Penthouse Oceanfront Ristrutturato condominio - Vista diretta sull'oceano a 180 gradi!

Disponibile a partire dal 1 ottobre 2019. Attualmente in fase di ristrutturazione completa da terminare a metà settembre tra cui cucina, bagno, pavimenti e pareti appena strutturate e dipinte. Nuovi armadi, nuovi ripiani in quarzo, nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e tutti i nuovi mobili confortevoli e di qualità. Nuovo comodo letto king size, nuovo grande schermo piatto nel soggiorno e nuovo altoparlante Bluetooth per la musica.

PH28 è un condominio diretto all'oceano all'ultimo piano molto privato. Il complesso è progettato in modo tale da avere totale privacy dai vicini su entrambi i lati quando si affitta un condominio fronte mare. La tua vista diretta sull'oceano non è altro che la spiaggia e l'oceano infinito !! Le foto pubblicate sono state scattate da me dal nostro balcone. Questa è la visione reale. A causa della ristrutturazione non abbiamo ancora le foto degli interni. Tuttavia, possediamo anche Penthouse 34 e abbiamo ristrutturato quel condominio 18 mesi fa. Si prega di vedere VRBO n. 1312896 per le immagini per farsi un'idea - entrambi i condomini hanno la stessa pianta. Abbiamo ricevuto oltre 45 recensioni a cinque stelle nell'ultimo anno. PH28 sarà ancora più bello !! Pubblicherò immediatamente nuove foto al completamento del rimodellamento. Questo condominio sarà sorprendente dappertutto!

We really enjoyed our time here! The bed was super comfortable! The view from the balcony while listening to the waves was incredible. We enjoyed being centrally located on the island. It allowed us to see as many places as possible!

Our stay was outstanding! This has been our third time to Maui but condo was our favorite out of all of our stays. The view is amazing! See pictures below. This condo has everything you would need for a stay. We went to Costco right after arrival stocked up and really didn’t have to go back to a supermarket. FYI- coffee maker is the regular not a Keurig so don’t buy pods. There were ample kitchen supplies including dishes, glasses and utensils! We didn’t have to buy toilet paper as we usually do and they ever has shampoo and shower gel. We used our own but that is really thoughtful. Everything work well and was in good condition. We used dish wash, stove, frig/freezer, washer and drier had no problems!The resort itself is well ran and they keep the grounds and amenities to a high standard. The location was perfect. We love this area because it’s on Sugar Beach and it’s pretty easy to get to everything we wanted to do within 30 minutes.This resort has a really awesome sandwich shop Dina’s I believe. We ordered sandwiches. There’s a bakery, fresh market, shave Ice and ABC store just a short walk up the beach. We went to all of them at some point and we walked down the beach every time.Kevin owner of the condo was very friendly and kept us updated on happening that were taking place at the resort while we were there. We really appreciated his great communication and commitment to make our vacation wonderful! We highly recommend this condo and will return ourselves

Very nice condo. It was as advertised. There is quite a bit of construction/exterior work being done on the property, but the noise was always during the day and then quiet for the evenings. Smooth check in progress. Kihei is an excellent location for your time on Maui!

Amazing honeymoon getaway

The condo was clean, beautiful and had an amazing view with a very short walk to a quiet, not busy beach. Kevin was available for any questions I had and made the whole process super easy and enjoyable. The location is close to downtown Kihei and plenty of food and entertainment options. I would stay here again without a doubt.

Everything in the unit was great! Swimming and snorkeling directly in front of the building was amazing. My only negative is that there aren’t any window coverings on south facing lanai windows. Condo gets extremely hot, even with air conditioning, making it very difficult to sit in the living room in the afternoon

Lovely property and location

Great location with beautiful view of ocean. We appreciated being on the top floor of the unit. Basics were stocked and stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Pool area was really nice.

Wonderful condo - beautiful view

The complex is right on the beach. This is a penthouse unit with a view to die for. The beach is an elevator away. Literally a few steps to the sand and a few more to the water. The condo was so comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook. The ice maker worked great so we had plenty for the day. The shower had great water pressure and lots of hot water. Everything you need for the beach or pool was provided, except you suit and sunscreen. There were chairs in the unit, but the condo had many lounge chairs setup in the grass. I highly recommend this unit!

Beautiful Hawaiian oasis

My wife and I went for our honeymoon and loved it. From the get go our host(Kevin) was amazing. Very quick to respond to any questions we had and very informative. The place itself was breathtaking. The view alone was worth the price of admission. The apartment was clean and exactly as advertised. Location was perfect very central. Perfect in every way. Would 1000% go back

Perfect Escape

We absolutely love this perfect little condo. Removed from the hustle but 15 minutes from anything and minutes from the water. Nothing better than sitting on the lanai with a beautiful view of Paradise, well except wandering downstairs and putting my toes in the water. The condo was super clean and had everything to make the stay feel like home. Can't wait to stay here again.
