Basta attraversare la strada dalla sabbia incontaminata e il cristallino bagno di acqua calda della spiaggia di Kamaole III. Situata al piano terra dell'edificio 5, questa unità ha una delle migliori posizioni nel prestigioso Hale Kamaole Resort, con facile accesso all'oceano e la piscina comoda e vicina. Fresco, leggero e aperto, questo condominio South Kihei ben ristrutturato è attrezzato per essere la base di partenza per la tua avventura Maui. Con un letto matrimoniale di fascia alta (con lenzuola di lusso) e un comodo divano letto, l'unità dorme quattro in comfort con aria condizionata. Una cucina completamente attrezzata (e grill a gas nelle vicinanze) sono predisposti per preparare e servire la tua festa tropicale privata. Hale Kamaole si trova su un prato in pendenza, offrendo una vista elevata dell'oceano e cortile ben curato. Raggiungi più di una dozzina di ristoranti in un raggio di 3 isolati, con negozi, caffè, panini alla cannella e negozi nelle vicinanze. Questo resort è un incantatore low-key, low-key con una grande atmosfera tropicale che abbraccia la sensazione delle Hawaii antiche. We loved staying at HK 150. The updates in this unit are luxurious and substantial. Very clean and well appointed. Really make you feel special. Sitting at the back of the property is nice and with a beautiful view of the ocean. I loved walking before the sun rose to enjoy how the colors changed in the sky and the beautiful property.

Great condo! Host was always there if I had any questions. Nice and clean with no bugs getting in. Love the VW theme also as I was a bus and bug owner in my youth. Had a guitar in the outside closet. That was really cool even though I brought my own. Had all the things we needed to go to the beach, chairs, umbrella, cooler and a lot more we did not use. We would stay again for sure.

Great stay at #150. The place was super clean. The kitchen was fully loaded with all needed utensils. Split AC was quiet and worked excellent. It was nice to keep living area a little warmer and the bedroom cooler for sleeping. Would highly recommend.

Great Place

We really enjoyed our stay here...We gave it 3 stars for a few reasons... 1) The upstairs neighbors were extremely loud and kept us up till all hours of the night 2) The dishwasher kept falling forward when we tried to load and unload it.

Excellent stay in Kihei!

We had an excellent stay here! Unit came completely stocked with everything we needed (including convenient touches like beach umbrellas, beach towels, etc.). Beautiful beaches for swimming and snorkelling all within walking distance. Really pretty plumeria trees all around the complex! Property management company is very responsive. Kihei was an excellent place to be based for both beaches and excursions around the island.

The Perfect Stay

We stayed for 10 days with our toddler & couldn’t have asked for a better property. The unit is steps away from the pool & the ocean view is gorgeous. The complex is minutes from the beach & easy walking access to the cafes & restaurants in Kihei. The unit has beach chairs, a cooler & beach towels - all the basics you need for a beach day. Communication with the property manager was extremely quick and always very helpful. They also helped us coordinate a few rentals for our toddler with a local company. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place & would absolutely love to stay again. We would especially recommend for kids of any age. Our son loved to run around in the open courtyard by the pool & made lots of friends.

We like Hale Kamaole

Close handy to upper pool and barbeques. Some noise from upstairs unit furniture moving on tile floor. Could use more t spoons and coffee cups. Awkward opening and closing dishwasher door. Split AC great. Nice shower.

Great location for families

We had a wonderful time. There is AC in both bedroom and front room/kitchen. The AC in room works great. The one in front room/kitchen was ok. It was humid and hot when we went. So it kitchen/front room was little humid and warm at times. The amenities and everything there for us to use helped make home away from home really easy and comfortable. They do have a glass table here so I had to move that to corner so kids don’t go near it with chairs blocking it. But besides that area was open and safe for little ones. I would stay here again if I go to Maui again. Thank you,

We arrived and the instructions on how to access property was very detailed. Communication was great. Any email I sent was answered almost immediately. The unit itself was good…was described well. Perfect Location

We enjoyed easy access to many beaches, the local skate park, the pool, and the BBQ's....and, of course, the views from the porch....especially the morning colors of the ocean and sky as the sun rose.

Everything you need, right by the beach!

The unit was very well equipped and had the best water pressure in the shower and super soft towels! Close to many great beaches and walking distance to some great places to eat. Highly recommend.

Perfect Home Away from Home

This unit was perfect for what we needed during our stay in Maui. Perfect for 2 people. We had 4 so sharing the one washroom was hectic at times but we made it work. Walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. Pool was definitely a bonus. Communication with Todd and staff was always immediate and resolutions to small problems were quick too.

Nice place and great location

This is a great place , especially for the price. The location and the complex itself are both great! The view from the lanai is better than the photos. The AC works great for the bedroom and cools the unit pretty well, but don’t expect icy cold in the living room. The sofa bed is comfortable and they provide extra fans. The unit is well supplied especially enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella. You can tell the owners take care of this unit. Only improvements would be bit better cleaning of surfaces and new boogie boards. Thank you for a great stay!

Great Property

Really enjoyed our stay. It's a three minute walk across the property and you are at Napili Bay beach. The 2 hideabeds in the living area were very useful for my teenage boys. Condo was in great shape. There is a great atmosphere in teh complex, very relaxed.

Very nice place / great location

VEry comfortable apartment for a couple. Nicely located for access to services of Kihei and Wailea via car. Some restaurants and hops walkable depending on your penchant for walking. Well supplied and in good shape. Onlyu issue was a new dishwasher was installed upon arrivla, but was not working and a corner pot cupboard had some major issues. Bothe issues were resolved by teh Monay after late Saturday check-in.

Wonderful, Rejuvenating Stay in Kihei, South Maui!

Over Thanksgiving week, our small family (2 adults, 1 teen) stayed in this lovely condo in Kihei, in south Maui. The pictures are completely accurate. We could see the ocean and sky from the lanai, and one morning, a rainbow! The pool is steps away, where we practiced with our snorkel gear and used the outdoor shower to rinse off sand. Inside, all was very clean. The bedroom was quiet and comfortable. Even though the wall-unit air conditioner was a bit noisy at night, the ceiling fan was enough to keep us comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked with pots, pans, utensils, full fridge, stove, oven, microwave, hot kettle. We try to save a bit of money by eating in for breakfast and packing lunch if we can -- we had everything we needed to cook as needed. There were even pretty dishes and we were able to bring a beautiful fruit salad to a Thanksgiving potluck. The knives are a bit dull, but there is a sharpening tool. The living room couch is comfy for sleeping overnight, with a ceiling fan and fans too. The beach towels, chairs, cooler, and other equipment were a huge plus! We were able to rent snorkel gear from Auntie Snorkel's up the street, which we stored in the convenient outdoor closet. And conveniently, you can walk 10-15 minutes across the street to Kamaole III Beach and Park, without having to drive and find parking. Everything you need is in the unit! Best of all were the communications with the management staff! Todd was fantastic, making friendly, excellent recommendations prior to our visit. And even when we experienced a slight inconvenience when we checked in, he did everything possible to make the situation right for us. I was so impressed with his professionalism, and recommend working with his team at Keller Williams Realty Maui! Mahalo, Todd and team, for making this a memorable, rejuvenating stay in Maui. We're so grateful for your hospitality and aloha spirit!

Our stay was very nice, the response from property management was great. We had a few issues but response was immediate. Great location and I have been going to this complex for over 20 years. I never regret my stay at this complex
