Passeggia lungo il famoso sentiero della spiaggia di Wailea, goditi uno snorkeling fantastico presso l'affollata Polo Beach o rilassati e abbronzati nella piscina e nella jacuzzi con vista sull'oceano.

Trascorri una vacanza da sogno in questo lussuoso appartamento con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni. Questa unità dispone di arredi belli e di buon gusto, una cucina gourmet completamente attrezzata con un open space, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, pavimenti in piastrelle in tutto e un meraviglioso lanai per guardare il tramonto e ammirare la bellezza di Maui.

Questa unità può ospitare fino a sei ospiti e dispone di un letto king size nella camera matrimoniale, due letti singoli nella camera degli ospiti, che può anche essere trasformato in un re, e un divano letto molto comodo nella zona giorno. La camera da letto principale dispone di un bagno privato e c'è anche un secondo bagno completo per gli ospiti. C'è l'aria condizionata centralizzata e l'accesso internet wireless in tutto.

Il Polo Beach Club è situato nella comunità resort di Wailea, che offre ristoranti di prima classe e opzioni per lo shopping nelle vicinanze nei diversi resort e The Shops at Wailea. La proprietà Polo Beach dispone di una piscina e vasca idromassaggio per gli ospiti. Ci sono anche barbecue in comune in loco e un giardino di erbe da godere.

*** Si prega di notare che la proprietà del Polo Beach Club sarà sottoposta a un rinnovamento delle piastrelle in pietra sui marciapiedi e sulla zona della rampa della spiaggia a partire dal 13 maggio 2019 e la data prevista per il completamento è il 15 ottobre 2019. I lavori di ristrutturazione inizieranno sulla rampa della spiaggia fino alla doccia sulla spiaggia. La pietra lasciata dal rinnovamento del marciapiede sarà utilizzata per questa parte del progetto. Inoltre, inizieranno con gli aggiornamenti dell'ascensore sui piani rimanenti. Inoltre, in questo momento ristruttureranno le pareti di roccia lavica. Stiamo cercando circa cinque settimane per completare queste parti del progetto e il rumore è previsto dalle 9:00 a. m. alle 4:00 p. m nei giorni feriali. Un'apertura alla spiaggia sarà tagliata dalla siepe naupaka per fornire l'accesso alla spiaggia durante questa parte del progetto. Una volta completato il lavoro, il percorso attraverso la siepe verrà ripiantato. What a beautiful view!!!! It was so nice. The only thing is the air conditioning wasn’t very good! Not cold enough. It has an amazing view of the pool and ocean. I really enjoyed how you walk out and there is the ocean! I would rent this unit again.

Such.a wonderful location. The unit was very well layed out with 2 bathroom and 2 bedrooms (king and 2 twin beds). The kitchen was well equipped and had more than enough for a family of 4. Beach access is super close (slightly steep path), beach chairs were provided. The grounds were well manicured, gated to access pool, beach, and to enter via car. Used the pool chairs with cushions, towels, and 3 gas grills to cook. Parking in covered area was easily accessible to 2 elevators. There were carts for luggage and groceries. There was a garage racks to place the paddle boards and boogie boards that we rented (not provided with lodging). Cannot stay any closer to the beach than this location. Sunset views are spectacular, snorkling from the beach in the mornings, and the covered lanai had table and 4 chairs and 2 lounge chairs we used for all meals. We have already suggested others should stay at this property. There was construction going on during the day but never once interfered with our Maui trip. Totally met all of our needs.

Nice property. Only issue was AC wasn’t very good, but that seems to be an issue at most of the PBC condos. Otherwise, good place. Easy contact with vacation company managers.

Beautiful, unobstructed sunset view. Waves on the shore are nice and loud, like you are sleeping on the beach. The rental was very modern, despite the building being older. There are some nice upgrades in the house, like automatic blinds. Washer and dryer were modern and worked just fine. Very clean. Quiet property. Pool and hotub were great. Very easy access to beach and pool. The beach is actually really awesome because it is naturally partitioned from the rest of the resorts through natural rock formations, and the beachfront path that connects the next several miles of resorts doesn't go through this property. We never saw more than 5 people on the beach at one time. Parking spots were tight, probably because the building was made when cars were smaller, so if you get an SUV or van, it's tight, but manageable.

Great location, beautiful view !The beach and pool not crowded. The condo is nicely decorated and well maintained, comfortable beds. Our only issues were that getting things like some extra towels and tissue was not as easy ,but realize this is a condo unit and not a hotel or vacation club. There is no front desk . Also there is construction on our floor and I had not seen the small note about it on the website. Workers were nice and it wasn’t too noisy . We’d come again.

My wife and I stayed at the Polo Beach Club for our honeymoon and it was amazing! We had stayed at the property a few years ago with family, and we literally changed our honeymoon plans to come back to Hawaii because of how amazing it was. The booking/check-in process were very straightforward, and all the communication was very appreciated! They checked in to make sure everything was going well and were very responsive to any questions we had. I would highly recommend staying here, and I know my wife and I will be back!

Our family had a wonderful time at this property! The view was amazing! Access to the beach was easy as was access to the pool, grill, and parking. The check-in process was clearly explained, and the property was clean. The concierge service was helpful as well. The location was perfect for us. We used the kitchen for at least 2 meals a day, and we could drive and/or walk to eat additional meals. We highly recommend this property!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was perfect, right next to the beach path in Wailea and easy access to the beach. Everything was clean and they had all the amenities we needed. My only suggestion is that they replace the dryer as it didn’t work well and took over 2 hours to dry anything. With two kids, we planned on doing laundry while we were there and that was difficult. Otherwise, the property was great!

Amazing spot on a great beach. Furniture was very comfy and looks new. Great beach chairs and umbrella located in the unit, for your use on the beach and the views..... are AWESOME! This is a corner unit in the very front of the building(some of the units are on the side)& the view is unobstructed! Be sure to bring your own ice as the ice machine is a bit tricky and doesn’t produce ice. We’ll be back!
