Il complesso Maui Kamaole è una proprietà deluxe AAA a 3 diamanti. I servizi includono 2 aree piscina / ricreative, di cui una con cascata e spa / vasca idromassaggio tropicale con fondale sabbioso e splendidi giardini.
La spiaggia di Sandy Kamaole III si trova dall'altra parte della strada e Wailea inizia a un paio di isolati di distanza.
Il nostro Maui Kamaole I205 è una splendida unità con vista sull'oceano a 2 piani con aria condizionata. Ristrutturazione totale con nuova cucina con armadi in ciliegio, banconi in granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e bagni con ripiani in granito e travertino.
Questa unità con vista sull'oceano offre tramonti spettacolari e splendidi arredi tropicali contemporanei di design. La camera da letto principale al piano superiore ha un romantico letto a baldacchino king-size Tommy Bahama, la seconda camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale a baldacchino e ha un aspetto molto moderno e lussuoso.

Great stay

Overall a great stay at this VRBO. Just a few things we noticed, not enough extra toilet paper so we had to go out and buy more, one set of wheels on the bottom tray of the dishwasher was broken, but dishwasher was still useable. Otherwise the space was great, very useable and the views were perfect for sunset and eating meals.

Beautiful views; great location

Monika’s condo was the perfect place to serve as our base for our two weeks. The view from the main lanai was beautiful and relaxing, and the rear lanai’s provided a quiet, respite from the sun. The layout worked great for our two couples and the condo was well set up for our extended stay. The kitchen was equipped with most essentials and made it easy to prepare breakfast and other meals. The condo is close to shopping and many other facilities but nicely away from traffic. Monika was welcoming and quick to respond to questions; and we would definitely choose Maui Kamaole again.

Another Great Stay

We liked this condo so much last year that we returned again. Location is great - close to pool and a manageable walk to the beach with kids while carrying chairs, towels, etc. Walking distance to several good options for food as well. Property is well cared for and tidy. Lots of nice amenities in the condo for the beach and everything you need for cooking in.

Fabulous Location, Excellent Condominium

The condominium was everything as advertised. The property owner (Monika) and local island contact responded quickly to questions (e.g. check-in instructions, minor maintenance to replace light bulbs). Our friends stayed in the G complex, and they paid a bit more for unobstructed views of the water. We appreciated the pool and beach toys that were provided, a well-appointed kitchen and clean condominium. We spent A LOT of time at the pool in the evenings (great!). We never used the A/C because the breeze was lovely. Some very minor suggestions for the future: The stoneware plates and bowls could use an upgrade soon, because they heated up in the microwave before the food did. We could also have used a couple of boxes of facial tissue since none were supplied as part of the condo. Still, as the designated dishwasher in the house, I appreciated the new dishwashing sponge and drying rack. Would stay again at this condor if available.

Worked Out OK

This condo served its purpose with ample space, within close proximity to beaches and on the South end of Kihei. Beach chairs and cooler were provided. Nice view especially for sunsets off the lanai. The condo needs some maintenance as the dryer door clasp was broken, the dishwasher took three hours to complete a cycle, a new coffee maker is a must, and the upstairs tv remote was broken (not a big deal for us). The upstairs a/c needs to be replaced as it was barely functional and it got very warm especially in the bathroom.

Excellent Condo for Family Vacation

Our family (2 adults and kids aged 6 and 8) truly enjoyed our stay at the condo. We really liked the location - from the lanai it is nice to be able to see the ocean, as well as one of the pools. It was a short walk to the beach. It was nice to have two pools in the complex, and we never found that the pools were that busy. Only downside was that the pool rules are not the most kid friendly - "no loud noise, no ball throwing, quiet hours from 6-9pm". We didn't have any issues, but did see one family getting complained to and so we did go out of our way to keep our kids quieter/less splashing than we normally would at a pool. The condo was clean and well stocked with most of what we needed, and it was really nice to have beach chairs, toys, and boogie boards that we could use. The ice machine in the fridge was great! Check-in and out was very easy, and communication with the host was smooth and friendly. Lots of privacy, peace and quiet, and the entire complex is very well cared for and maintained. Our kids loved seeing the birds and chickens, as well as the geckos on our walks down to the beach. We hope to return to Maui in the future and would stay here again!

Great Condo

This condo is very nice. It is spacious and the kitchen is very well equipped. The property is very pretty. It was very clean. The pool was nice and nicely kept. I would definitely stay there again. It made for an awesome trip. Thank you for the use of your condo.

Graduation trip with extended family

We had a wonderful time at Maui and loved the condo. We met 11 others in Maui, we each stayed in different units. I feel ours was the best which included beach gear and well stocked with toiletries and kitchen stuff. Monika was very good at communicating with us before the stay! We would definitely recommend this condo ❤️

Beautiful, clean condo with sunset views

Our family stayed in Monika’s until for 11 nights with our two young daughters and it was perfect for our stay in Maui. The condo was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed; beach towels and folding chairs, buckets and shovels for the kids, a body board, pool noodles and even snorkel gear. The location was a short walk to a beach and very central for driving and exploring many of the other beaches in Wailea and beyond. Highly recommend this unit, it’s the perfect size for a family of 4!

Great location - Minor amenity tweaks would provide major upgrade

Great location within Kihei and within the Maui Kamaole Complex. Quick walk down to the beach and great pool access from the unit itself. The place was clean with sufficient kitchen amenities to make meals at home and plenty of outdoor activity amenities (snorkle gear, cooler, chairs, boogie boards, etc) to enjoy. Outdoor patio furniture could use an upgrade. Existing plastic chairs are uncomfortable and table was wobbly. Basic amenities (Toilet paper, paper-towels, dish-pods) were provided but in very small quantities. Would personally rather pay extra upfront than have to shop for additional rolls of toilet paper. No dish soap or laundry detergent were provided. Dish sponges provided had been used previously. While on vacation, having basic cleaning, laundry and dish washing supplies readily available is a small incremental cost but significantly enhances rental experience.

Perfect

We loved this condo. You can’t beat the location - easy walking access to beaches, restaurants, shopping. Pools are nice - some adult only hours would be great. This unit was super quiet and comfortable. The complex is beautiful and well-maintained.

We had a great stay here with our 3 kids, we enjoyed being close to the beach, Wailea, and Kihei. There is everything you need, from beach toys to deck chairs, bogies boards, and towels. Would stay here again!

Great stay with baby

This property had everything we needed for our 10 month old including a pack n play, high chair and all cooking essentials for making her meals. It was comfortable for two couples and all the essentials were provided for the beach too. Would definitely stay again.

A great condo with easy access to all the essentials (beach a 5 min walk downhill, food trucks / foodland maybe a 10 min drive). We enjoyed our stay very much. I couldn't get enough of the sunset views from the balcony. So good! Thank you for letting us stay in your property, Monika. We hope to come back one day.

Amazing Location

Pulling into the complex was a great experience, landscaping was well maintained and beautiful! The condo was great - everything you need for the time in Maui. Nicole was great in responding to my emails right away, she even stopped by on our first day to drop off a few things and welcome us to the island. The location to downtown was great as well as access to all the beaches was well within 20 min drive. Airport is 25 mins away as well!

Good value and location

We enjoyed our stay to Kihei in this condo. Here are our pros and cons. Pros - Fairly updated kitchen and bathrooms View of the ocean Walkable to the beach Short drive anywhere else Very communicative host and on-island contact Cons - Clean, but in need of some repairs (ie - unstable coffee table and dining chairs, broken beach umbrella (there was an extra), beach chairs were okay but had some wear and tear on the pockets/straps) Furniture wasn't super comfortable (living room, loft bed) Ants in kitchen (although I understand that's common in Maui and they offered to bring traps over) High chair for baby was small and not clean (so we didn't end up using it) Window A/C units are old and work best in the downstairs bedroom - upstairs and living room has the vaulted ceiling and such so not great (to be fair, we were there during one of the hottest weeks, so may not be an issue for most guests) Overall, we got a good value here compared to other condos and hotels but don't expect anything super high end. Aloha! :)

Near luxury on a budget

We loved our stay here. It was comfortable, spacious, in a lovely complex and well kitted ouy for children. I'd definitely recommend it for famiIies or evem 2 couples. We loved the nearby Makena and Muluaka beaches. BYO blackout curtains if you have kids who nap during the day or like to sleep past sunrise.
