Wailea Grand Champions 101 è un condominio con due camere da letto e due bagni che può ospitare sei persone. La cucina ristrutturata presenta ripiani in granito, illuminazione e armadi personalizzati ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile di dimensioni standard. La zona giorno principale ha molti posti a sedere con un divano letto queen size componibile, un tavolo da pranzo per quattro e un ulteriore posto a sedere. Per l'intrattenimento, c'è una TV a schermo piatto a parete dotata di cavo nel soggiorno e WiFi gratuito in tutto. Pavimenti in travertino, aria condizionata, persiane e ventilatori a soffitto in ogni stanza mantengono fresca questa villa.

Il lanai privato è spazioso con un tavolo da pranzo e sedie per quattro. Questo spazio all'aperto è perfetto per un caffè mattutino o cene all'aperto.

The place is outdated, old and dingy. The dishwasher didn’t work, the fan in the second bedroom didn’t work. Furniture was dusty since the first day. The television weren’t smart tvs. Overall I gave it 2 stars On a positive note the Beds were very comfortable.

Perfect Maui Stay!This 2-bedroom condo was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located near the beach, restaurants, and attractions. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the lanai had beautiful views of the golf course. Great amenities, easy parking, and a peaceful atmosphere made it the ideal home base. Highly recommend!

Condo was beautiful. Well furnished and stocked. Great location to walk to a lot of places. Beautiful view of the golf course. Only negative was slow response on questions to host and not all were answered.

First the good, lovely location with great views and the complex exterior is nicely maintained with good pools. This unit is not up to area standards, it needs maintenance and the updates are not recent. We had to re-wash all the dishes on arrival, kitchen cabinets are coming off hinges, lanai railing is broken, window in master bedroom needs repair and is boarded up, bathrooms are musty and air conditioning units are old and noisy. But worst of all after following all check-out instructions perfectly and leaving the place clean we got an email from My Perfect Stays, the property management company for this unit, telling us we would be charged a significant penalty for violation of the non-smoking policy. As two lifelong non-smokers with a child this was not only impossible but insulting. The issue has been resolved after some emails and phone calls but it left a very bad impression.

We all had a Grand time at the Grand Champions. The pools. location were wonderful for the family at the times they came. We had stayed in the complex 22 years ago and has been kept up wonderfully still. Nice to sit on the lanai in the morning for coffee and to see the deer at sunset on the golf course. Very relaxing and we had added excitement to our trip with 40 sea turtles in turtle bay one day and a reef shark in Makena. In all the years we have come to Maui that was a first for that many turtles on one day and never have we seen a shark with all our scuba and snorkeling. We will be back to this unit if open on our next vacation.

We enjoyed our morning coffee on our deck, in the sun, watching the golfers go by. The condo was well equipped with 2 umbrellas, 4 beach chairs, toys for the beach and snorkel gear. It was a nice floor plan for 2 couples. The pool area and grounds are very tropical. We always love our time at Grand Champions.

Been to Maui before and this was a great spot for some privacy and quiet. Property was clean (floors can be cleaned better) and had everything you need! Including beach toys n chairs.

Hi Zac: I called after hours twice last night with several issues. I wish you could check before people arrive that: 1. TV/cable is working properly and just one, correct remote is put out for guests to use. It should not be necessary to play with three different remotes, call service after hours (they won’t come out) and reboot the cable box to get TV service. 2. The AC units are turned on and running and are set on full automatic. It is not reasonable to expect guests to figure out how to work three different AC wall units that are set on the floor, all with different control panels and all with bad lighting making it very hard to read the panels and get them up and running, especially when the unit feels like a sauna. 3. All the lights work as intended.

Nice decor. Well stocked kitchen. Beach equipment could be updated as are pretty worn. Dishwasher had some issues with with locking mechanism. Overall very nice place and enjoyed our stay.

The upside...I appreciated the upgrades and the home was well furnished. The towels were nearly new and luxurious! Even the beach towels. The view of the golf course was second to none. Room for improvement. It took quite some time to figure out the front door lock. You could be a little more detail in the introduction email to avoid that. There was little hanging space in the closet, because they’re used as utility closets. The condo has little direct light so it was dark unless we had all the lights on. The cleaning crew could probably use a nudge. There was trash under the console table and in the couch cushions. Overall, it was a lovely stay.

We stayed here for our wedding on the beach, it was so perfect for our wedding/Honeymoon. We brought our immediate family and everyone was comfortable. The bathroom with the big shower was amazing!! If we are ever able to make a trip to Hawaii, we will definitely stay here again. It’s also very conveniently close to shops and malls and beautiful beaches!!
