Sitting on the fifth floor of one of South Kihei's most treasured oceanfront properties, this nearly 900 square foot, fully remodeled retreat has been designed with warmth, elegance, and the kind of thoughtful detail that makes a place feel truly special. The kitchen has been fully remodeled and sits adjacent to the living room, offering granite countertop space, a cooking range and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and everything you need to prepare your favorite meals with ease. A gorgeous glass dining table welcomes everyone in your group to gather together, making mealtimes feel unhurried and celebratory. An in unit washer and dryer means you can pack light and settle in for as long as Maui will have you.

The living room is comfortable and inviting, with split AC, a flat screen TV, and a queen size sleeper sofa that makes the space work beautifully for up to 6 guests. The natural light and easy flow of the room give it a warmth that is hard to leave.

The first bedroom is a peaceful sanctuary featuring a king bed, a flat screen TV, and a fully remodeled bathroom right next door with a stunning shower and tub. The second bedroom is equally generous, with a king bed, ceiling fan, ample closet space, a flat screen TV, and its own fully remodeled bathroom featuring a glass and tiled walk in shower. Individual split AC units and ceiling fans in each room mean everyone in your group stays perfectly comfortable throughout the stay.

From the unit you will enjoy sweeping views of the majestic Haleakala volcano, whose presence over the island is nothing short of breathtaking. While this unit does not have a private lanai, the Royal Mauian more than makes up for it. Just a 60 second walk away, the rooftop garden offers one of a kind 360 degree panoramic views of the coastline, Haleakala, and the sparkling Pacific, along with BBQ grills that make every sunset dinner feel like a celebration. The lush grassy oceanfront grounds of the complex are equally wonderful for a morning stroll or a quiet afternoon in the fresh ocean air.

Beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, and an umbrella are all provided in the unit, so you can head straight to the sand with everything you need. With Kamaole I and II just steps away, the only question is which beach calls to you first.

The Royal Mauian sits right in the heart of Kihei, steps from local restaurants, cafes, boutique shops, health food stores, snorkel rentals, and even a surf school. To honor the aloha spirit for all guests and residents at the Royal Mauian, we kindly ask that occupancy remain at a maximum of 6 people at all times, including adults, children, infants, and overnight visitors. The property is smoke free, one parking space is included per unit, and exterior cameras are in place throughout the common areas for everyone's comfort and security.
