  • Perché affittare un appartamento in condominio, quando è possibile vacanza a casa propria hawaiana sulla spiaggia? CONVENIENTE E PULITO sono le parole chiave per questa casa sulla spiaggia tropicale. Situato su un mezzo acro, il nostro "sentire come a casa", ma conveniente 3 BR, 2-1 / 2 casa sulla spiaggia da bagno ha tutto: ripiani in granito, TV a schermo piatto e lettori DVD in ogni camera da letto e soggiorno. Piastrella di design; doccia in mattoni di vetro, vasca idromassaggio interna intima, elettrodomestici full size, splendidi arredi in legno di teak e un sistema A / C personalizzato in ogni camera da letto e soggiorno / sala da pranzo / cucina. Ogni camera ha il proprio controllo A / C nel caso in cui si desidera l'aria condizionata nella vostra camera e un'altra persona in una camera da letto diversa no.
    Guardare le balene, a stagione (novembre-aprile), mentre si cena. Godetevi i nostri meravigliosi tramonti hawaiani sull'acqua e sulla montagna dalla vostra finestra anteriore e / o patio coperto con tavolo e sedie da giardino e lettini. Stendere una coperta sul prato verde, giocare a bocce con la famiglia e grigliate di pesce fresco sul grande barbecue a gas. A solo 1/2 isolato di distanza dalla casa si trova un mercato di agricoltori all'aperto, un piccolo panificio carino, una gelateria da barba (cono di neve) con "piatti pranzi" e un minimarket ABC.

    Soggiorna nella nostra confortevole e pulita casa sulla spiaggia davanti alla spiaggia per una vacanza hawaiana che non dimenticherai mai!

Great place and host

Great communication and place. Super clean, place met all expectations. Harry and Linda were super helpful and helped us navigate the complexities of the Maui wildfires when we were there (this place was not affected by the fires). We will be back!

Very nice house and property

We stayed five nights and rented the main house. The house is very well equipped and the furnishings are all comfortable. The yard and surround property are very well taken care of. This really felt like we were staying at a friends house not a vacation rental. Harry and Linda are very nice people who went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The sunset views and proximity to the beach are outstanding

Family Christmas in Hawaii!!

Wonderful hosts, met us on property and gave us a tour and instructions! Something for everyone with a short walk across the street to beach. We enjoyed coffee on the new observation deck on carport, really nice view of the ocean! We grilled one evening and ate on the patio! Our adult children and spouses agreed this was a 10 outa 10 holiday in Maui! Stay here you will love it!

Perfect Family Vacation House on Maui

We had a wonderful vacation staying at Harry and Linda’s beautiful family home in Kihei. The house was extremely clean and comfortable for our 6 person family, great for both grandparents and teens. It’s across the street from a great beach, centrally located for all island excursions and close to the best food on Maui. Harry and Linda were generous and kind hosts that made us feel so welcomed with the true Aloha spirit. We will definitely be back!

Under rated

The owner and wife are great people. This property is in great condition and clean. Though you may be sharing public spaces and you will have to pay for the coin-operated, shared, washing and drying machines, the living space is nice and private. We did have issues with hot/cold shifting water, but the owner is working to solve that problem. If we go back to Maui again, we will stay here again.

Great place! Great host!

Pretty close to perfect - actually can’t think of anything the house didn’t have. Super clean. Host was very helpful. Great location - very short walk to beach. There are two other rentals on property and we were fortunate that those weren’t rented so we had the whole property to ourselves. The other rentals would be perfect for a bigger family gathering and we’re already starting to think about that for next time. The main house which we rented this time was perfect for the 6 of us. We will certainly be back!

Great family home right across from the beach

We loved staying in this family home - comfortable, well-stocked, and clearly maintained with love and care. Harry and Linda were outstanding hosts, providing responsive and above-and-beyond care throughout our stay. Linda's mango bread was the icing on the cake! Great stock of yard games, beach toys, and other supplies for enjoying the local beach - just cross the street. We especially loved the mango tree in the yard - yum!

Family vacation

The property and house were as advertised, both beautiful and comfortable. The winds on sugar-beach were stronger than we anticipated but there is no predictability to the weather. Our hosts were friendly and accommodating. We would recommend this rental to others. A rental car would be required here but the close proximity to the beach makes it well worth it.

Wonderful Vacation in Paradise

We loved the location & the home is perfect in every way. Being so close to the beach with the kayaks & paddle boards to use was so much fun!! Also there were beach chairs & umbrellas & snorkel gear & coolers to use!! I wish we could have stayed a lot longer!!! Harry was very friendly & such a great host. And we really appreciated the welcome basket that Linda greeted us with. Thank you for having all the amenities available!! Mahalo

Absolutely amazing!

This home is everything you need and more! Harry greeted us on arrival and went thru the home to explain everything for our convenience. Was perfect for the 5 of us. The beach is right across the street. We were able to run over for a swim in the mornings then see the wonderful sunsets every night. Perfect access to the entire island. We enjoyed the lawn games and beach toys. Thsnks Harry and Linda for allowing us to enjoy your wonderful home. Mahslo!

Perfect location - perfect stay

We loved the central location of the house. An easy drive anywhere on the island. They had everything one could want during a stay. The beds were comfy, A/C was plentiful. We spent many evenings on the patio, using the lawn games provided. The owners are friendly and attentive, and left a beautiful welcome basket. One thing to know - there are additional houses/units on the property that you will be sharing amenities with (laundry, beach chairs, toys, etc), if occupied. It didn't negatively impact our stay in any way, but we were unaware until we arrived. If we return to Maui with our family in the future, this will be the first place we will check for availability. Mahalo for a wonderful stay that we will cherish forever.

Family celebrations

Harry and Linda are great hosts. Fun having Harry show us around and get the family settled in. Good location to see west side of Maui. Could come and go easily to get to many beaches, hikes, and food. New carport has a good view out to the ocean and tip of Lanai in the distance to the west. I bet it would be great during whale season Ocean water out front was a little churned up from the wind so could not snorkel in near shore area. Could see reefs ~100 yards out but did not make it. would love to come back and try again. 3 other units on same property had tenants in them and no conflict coming or going. Plenty of space and very quite. wanted more then 5 days really relax and enjoy the property.

Senior Graduation Trip

We visited Maui with our son, a good friend of his, and his parents in celebration of their graduation. There were 6 of us in total, and there was more than enough space for all of us. We've stayed a many VRBO's, and the communication and information we received from Harry & Linda all the way from the time we booked to the time we arrived was by-far the best. They had everything we needed (and then some). The location is wonderful. It is literally a 1-to-2-minute walk across the road to the beach, and because it is in a quiet area, we often had the beach to ourselves. There's a farmer's market and convenient store that's a short 5-minute walk away and grocery stores/restaurants/etc. less than a 10-minute drive away. I'd highly recommend staying at their home. We hated to leave.

The most amazing well supplied house and hospitality

This house had it all... everything you can imagine you would need, they had. The location cannot be beat... footsteps away from the beach. But what I think is the best is the hospitality of the hosts Harry and Linda.. They are the sweetest, most considerate, thoughtful hosts I have ever had the pleasure of renting from... I know personally this will be the place I will continue to stay on my other future Maui trips.

Wonderful stay in a perfect place!

The house was terrific and even better than expected! It had everything we needed for our vacation. The beds were comfortable. It was a great option that we could have twin beds in the third room. The grandkids loved the use of the paddle boards and the lawn games were fun during our barbecue. Kihei is a central location for all you would want to do and this house was perfect for our family!
