You are invited to stay in this beautiful, romantic condo in South Kihei, right across from one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. This spacious condo has been fully remodeled and features a private lanai. All this only steps to the ocean!!

You are invited to stay in this beautiful, romantic condo in South Kihei, right across from one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. This spacious condo has been fully remodeled and features a private lanai. All this only steps to the ocean!!

This one bedroom condo has been completely remodeled and has a full sized kitchen that is stocked with essentials. There are BBQs on the property so you can enjoy a nice home cooked meal while in your home away from home.

It addition to the king sized bed in the bedroom, there is a pull out queen sofa allowing this spacious condo to accommodate up to 4 people. The sofa bed is a typical pull-out bed that sleeps two but we usually recommend it for kids as these types of beds are not the most comfortable for adults.

We take pride in keeping our condo very clean so the cleaning fee is the same price whether you stay one night or a whole week; therefore, you'll get better value for staying multiple nights. We are not a hotel and we think we offer a greater value for the amenities and cost. If you're looking for a private condo with a fully stocked kitchen, beach toys, pack 'n play crib, and washer/dryer then we have you covered!

The resort is in a great location. Just steps away from Kam 1 beach which is touted as one of the most beautiful on the island. There are also restaurants and shops within walking distance so you don't need a car if you don't want one.

The condo and the resort which includes a pool, tennis courts, BBQ picnic area.

Our guests are welcome to call us anytime plus we have an on island contact who lives nearby.

Unlike a majority of the resorts on Kihei, where you have to have a car, this resort is in the most walkable area of town. Not only do you have the beautiful Kam 1, 2 and 3 beaches within walking distance but there are also great restaurants including Café o Lei, Maui Tacos, Da kitchen and Freds Mexican café. There is also shopping nearby including a great organic market.

DISCLOSURE: Although the resort hires professional pest control services your experience in the tropics may include pests, which cannot be completely controlled, such as insects, rodents, and friendly geckos. You may also experience dangerous ocean conditions, strong sun and security issues. There are no lifeguards at the pools or beaches.

Love the complex

Pros: -Location. The beach right across the street is wonderful for swimming and snorkeling. Great restaurants within walking distance. -Well stocked kitchen -Well stocked with all the beach essentials you need -Responive host Cons: -BUGS. SO MANY BUGS. -Not enough hot water for even a 5 minute shower -Dishwasher did not work -Very hard mattress and pillows -No AC in the bedroom -Did I mention the BUGS? We love this complex, we always try to stay here when visiting the island, and will definitely continue to do so, just not in this unit.

Nice stay in Kihei

The condo met our needs. It was very well situated close to Kamaole Beach Park I. Very well outfitted with beach gear, super clean. Missing a couple of things that we needed in the kitchen, no bread knife, for example, but otherwise well equipped. The couch was very comfortable--didn't use it as a sofa bed. The rest of the living room furniture was a little worse for the wear. The design of this building allows for privacy in the main living area, but the bedroom windows are on a walkway. We don't use air conditioning, but this means you have to keep the bedroom windows open, and there is some noise from the walkways as people return home in the evening--woke us up a couple of times. There is also no lock on the bedroom window, which may be of some concern, though it is a safe area. The lower parking lot nearest to the room is often full, but you can load and unload the car there and then park up above. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Perfect Kihei location

This property is perfectly located for quick/convenient access to a nearby grocery, ABC Store, great local eats, and the best Kihei beaches. The condo is better suited to those with good mobility as it is situated on an incline and therefore often requires trekking uphill to the larger parking lot as the small, lower lot fills quickly. The unit was mostly comfortable, although it would greatly benefit from the installation of a ceiling fan in the living room as an alternative to the loud air conditioning unit. The shower head and water pressure were fantastic, but the bathroom fan/ducting could use either maintenance or replacement as the fan did not seem to evacuate any air, and mostly just made a lot of noise.
