A private lanai that feels like an extension of the unit, is perfect for your morning coffee, dinner, or just reading a book. Facing west, your incredible ocean views from the unit - that’s a mere 75 feet from the Pacific Ocean - retreat each evening as a beautiful Maui sunset comes into perfect view.

Designed to feel like a chic beach house, the unit has been completely and thoughtfully renovated. From the luxurious bed and linens, to the rainfall shower, to a new high-end kitchen, every detail has been obsessed over.

I had a wonderfully relaxing stay at this fantastic condo. The ocean view from the balcony was breathtaking, and the wall mirror in the kitchen beautifully reflected the scenery. I absolutely loved the contemporary style of the space. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, making the experience even better. The complex itself felt private, convenient, and well-maintained. Strolling along Long Beach was a true highlight. I will definitely choose this place again for my next trip to Maui!

Wonderful Condo!

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The hosts were very responsive and helpful from the time of booking until we checked out. The condo is located in the Sugar Beach Resort in North Kihei. The location is great- a short drive to the airport and within fairly short driving distance ( usually 15 -20 minutes) to many popular spots on the island. it is more secluded and away from the major hustle and bustle of kihei- yet close enough to get there quickly. the condo itself is toward the end of one of the buildings, so there are never a lot of people walking by the door- it is more quiet and secluded as well. the condo was SPOTLESSLY clean and beautifully decorated- very modern and simple and sleek, yet still comfy and warm. furniture and bed were very comfortable with high end linens and towels and toiletry items. As far as equipment, this was by far the best equipped rental i have every experienced. we basically just had to get groceries, everything else one would need seemed to be provided. from the welcome gift of candy, champagne and cold drinks, to ample spices and condiments, and every kittchen gadget, beach chairs, etc- including a ninja type blender- everything was there! the resort itself is lovely with meticulously kept grounds. I hope we have an opportunity to stay here again!

Everything was exactly as advertised. The condo looks to have been recently renovated and was very clean. Owner was very responsive with any questions. Easy check-in. Would recommend and would definitely stay again if available.

Sugar beach getaway

We loved our time at this condo. It was very clean and modern and comfortable. Owners are great and helpful and quick to get back to you. The condo is right on the beach, great view from the lanai. They have beach chairs and towels anda cooler to use and it’s a quick easy walk to go right to the beach and enjoy the ocean as long as you want. Pool and hot tub are also nice and grills are right there and they have utensils for you as well. The kitchen is fully stocked with any pot, pan or tool you would need to cook anything. Even a waffle maker. They also had some seasoning and oil to use. Smart tv was a nice bonus and several games and a few puzzles. Great big soft towels in the bathroom and the shower has great water pressure! I also appreciated that they provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash (nicer brands too). The bed and sheets and blankets were very comfortable. The sofa sleeper was not comfy to sleep on. It worked for our 8 yo but an adult shouldn’t plan on sleeping on it. But the layout of the condo is more designed for one couple so the sofa sleeper shouldn’t really matter. We also loved that the mirrors on the wall let you see the ocean while cooking in the kitchen. Ac worked great. Bedroom stayed perfectly cool for us at night. We also enjoyed The location of the condo itself. Centrally located on the island made it easy to get around and check out everything. Sugar beach is nice and chill, not over crowded or loud. Loved our relaxing getaway!!

Beautiful and relaxing - will book again!

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at Andrew’s place! It feels like a brand new condo and the bed is really comfortable. Being able to walk out the back door to the beach and pool area was so nice! We hope to return for a longer stay next year.

Amazing unit/property/experience

My wife and I just finished an amazing stay at Andrew’s place at Sugar Beach Resort. We’ve been coming to Sugar Beach for 20 years; it really is the best location on Maui. It’s central, right on the ocean, and you can see the whales during the winter/spring months. As for unit 404, I can confidently say that it is by far the most beautifully decorated (and clean) of any unit we’ve stayed. The entire place feels brand new and perfect for couples. The bed was incredibly comfortable, unlike many of the older units we've stayed in there. We don’t love to cook, but the kitchen was very nice. We grilled one night, which was fun and communal. Wifi was fast enough for video calls, and we were able to stream on the smart TV. Sunset was perfect on the lanai. We will make it a point to stay at Andrew’s unit the next time we come to Maui/Sugar Beach!
