The Space:
Welcome to Oceanfront Wailea Resort Vistas. The newest addition to The Vistas Vacations of Maui's family of stylish and luxury condos in Kihei and Wailea. We want you to feel at home the moment you step inside. Our condo is located beachside in Wailea Akahi, a community nestled on the green lush slopes of Wailea. Conveniently positioned adjacent to many fine restaurants, cafes, and The Shops of Wailea nearby. The white and golden sand beaches of Wailea are perfect to spend the whole day relaxing under the sun, or catch the most amazing sunsets. The property amenities include beachside pool, spacious resort pavilion several BBQ grills and a pickleball court. Surrounded by beautifully manicured grounds swaying with palm and plumeria trees. This slice of paradise offers a local and relaxed environment, maintaining a vibrant community. Take a breath and experience Aloha! Our condo features high speed internet and WiFi, a Smart TV with your favorite streaming apps and local cable, a land line phone for free and unlimited calls to the US Mainland, Canada and Guam. Our fully equipped chef’s kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, blender, baking ware, French press, Keurig with K-cups provided, high end cookware, and all utensils including everything you need to BBQ. Dine inside in your spacious dining room or enjoy your meal on the lanai and lose yourself in the view. The oversized sofa pulls out into a queen size sleeper when needed to comfortably sleep four. The master suite is fit for a king! The condo has two full bathrooms. Additional pillows and bed linens are provided. For your comfort we offer both memory foam and regular pillows. We provide fluffy bath, hand, and face towels to pair with our spa inspired bathrooms. Heading to the beach? Grab the beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, and a cooler to help make sure your time on the sand is relaxing. The washer and dryer are inside the unit. Parking is provided at no charge.

Guest Access:
The whole condo is yours to enjoy. Additionally the complex has an oceanside resort pavilion and is a wonderful feature to this residence. A few minutes stroll from the rental, it includes a sizable open air pool, fitness center, kitchen and gas grills, with many sun chaise lounge and picnic seating to enjoy. Perfect for a day in the sun or an evening under the stars. Heavenly!

The Neighborhood:
Our condo is conveniently located right off the famous Keawakapu Beach and close walking distance to the Shops at Wailea where you will find numerous shops and restaurants. We always recommend renting a car to enjoy all of what beautiful Maui has to offer.

Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car to explore all that Maui has to offer. Parking onsite Is provided at no charge. Parking permits are located at the office at building 18B and registration is mandatory for open parking in the complex.

Other Things to Note:
Our baby essentials are provided through Nokaoi Baby Rentals. Please visit their website at nakoibabyrentals to arrange your rental. You will pay them directly for the rental and they will deliver the item to your unit. Please be advised that personal package deliveries such as Amazon etc- are not permitted, unless under medical emergency and with advance approval. We do not provide snorkeling gear as per COVID-19 hygiene measures. Ensuite washer and Dryer
