  • Iniziare la giornata con una passeggiata lungo il sentiero di fronte alla spiaggia di fama mondiale, che termina proprio di fronte a questa proprietà. Si può godere la tranquillità, spiaggia poco affollata proprio di fronte, o sedersi a bordo piscina in piscina rinnovato di recente e vasca idromassaggio! Dopo prendere il sole tutto il giorno, piano per rilassarsi sulla veranda privata con tramonti che non si dimentica presto!

    Questa unità può ospitare fino a 6 persone con una camera matrimoniale con un letto matrimoniale, camera degli ospiti offre due letti singoli che può essere fatta anche in un re, e un comodo divano letto in salotto! Questa aria condizionata unità completamente offre anche due bagni, che sono stati ristrutturati con granito e pavimenti in piastrelle! La cucina è anche completamente attrezzata per il vostro uso e dispone di squisiti armadietti in legno di Koa.

    Il Polo Beach Club è situato nella comunità resort di Wailea, offrendo pranzo di classe mondiale e ai negozi tutti nelle vicinanze ai diversi resort e The Shops at Wailea. La proprietà di Polo Beach è una struttura per non fumatori.

    *** Si prega di notare che la proprietà del Polo Beach Club sarà sottoposta a un rinnovamento delle piastrelle in pietra sui marciapiedi e sulla zona della rampa della spiaggia a partire dal 13 maggio 2019 e la data prevista per il completamento è il 15 ottobre 2019. I lavori di ristrutturazione inizieranno sulla rampa della spiaggia fino alla doccia sulla spiaggia. La pietra lasciata dal rinnovamento del marciapiede sarà utilizzata per questa parte del progetto. Inoltre, inizieranno con gli aggiornamenti dell'ascensore sui piani rimanenti. Inoltre, in questo momento ristruttureranno le pareti di roccia lavica. Stiamo cercando circa cinque settimane per completare queste parti del progetto e il rumore è previsto dalle 9:00 a. m. alle 4:00 p. m nei giorni feriali. Un'apertura alla spiaggia sarà tagliata dalla siepe naupaka per fornire l'accesso alla spiaggia durante questa parte del progetto. Una volta completato il lavoro, il percorso attraverso la siepe verrà ripiantato. Apprezziamo la tua comprensione e saremo sicuri di fornire tutti gli aggiornamenti così come li riceviamo dal Polo Beach Club AOAO. ***

It’s a beautiful property, I hadn’t been there for 20 years and it’s still beautiful!

Great location not so big as most condo buildings, nice and quiet. It’s great to be able to walk across the sand and be in the water, it has a wonderful pool and amenities.

Best Spot in Maui

Such an amazing condo. The unit is also more updated than it looks in photos! Super well kept and cared for. Having your own private beach is awesome. Will definitely be renting at Polo Beach again.

Very Clean condo and property

Had a great time at this property. The reviews are very accurate... even though it's a little dated it's extremely clean and well appointed making the stay very nice! The pull-out couch has a really nice mattress, unlike hotels, so that was very functional for our teen. The Property Management Group good to resolve issues. We really like how this property connects to the walking path along the ocean. Overall property grounds and pool kept immaculately!

The absolute BEST view in Maui

The pictures in VRBO do not do this condo justice. This condo has an amazing view not only of the beach (right outside your front door) but of the wonderful pool and lawn area. The property was immaculate. What a gem!

Beautiful Polo Beach

Wow! Pictures hardly do this justice. Ocean Front, you can sit on the lanai and watch the waves roll in. Beach is nearly empty. The condo is very comfortable. Beds were great. BBQ area is very nice. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub.Parking is underground. The gates/doors all had numeric key pads, so you don’t have to worry about keys.Would definitely rent again!

Couldn't want a more relaxed, clean and beautiful unit.

The balcony is perfect oriented, the kitchen very well stocked, everything was very clean, we had enough towel, beds were comfortable and we appreciate very much the private beach and the pool and the Wailea path. The property is very well maintained and the PB 502 very well managed. Good communication and quick response as well as small gifts by arriving. Only the living room furniture could be improved (a little old). We spend dream family holidays. Thanks so much .
