  • Maui Kamaole #M-203 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with vaulted ceilings on the second floor! The unit is just a quick stroll to the upper pool and pavilion area. It has air conditioning throughout, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, 3 Smart TVs, and free wireless Internet. There is a California king bed in the master bedroom, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a flat-screen Smart TV, and full bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a California king bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and a flat screen Smart TV. The living room also has air conditioning, a ceiling fan, flat-screen Smart TV, and a Queen Sofa Bed for additional sleeping arrangements. This unit supplies a high chair for your littlest guests. The unit boasts three lanais and is steps away from the tennis courts and upper pool area. For outdoor activity, Maui Kamaole #M-203 is equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel gear, and sand toys. Sleeps 4 but a 5th or 6th guest can be added on with a phone call to Rentals Maui. There is a $50 fee for the 5th and 6th guest. Please note: This unit is on the second floor with no elevator available.
    Same day bookings and those arriving within 24 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
    Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
    Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.
    We work to maintain a very accurate website. At times furniture, decor or flooring may be upgraded and pictures are not updated yet. This would not change the seating, sleeping, function or views of the condo. Amenities are accurately and clearly listed for your convenience.
    Kamaole Beach #3 is just across from the upscale Maui Kamaole. This property features lush tropical landscaping, two gorgeous pool areas with hot tubs and water features. There are gas grills peppered throughout the property and tennis courts available for your use. The Kamaole Beaches are world famous for their pristine water, long sandy shoreline, and great snorkeling. In addition during the winter, the humpback whales are just off shore and put on a great show. You will also enjoy the most magnificent sunsets imaginable. You also are within walking distance to activities, shops and restaurants and a short drive to the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena.

Very good location and organization

Rating Details: The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location and grounds, such as the garden, bbq area and the pool, we also loved the spaciousness of the condo. We thought the condo was ok but the awning needed replacing and there were a few minor things that needed repair. Overalll we enjoyed our stay and will go back.

Beautiful resort, would not suggest for young families

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo itself was fantastic and had everything we would need for cooking as well as beach activities. We enjoyed the location as it was a short walk to the boat launch and multiple beaches. However we felt many of the owners are not welcoming to other guests, and the rules regarding pool etiquette are excessive. We were a few families together of young teenage children, who were on their best behaviour and we still ran into issues. I would say if you have children definitely find another resort. We visited other friends condos with pools in the area and did not experience the same concerns.

The condo has all required amenities, plus other amenities required for outdoor activities like tennis, snorkeling etc. I would suggest to stay in this condo if you visit Maui.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This past Christmas my family was able to gather from different areas in Canada to have a wonderful family filled two weeks in Kihei. The unit was clean and in a complex that we love for it location, management company and resources. The owners of the property had the unit set up nicely with everything you could possibly need. We only needed to purchase a couple of items that we specifically wanted to have and left them for future usage. The owners left wonderful information for us to use. We had rented the property through one owner and the unit was sold prior to our arrival date. The new owners and Maui Rental management group were fantastic during the process of switching things to meet our needs and we really appreciated all of their help to make sure our vacation was the best. Only down side of the unit was the wifi was a bit weak. This was only truly an issue when we needed to do telehealth PCR testing prior to returning to Canada. Would highly recommend this complex and the owners of this unit.
