In grado di ospitare fino a 6 persone, questo condominio con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni offre una grande cucina con armadietti in legno Koa e un'ampia zona soggiorno con divano nuovo! Il divano si ripiega anche in un divano letto matrimoniale. Godetevi l'interiore, all'aperto che vive questo condominio offre con il tuo privato, ampio e coperto lanai direttamente di fronte Polo Beach!

La camera da letto principale dispone di un letto king con un bagno privato e ingresso privato sul vostro lanai! La camera da letto ospite dispone anche di un letto king size con un bagno completo per gli ospiti. Questa unità è perfetta per famiglie e coppie!

Il Polo Beach Club offre una piscina di recente ristrutturazione e jacuzzi per uso ospite, una zona barbecue all'aperto con un giardino di erbe, accesso privato alla spiaggia di Polo davanti con docce in spiaggia, parcheggio sotterraneo gratuito e sicurezza 24 ore. Polo Beach Club & Beach sono non fumatori.

*** Si prega di notare che la proprietà del Polo Beach Club sarà sottoposta a un rinnovamento delle piastrelle in pietra sui marciapiedi e sulla zona della rampa della spiaggia a partire dal 13 maggio 2019 e la data prevista per il completamento è il 15 ottobre 2019. I lavori di ristrutturazione inizieranno sulla rampa della spiaggia fino alla doccia sulla spiaggia. La pietra lasciata dal rinnovamento del marciapiede sarà utilizzata per questa parte del progetto. Inoltre, inizieranno con gli aggiornamenti dell'ascensore sui piani rimanenti. Inoltre, in questo momento ristruttureranno le pareti di roccia lavica. Stiamo cercando circa cinque settimane per completare queste parti del progetto e il rumore è previsto dalle 9:00 a. m. alle 4:00 p. m nei giorni feriali. Un'apertura alla spiaggia sarà tagliata dalla siepe naupaka per fornire l'accesso alla spiaggia durante questa parte del progetto. Una volta completato il lavoro, il percorso attraverso la siepe verrà ripiantato. The location was fabulous. Having the beach right out front was terrific. We also had access to the hotel next-door in one of the cabana for the days we were there. Condo was nice with a lot of nice touches that made our stay very convenient.Communication with the property manager was poor. We had difficulty upon arrival with the provided access codes, and did not receive a response to the next day, saying that they did not see our message. I also asked for some special accommodations due to my mother’s disability, none of which were granted or even responded to. The office staff at Polo Beach was quite unhelpful as well. The parking situation was ridiculous there. I was assured that parking or handicap vehicle would not be a problem, but received parking violation notices daily. Condo is great. Property and on site management was a disappointment.

We loved everything about our stay. The views were spectacular. The unit is very well maintained. The access to the beach is very convenient. We enjoyed a day at the pool - it was very nice. The parking is convenient, and the area has everything you could want. Highly recommend this beautiful property.

We enjoyed our stay at the Polo Beach Club. The view is amazing and the condo had everything my family of five needed. The bunk room was comfortable for our teens and we all enjoyed sitting on the lanai and enjoying the gorgeous views. Quick walk along the beach walkway to the shopping area and for fun. Definitely want to return.

The condo is fantastic. Front and center of Polo Beach. We watched whales from the lanai and beautiful skies during sunset. Easy access to a quiet and clean beach. The unit is well maintained and has everything you need.

We have stayed at Polo Beach Club for the past three years but sadly will switch units next year. While the location is 5 stars the unit itself is in need of updates. The lanai furniture is getting old and the doors leading to it are difficult to open and close. The cooktop is worn and pitted. The master bed is not that comfortable. The area rug beneath the master bed is worn and should be replaced. The tiling on the floor of the master bathroom looks moldy and should be replaced. The mirror wall is quite dated as well. We absolutely love this location and love staying at Polo Beach Club. We would gladly return to this unit if updates are done.

An amazing condo complex. Super clean and well organized. Very open and friendly and people running the complex. Very private and quiet location. Our rental condo had everything we needed. Polo Beach in it self. . Not to big and not to small. Just right. Great sand beach for laying around or water play. Also a great reef for snorkeling on one side of the beach. Can’t wait to return.

Nice condo, nice location, beautiful beach very close but this place is way, way overpriced! 2 bedrooms, not huge, second bedroom very basic. Too expensive!! Oh....and did I mention it was overpriced!

Pictures do not do justice. The view is absolutely perfect and the beach is very nice. Location is absolutely the best. I highly recommend this condo. Everything inside was as pictures and/or better than pictured. Only complain, it may be personal preference, we thought the master bed was uncomfortable. Honestly, we would stay here again regardless of bed because the location and view are perfect.

The patio and views are gorgeous. The interior could use some renovations as it’s outdated. There were no body boards or umbrellas available in the unit but there were beach chairs. The aged carpet in the bedroom should be removed and the bathrooms need renovating. The air conditioning in the second bedroom works too high and the air conditioning in the master barely works. Also when the air conditioning turns on the vents vibrate creating a noise all night when trying to sleep. For the amount we paid I was expecting a more updated condo which was disappointing.

Exceeded expectations on every level. I've been to hawaii 25+ times over the years. Stayed at condos and luxury hotels. This unit, right on the water, tastefully decorated, well equipped, very clean - right next to the Fairmont, the Four Seasons and Waldorf properties was the best location and by far the best value.

Beautiful oceanfront condo in immaculate condition. The beach is outstanding and a mere 50 steps or so from the unit. Lovely place to stay. Coldwell Banker very responsive and helpful.

We have been to Maui dozens of times. All sides. This has been our favorite resort. After leaving the chaos of Honua Kai, this clean, quiet condo was a great reprieve. Condo was stocked with all your needs in the kitchen and bath. Large ocean facing lanai was used all hours of the day. Not far from the large resorts for walking to restaurants or a great walk towards Makena beach in the morning.

Couldn't ask for a better location - front and center of the beach and as close to the water as one can get on Maui. Shops and restaurants are neayby. The beach was mostly uncrowded. The apartment, though, needs updating. The bed has a large wooden frame and we kept hitting agains the sides. The mattress needs to be changed. The cushions on the couches have seen better days. My daughter, used the sofa-bed and said that she felt as though she was sleeping on a wire fence. The curtains are old and showing some rust stains, etc. I have read where the management thanks the renters for their suggestions but nothing seems to have changed. If you overlook these flaws, I would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful stay at the Polo Beach Club. Great location, beach and view. The condo was very nice and well equipped. Don't miss the beach walk . Staying in a condo you miss the big fancy pools with swim up bar, but the other benefits more than make up for it.
