Oceanfront Sugar Beach Resort Penthouse ristrutturato - Amazing Ocean Views!

Benvenuti a Sugar Beach Resort Penthouse 34, uno dei migliori condomini con vista sull'oceano a Maui. Il lanai all'ultimo piano è molto riservato e si affaccia su un oceano infinito e 5 miglia di spiaggia di sabbia bianca, perfetta per tranquille passeggiate mattutine o serali. Guarda le balene durante la stagione delle balene (da gennaio ad aprile) senza uscire di casa e vivi alcuni dei migliori tramonti a Maui dal balcone. La vista sull'oceano è spettacolare !!

PH34 è affittato direttamente dai proprietari. La cucina e il bagno sono stati completamente ristrutturati nell'agosto 2018 con tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e splendidi contatori di quarzo in cucina per un aspetto molto pulito e moderno. Ha tutti i nuovi mobili molto comodi tra cui un letto king size con un nuovo materasso e biancheria da letto (aprile 2018). Il divano letto è anche nuovo con materasso queen size aggiornato per il vostro comfort. Il condominio ha anche una TV a schermo piatto intelligente e un altoparlante JBL bluetooth per goderti facilmente la musica direttamente dal tuo telefono mentre fai la cena in cucina e goditi la vista. Abbiamo fornito wifi gratuito anche per la vostra convenienza.

Il nostro condominio ha anche l'aria condizionata centralizzata, cosa rara per i condomini di Maui: tieni l'interno a qualsiasi temperatura ti renda il più comodo. Il condominio è arredato con gusto con tutto il necessario tra cui boogie board, ombrellone, teli mare, sdraio ecc.

Il complesso dispone di ascensori per un facile accesso dal condominio alla spiaggia e alla splendida piscina con vista sull'oceano, spa e barbecue. I giardini sono curati e l'erba ti porta direttamente alla spiaggia, a pochi passi di distanza. C'è una società di prenotazione di attività nella hall per approfittare delle attrazioni e delle escursioni di Maui, o semplicemente rilassarsi tutta la settimana e non fare nulla.

Sugar Beach si trova sul lato ovest di Maui. Si tratta di circa 15 minuti dall'aeroporto (e Costco!), 15-20 minuti a nord di Wailea e 30 minuti a sud di Kaanapali e Lahaina.

Parcheggio gratuito incluso parcheggio coperto e nessuna tassa di soggiorno o tassa nascosta.

This guy is a saint. I reserved this unit in May but had to cancel due to unexpected death of my brother in law. It was just a few days before our arrival. So I had to cancel and lost the fee. Kevin rented the unit for a few nights and sent me the . He didn’t have to do that. He’s one in a million. I highly recommend renting from him. The condo is in a perfect spot. Convenient to any place on the island and just minutes from airport. We particularly enjoyed the crashing waves at night. Right on the beach. Recently updated and tastefully done.

Most beautiful view! Bed was comfortable, everything was very clean. Biggest let down was the unit felt “cheap,” more like a dorm than a penthouse condo. Scuff marks were haphazardly painted over so very noticeable, and decor was minimalistic to a fault. With just a little care to details this property would be amazing. It’s an older building so there are some quirks (like the dryer venting in the bathroom) but all in all it was a great stay.

The property was just as fantastic as we expected! Right on the water with an amazing view, large patio to enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. Beach chairs and towels were provided which was appreciated. The kitchen is very stocked with anything you could think of! Some reviews I read stated that the bathroom door was odd/did not exist. We did not find this to be true as there is a pocket door to the bathroom which provided privacy. My husband and I look forward to booking this unit again next year!

A pleasant stay

I think the unit is very nice. Lovely view and layout. Air conditioning was “Hawaiian style”. (We used the fan in the bedroom.) it was so nice for you to provide 4 beach towels, two beach chairs,plenty of shampoo and conditioner, laundry soap, dishwashing soap, fresh towels, toilet paper, paper towels. This is not always the case! Pool was really nice. Cool water. Comfy lounge chairs. Checking in was a small hassle. We got there at 6pm. We went back the next day at 2:00. There was a sign on the door stating that she “would be back soon.” So we tried a third time and we would have had to return a fourth time since we did not know our license plate number. ( we were mad and we decided to risk it) Other than that it was a really nice vacation before our conference.

Beautiful ocean view

Had a excellent time in this clean, well equipped and updated condo with breath taking views of the ocean. Pool was nice and never crowded.Kevin was very responsive to any questions we had. We had a great stay here and would recommend this condo.

Book this condo!

I come to Maui once or twice a year. This condo is heaven on earth. The beach is walkable! Most of the condos I have rented, that’s not so. The ocean is easy to swim in. This is a non tourist but delightful spot. If you have a car, it’s perfect. The host has been amazing. I’ve already booked my next vacation here. Thank you Kevin for sharing this gem with us visitors! Cheers!

Honestly the best spot hands down!!!

First off, to be able to view Maui from the top floor was a selling point for me, but to be able to do your laundry so easily on vacation was a game changer! I will stay here again if ever given the opportunity! Thank you so much !!!!

Great location for exploring the island

Nice sandy beach and lovely water views. Location for exploring the island is perfect. Great sunsets but due to west-facing, the porch gets quite warm in the afternoons. We went to the pool and sat under the nice roofed area near the water that provided great shade and breezes!Communication with Kevin, the host, was very good. He provided for a late checkout to accommodate our late flight to the next island. The bedroom was large enough to provide for two extra large suitcases and the kitchen allowed for any type of cooking needed.

Amazing Location

Beautiful, quiet property. Loved Dina’s Sandwitch shop and the Sugar Beach Bakery. Location was perfect! Great views with the beach, feet away. The unit was uber clean, watch out for the sliding glass door (too clean/clear you forget it’s there).

Great One Month Trip
