Checking in was simple enough. If you arrive after the office hours, you must check in first thing in the morning to get your parking pass.
The Amenities and landscaping on this three building complex are maintained daily. A noteworthy item are their elevators, which are clean and work very well.
The pool and grill area are cleaned and maintained daily. Lax security is concerning, but no episodes of misconduct to report during our 10 day stay.
Upon arrival to the condo itself, the electronic door lock worked well for us and didn’t cause any issue.
Entering the condo you Will find a comfortable pad with aging, cheap appliances.
The stove is not cleaned properly, so flies and bugs are stuck to the grease along the side of it.
The dishwasher stinks, but works for the most part.
The washer and dryer worked fine.
The towels provided on site were stinky and probably need replacement.
The faucets and shower worked.
The fridge and ice maker worked.
Close by you will find Tamura’s grocery store where you will find fresh poke priced for the locals.
Go to Kihei marketplace for souvenirs, and get a good cup of coffee at Java Coffee Roasters.
Spend some coin for a decent fish dinner at Paia Fish Market.
All in all a decent location with a beautiful ocean view from the condos lanai. If the owner put more effort in the cleanliness of condo as a whole, it would have earned a higher score.
