    This gorgeous condo has been remodeled top to bottom and is the perfect place for your Maui stay. New décor throughout, including upgraded mattress in the King bedroom and on the fold out sleeper sofa. There is a newly added futon in the living room that can sleep an additional party, allowing for 5 guests comfortably. . The two bathrooms are nice for families or friends traveling together, each has their own private facilities. Sit outside on the lanai and enjoy the ocean view and beauty that surrounds you. Kihei is noted for its year round sunshine, balmy trade winds, and soothing evening air. It is one of the driest and sunniest areas on the entire island!

Booking process was good and adding a day on the front end with early check in was a big bonus! Unit is very nicely updated, has a great lanai and everything to help make our trip great!Very much appreciated the laundry soap, the fully stocked kitchen tools/Tupperware and decent AC.Suggestion- Having a couple of luggage racks would have been very helpful not to have to put luggage on couch, and a garbage in the bed/bathroom would have been helpful, plus needed info on setting the refrigerator, as it was beeping every minute until we could find what was wrong. The building is decent and BBQs/grounds are kept immaculate. Elevators need help, but overall a fantastic stay in this unit, unlike our neighbors whose unit was not so good.

Great Place!

We love staying at Maui Sunset. This was our 5th time and B311 was great!Clean and updated!We would have liked better beach towels cuz we do a lot of beach time but overall a great place to rent.We will definitely be back and if we choose B311 again it will be wonderful.

We loved it!

Great central location, we had 3 young children ages 3,6 and 8 and it was perfect for them. I felt safe and the pool was such an added bonus! We will defiently be back it had everything we needed and more for our family.

Maui Getaway in February

Facility is very well kept and did offer some wonderful views and access to the water. The pool and hot tub were in great shape and the crews keep the grounds immaculate during our entire stay. Easy access to all parys of the island which made the Maui sunset a great place to stay. Room was well equipped with items needed for the beach trips,cooking, and for a comfortable and relaxing time. Looking forward to our next stay.

Relaxing paradise

Everything in the condo was perfectly done, from the decorations to the supplies they hsd waiting. The grounds were well maintained and beautifully decorated. Close to shops and food trucks. The beach was so close and the pool was even closer. This was well worth coming back on our next trip back

Great place!

Everything was very clean, property was just as expected! Great pool access, nice and close to the beach. The grounds were beautiful. Great location for doing all the things in Kihei, while still being far enough north it's shorter drive to other parts of the island. We loved it!

Great Stay!

Great location in Maui - very central. Beautiful grounds and well-kept property and unit - sunset views from the beach were stunning! Everything we needed to start our vacation was available in the unit when we arrived and the bed/pull-out bed were very comfortable. Would definitely choose Maui Sunset to stay next time we're in Maui!

Easy, relaxing vacation

This is our fourth visit to the Maui Sunset property in Kihei. This condo has been completely redone inside and all details are thought through for guest happiness. The kitchen is fully stocked, much more so than an average vacation rental. Great condo and Maui vacation!

Perfect quick trip to Kihei

My son and I spent a few days in Kiehi during the holiday break. The condo was great. Very spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and A/C. Definitely recommend.

Fun in the sun!

Such a great property located at the heart of the south shore. Not as touristy as Lāhainā but still has everything you would need to have a wonderful trip. Love the ability to do laundry especially with all the beach fun we had. Pool and hot tub were great and the kitchen was also wonderful to have. Planning to stay here again!!!

Lovely and Relaxing

Condo was as described, with a few added extras that were appreciated. Clean, comfortable, quiet and great family atmosphere. Clean pool, walk to beach, well maintained grounds. The grounds crew were fantastic at taking great care of this spot. Watched daily as they meticulously deep cleaned the community barbeques.

Stay away from this place. We arrived late at night after a 6-hour flight with our three kids, only to discover that we had never received the check-in instructions, including which building or room we were assigned to. We called security, and thankfully they were very helpful. They found our reservation in their system, but the access code we had been given didn't work. We ended up waiting with security for nearly two hours, until around 11:30 PM, while they tried to reach the owner. When the owner finally responded, instead of apologizing for the missing check-in information, she started yelling at us. She claimed she had tried to call while we were on our flight and blamed us for not answering. A simple email with the check-in details would have prevented this entire situation. Ironically, after she finally gave us the correct access code, we immediately received the check-in email with all the information we should have been sent before we arrived. Traveling with three tired children after a long flight was stressful enough without having to deal with poor communication and being blamed for their mistake. I would not recommend staying here based on our experience.
