Everything was perfect t about these two condos with the exception of getting woken up between 6:30-7am every morning while on vacay...that was not awesome.

Beautiful oceanfront condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed a week at the end of Feburary/early March. We saw whales very often from the balcony! The condo is nicely appointed. It is a bit small, but we were able to fit a queen-size air mattress in the livingroom area. Note that the second bedroom is a loft -- not an enclosed bedroom. This wasn't ideal, and that hadn't been clear from the listing. The kitchen is quite small as well, but nicely equipped. We like to cook and there were all the pots and pans and tools needed, plus a ton of spices and oils, etc. We were not bothered by any noise from people gathering down in the common area, which some other reviews had mentioned. Parking is included, but the spots are VERY tight. The location is perfect - basically in the middle of the island, and the sandy beach in front is gorgeous!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Kihei Sands was delightful. The unit provides enough space for two couples although the kitchen is a bit tight. Beds are comfortable. The microwave light doesn’t turn on or off so we chose to have it left on which resulted in more nighttime light than we liked in the upstairs bedroom. Our upstairs bathroom worked well; however our friends indicated the downstairs shower head was weak. The staff are all helpful. Special shout-out to Patrick who got us familiar with Airplay so we could watch hockey on the big screen! And also to Geo who does a great job keeping the grounds and pool clean. We found the kitchen a bit crammed with stuff so moved the extra stuff to high shelves or the hallway chest. Laundry is handy to the unit, if a bit overpriced. We did most of our own cooking but also found lots of restaurants to choose from near by. The beach is great at this location. We will stay again.

Magical Experience

We received a warm welcome upon arrival and was even able to check in early. The condo was clean, spacious and the kitchen was very well stocked. The view from B9 was incredible. Highly recommend this unit. As a family, we all met on the patio for morning coffee. We listened to the ocean and enjoyed the warm weather and breezes. In the evenings we would gather again for a BBQ or potluck dinner. This time watching the incredible sunsets and even star gazing. The owner and manager were always accessible and extremely accommodating. We could not have asked for more. Kihei Sands is located right next door to Sugar Beach Events. The perfect place to stay if attending a wedding. The property was always clean and very well maintained. Our whole experience at Kihei Sands was truly magical. If we are ever fortunate enough to visit Maui again, we will definitely be staying at Kihei Sands. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just returned from Maui staying at Kihei Sands (Feb 12-24, 2020). I can't say enough good things about the whole vacation! Connie and Patrick run a first class operation running the condo complex, and they are very friendly and helpful. The complex is not huge, and that's a good thing in my opinion. The grounds are immaculate, the patio area is terrific and is a social gathering spot. There are plenty of loungers and unlike most resorts you don't ever have to worry about not getting one. The communal BBQs make are a great touch, although we never took advantage. The pool is not huge but just perfect (again, not a lot of people to crowd the place). The beach... AWESOME! The water is quite calm there so no concerns about rip tide or getting destroyed by big waves! Perfect swimming beach especially with kids. The sand is incredible and NO ROCKS! Unreal! The condo we stayed in (B9) is pretty much the best unit there as it is directly water front. The deck, while small, has unrestricted views of the beach and ocean. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck with a favorite beverage and watching the whales! LOTS of whales. Beautiful experience. The unit is not large (pictures make it look bigger than it is), but was perfect for our family of 4 (2 10 year olds). It was clean and has all the conveniences of home (unlike a hotel). Our vacation (our first trip ever to Hawaii) was absolutely perfect and I can't say enough good things about Kihei sands! And they even provided PERFECT weather for us!! Not a drop of rain the entire time. Can't wait to go back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed in unit B9 with a friend and to say we loved it would be an understatement. My friend was so impressed with the kitchen ( especially the knives?!?) and we both appreciated the view, the sound of the waves and great aircon. The location was quieter than Kihei but easily accessible to restaurants and stores. The parking spaces are super tight so we went with a small rental car and were glad we did. I hope I am blessed to come back one day.

Sugar Beach

Great ocean front condo. Steps away from grassy area with chaise lounges, nice beach or pool. Online photos are accurate. Spacious enough inside for 4 adults. The lanai is small with just enough space to sit but not spread out. Nice central location to access Haleakala NP, RTH, Upcountry, restaurants and beaches up and down the coastline.
