Questo condominio all'ultimo piano è un gioiello nel sud di Kihei! Godetevi le viste panoramiche sull'oceano mentre sorseggiate il caffè del mattino sulle spaziose lanai.

Questo bellissimo condominio con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni dispone di un letto king size nella camera matrimoniale, una regina e una doppia nella seconda camera da letto e un divano letto matrimoniale nel salotto. Con cucina completamente attrezzata con ripiani in granito, Wifi, TV a schermo piatto con cavo e aria condizionata. Le brevi brezza del vento vi permettono anche di farvi trascorrere piacevolmente l'aria dell'isola. Per la vostra convenienza vi è una lavatrice e asciugatrice e vi forniamo tutto ciò che potrebbe essere necessario per la spiaggia - sedie a sdraio, asciugamani e un frigorifero.

Il complesso di Maui Vista presenta un bel terreno paesaggistico tropicale, 3 piscine in loco, 6 campi da tennis gratuiti per campionati e 3 griglie a gas per il vostro uso. Positives: -Location-motorized lanai awning and great view of beach and sunset from lanai-clean and well organized unit-conveniently located to the second unit we rented (1418)-host was friendly and helpfulCould use improvement: -mattress on master bedroom bed could use a replacement -more lighting in master bedroom-fans were old and noisy-air conditioner in the main unit was old and did not distribute to the loft well.Our family does love staying at Maui Vista and we will rent again.

Great condo in a great location!

We stayed 4 nights - a total of 3 adults. This unit was very clean and as advertised. Well stocked and everything worked well. You cannot beat this location. Right across the street from Charley Young beach - which was fantastic. 3-4 blocks from the Kihei Kamala Village and Maui Gardens South - a food truck lot. Between the two you will find plenty of great food options. The 4th floor unit gives you a view of the water which we enjoyed every morning. Great place to stay.

Check in was horrible!

I got several emails and text messages instructing how to open the unit after hours. Upon late arrival, the instructions were completely wrong. I had to freak call the emergency lines, email and text and someone finally nonchalantly called back and stated “oh, this is the new way to enter.” After traveling all day and getting there late at night, this was not very welcoming at all.

Great location

Loved the location and the beaches within walking distance and short driving distance. The room was real tight to fit 7 guests. Good thing most of our kids are small. The unit was 100 when we got there . Took a while to cool it down. Unit was stocked with basic necessities.

Review of Stay

We have stayed at the Maui Vista before and we personally love the location. Close to one of our favourites beaches (across the st. is Charley Young) and walking distance to lots of restaurants and stores. The view from the condo is stunning and the place comfortably fit six adults. All beds were very comfy including the pull out couch. It was a bonus that the condo had beach chairs that we could use as well. The place also had a nice coffee machine and blender which was nice to use! As for the cons, there were quite a lot of cockroaches which thankfully is something we have not dealt with before. There were already traps set up, however, I feel like maybe they need an exterminator to come in to get the situation under control. They were all over the kitchen (drawers, floor, etc). The dishwasher also broke when we were there and the kitchen sink was leaking. Thankfully, we contacted the property manager and they were able to get someone in to fix the issue in a couple of days. One of the fans upstairs seemed a bit broken as it made a weird clicking noise when we would use it. Overall we had a great stay and the weather was incredible so we were barely in the condo. The location is perfect and we loved being across from the beach and walking distance to everything we need including the grocery store.

It was our first trip to Maui and the condo was better than expected! We were thrilled with the location, pool was great, condo was clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed! Across the street from lovely beach! Just wonderful!

Maui Early Christmas getaway

Maui is beyond amazing, water was crystal clear, snorkeling was awesome, the food everywhere was great, but the Pizza at Hana Farms was probably the best i have ever had! Definitely coming back to Maui!

Clean and Spacious

This unit was ideal for our two family vacation. It offered enough space to have our own areas with a large living room and dining area. The unit was very clean when we arrived. My only complaint is the lack of adequate lighting in the upstairs loft area. It was very dark, which made it difficult to do much up there. But overall it was a comfortable stay. I appreciated a fully stocked kitchen, especially the coffee maker. I also really appreciated the closet full of beach chairs, coolers, and pool noodles.

Great Location

Property is in great location to walk to shops, beach, and restaurants. We had a group of 6. The condo is small but we made it work, plus was gone most of the day. The mattresses weren’t very comfortable and could be upgraded. They could use more bath towels and beach towels. Check in was easy along with checking out. Don’t park on the lines when parking in a space as we got a notification that we were taking up 2 spots. Otherwise we had no issues. We would stay here again. Perfect sunset view from the balcony.

Little piece of Maui heaven

The property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay: Cooler, chairs, umbrella, snorkel, washing machine/dryer, beach and shower towels, games, TVs, fully equipped and stocked kitchen with appliances. It is walking distance from so many great stores, beaches and restaurants. Sunsets were amazing. It does get crazy windy in the afternoons(at least in April), and the air conditioning unit in the main room was a little weird. It turns on and off constantly and blows for a short time (if at all sometimes). We would definitely come back.

The location was amazing! But... the bathroom sink literally fell out and we had no bathroom sink for 2 days, they did not get it fixed for us. The toilet paper under the sink was moldy and the lamp upstairs was broken (the shade ripped apart). Our friends rented in the same complex and its amazing what a little love and tlc can do in a place. Theirs was clean and super cute. Ours had pictures that was trying to hide cracks and needs a refresh. Again the location was amazing! But we paid more then our friends to have a view, ended up not being worth more due to how run down ours was.

Communication was excellent, check in and check out very easy. The location was great, short walk to beach and close to shopping and restaurants. We loved having all of the conveniences of home. We would stay at this location again.

Bonito Lugar

El apartamento está un lugar muy bonito, el edificio es muy bueno la piscina es bonita, en realidad el lugar es bonito, lo único malo en el apartamento deben cambiar el mobiliario está muy feo y viejo el sofá cama es terrible nos toco que bajar otro colchón, le falta un poco más de sábanas y cobijas y mantenerlo un poco más limpio, pero el lugar de Kihei es magnífico la vista es bonita. Y no es un lugar para 7 personas sería más para 4.

Great place but some small things such as garbage bags, toilet paper.. should be provided for the extended stay. Also the beach umbrellas should have been replaced, they are broken .

We really enjoyed both the condo and location property Management and security very pleasant. Loved our morning runs along the beachside! Our only challenge which maybe common in Maui is hard to sleep as it was a bit warm. Air condition units just couldn’t cool the space even drawing drapes etc.

Perfect family rental

We had a great stay at this property. The view was gorgeous, better than the picture. Other guests had commented that it needed a deep clean, and to some extent I agree, but it did not affect our vacation. We came with our three young kids and my in laws, and it was a perfect unit for a young family. For instance, the vents and picture frames in the bathroom had some dust buildup, and the carpet is not the newest. The couch wasn't the cleanest (or the most comfortable). But the fixtures were all clean, beds were clean, kitchen was great. Didn't bother us, but I wanted to share our perspective for those who might find themselves bothered by it. The condo complex this unit is in is quiet and well cared for. This unit is on the top (4th) level, so you won't hear anyone above you. Like most rentals, the kitchen knives are all super cheap and dull. We received lots of standard emails from the property management, but I both emailed them and texted them regarding a small issue and never heard back. I'm thankful we didn't have any serious issues, because I'm not sure if we could have gotten ahold of them. Overall great stay and we would come back.

This is a hidden gem with one exception

This place really was pretty awesome. Location is excellent, being literally a lazy 4 minute walk down the four flights of stairs (or elevator), round the corner of the building since it sits on the edge closest to the street, across the mostly slow, low traffic two-lane road, and down the short inlet road that terminates at the beachfront. The tide was not too strong but just enough for the kids to have fun and to allow us to relax a little more than we were compared to the much stronger waves we encountered at other beaches we tried. The beach was really all we needed the whole time we were there. The condo is nice, but not extravagant. The furnishings could be updated a bit, but they work fine. The kitchen was fine for everything we needed, but legitimately we ate out more than we ate in. The one exception??? The master bed mattress. I am not a large person. 6' 1" and 185 lbs. But that mattress left me with a sore back every single day. It didn't matter how I slept, it was terrible. Regardless, the rest of the accommodations, chilly-unheated pool included, were just about right for the fair price we paid to be right where we were. There are a handful of food trucks, and restaurants, and a gas station right within walking distance along a strip of less than a mile in each direction. Ultimately, we got a rental in order to minimize grocery trips and to venture a bit further, but if you just want a nice relaxing beach with chairs (4) provided by the condo owner, then this is a great place. Perhaps find a new mattress though.

Poor Property Management...Owner beware!

There were so many issues with the unit due to poor property management. Lanai was filthy and unusable. Sofa bed cushion springs pushing thru, couldn't sit on it. Some electric outlets not working. Product used on tile floor left it slippery and dangerous. Walls need painting. Bathroom sink cabinet hinge broken. Sliding screen door doesn't open, thus, no fresh air! Water leak in freezer... the list goes on no need to continue! Won't stay there again. Stayed in many wonderful VRBO units. Feel we should get a refund of some sort!!!!
