Great spot

Great spot, close walk to beach. 4th floor so little planning to head down the elevator with kids and all the free beach equipment but nothing to crazy. Alot of families on vacation, but noise wasnt to bad and parking also wasnt to bad. Overall great time and great stay.

Indoor/Outdoor space in favorite location

Loved this unit with wonderful balcony doors that open all the way for indoor/outdoor spacious feel. It’s a one minute walk from our favorite beach Charley Young and within 15 minute walks to shops and excellent food and drinks. The beds were soft and comfy and lots of a/c units to keep things cool if needed. Highly recommend this unit.

Beautiful Unit

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful unit. All the furnishings/appliances are of great quality. The views are amazing and the location is perfect. Just a short walk to the beach and a 10min walk to Kihei Village. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect

Condo was in a great location, just across the street from the beach and close to many restaurants and little shops. There were several beach chairs/umbrellas/coolers/sand toys in the closet that made our stay extra convenient. The views from the balcony were gorgeous. It was the perfect place to get away.

First trip to Maui

This place was amazing! The location was perfect. Very short walk to the beach and very close to shopping and dining. The view from the patio was perfect! 10 out of 10 well definitely be back!

Laid back Maui🌺

We were only in Maui for 4 nights, but had a Great time! The condo at Maui Vista is in a great area to get around to lots of places by car or walking. We did so much in a short time. We drove the road to Hana. Went to the beach in Kaanapali & had a great lunch at the Hulu Grill. What a gorgeous beach & area! We loved the Te Au Moana luau at the Marriott Beach Resort in Wailea. It was totally worth it! Another gorgeous spot! We went to various beaches & rented a surfboard for a small fee. Our last night we went to the South Maui gardens for one of the most delicious Wagyu Burgers. What an interesting place & very laid back, as is everywhere we went on the island. Loved our short stay in Maui!🌺

Nice Kihei home base

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is great, the view (especially with the sliding doors wide open) was lovely. It took some time to figure out the AC situation and how best to make it work. Only downside for me was that my kiddo sat on my bed in her wet swimsuit close to bedtime, and there are no extra linens in the house, so I had to wait for the dryer to dry the sheet. Related, the dryer was extremely slow the first few times we used it until we realized the lint trap had two pieces and the second probably hadn’t been cleaned in a really long time. Once we got the second part clean, it was faster. (Still longer than most little dryers, I think because of the heat pump technology it uses.) Also, we only had 4 beach towels for a place with a 6 guest capacity. Overall, though, we had a really nice stay!

Best condo we’ve stayed in

We loved this condo. This was our 3rd time at Maui Vista and this condo was by far our favourite. It’s a beautiful condo and it was spotless. The layout, the upgrades, the amenities all exceeded my expectations.

We came for 10 days with our daughter and her husband. No major issues with this unit at all. I recommend not closing the sun shade on the lanai all the way down because it traps the heat from the A/C which blows sideways across the lanai seating area. The lanai sliding doors are finicky to open and close. Have to make sure there is no dirt or debris in the track where it slides. Easy to correct by vacuuming out. It would have been nice to have the ice maker in the freezer working, otherwise you just to buy ice or continuously make it in the trays. A/C works very well. Everything was clean and well maintained. There's 3 good Tommy Bahamas beach chairs and one other bigger beach chair. There was an umbrella but not one with a good sand auger which is crucial to anchor when it gets windy so we decided to rent one. Lots of cooler options as well which was handy for excursions to the beach. The ground were well maintained as usual. I don't think we saw bug. Nice unit for a family of 4 or 5.

Wonderful family rental!

We are a family of 5 with thre girls ages 9, 12, and 15. This rental was perfect for us. The condo it self was nicely updated and everything was well cared for. Great ocean view from balcony where we ate breakfast every morning. Location was perfect. Across the street from a beautiful beach and close to everything we could want. The town of Kehei was centrally located which made trips to the road to Hana, Haleakala, Lahaina, and golfing at Waimea easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Can’t wait to return! Party of 6 (2 adults + 4 adolescents)

After a week on Maui (first timers to Hawaii) we have decided hands down the best place to stay to Kihei. And the best condo in Kihei is this one. The view and retractable door take what is a very nice condo and put it over the top to amazing. We had that door open almost all week. I would not ever return to HI and get a hotel or condo WITHOUT a washer/dryer in unit. I never knew how much I would need that feature. The sand is invasive but easily fixed due to this being there. The AC blew cold, the hot water lasted, the property was well managed, manicured, and secure. Even the fold out sleeper sofa was comfortable! Just not one single disappointment, period. (Other than the Road to Hana, that was terrible, but has zero to do with the topic of this review. So I digress. Just know if you do the Road, there’s only 1 way in and 1 way back. Does not connect back to Kihei. You’ve been warned. Ha!)
