July stay at Kamaole Sands 7-207

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this unit a few years ago after it was newly renovated and were excited to come back. It did not disappoint. Pros:-Huge kitchen island- served as our base for meals, prepping activities, hanging out, etc.-Excellent washer and dryer-Spacious lanai with peaceful view (the unit faces manicured lawns/gardens)-Sturdy beach umbrella and beach towels-Spacious living room/kitchen with strong A/C Minor Cons:-A dozen termites throughout our 6 day stay. (Did not run into this issue at this unit previously) We realize it is a tropical climate and termites aren't harmful but not fun to come back to after already cleaning up dead termites upon arrival. More thorough cleaning before guests arrive, termite spray, or window sealant could be helpful-Loud A/C unit in bedroom (separate from living room A/C unit). Don't remember it being an issue last stay and had to wear noise cancelling headphones to sleepOverall, we would stay at this unit again and highly recommend PMI

Relaxing island vacation

This condo was exactly as advertised. It had everything we needed for our family of four. Air conditioning was a plus. Loved that we could walk across the street daily to go to the beach. Matt was very responsive. He arranged for an air mattress for one of my children along with bedding. We were also able to check in much earlier when our flight arrived at 9:30 am. Would definitely stay in this condo again!

The gated community was clean, quiet, and the greenery was beautifully manicured. I felt safe living there for 9 days. The location of the condo was in a good and safe area too. We had easy access to beaches and shopping areas only minutes away. Lastly, the condo was very clean and well kept inside, and the condo was modern with a beautiful living room, kitchen, bathrooms, and a beautiful outdoor patio. We really enjoyed the place! We didn’t want to leave! Our hosts were also very responsive anytime we needed anything!I would recommend this stay to anyone.

Reviewer Comments: Our condo was comfortable, clean and extremely well stocked for dishes etc. We ate all our meals on the spacious lanai that was always shaded from extreme sun. The location couldn’t be better for beach and restaurant access. This is the second time we have rented a condo at Kamaole Sands through PMI Maui. Both times the manager has been available and arrived at the condo literally within minutes to provide assistance when we had questions. We would definitely recommend this condo and rental agency.

The location was beyond perfect, about a 3 min walk to go to see the sunset by the harbor. You can walk to restaurants and coffee in the morning. Close to Wailea for fancier restaurants or amazing beaches like Makena. About a 50 min drive to Kaanapali. It was just perfect. Clean, inviting, would recommend to everyone.

Hawaii 2023 ‘The Moorman’s’

The welcoming Maui cookies and coffee was a delightful treat. The condo had everything we needed and some. The grounds were beautifully landscaped with gorgeous plants which are reef friendly. The close proximity to the beach made morning and evening walks so enjoyable. We took advantage of the outdoor barbecues which gave opportunities to see the most beautiful sunsets while cooking. I can’t wait for the next visit to maui. Everything from check in to checkout was smooth. Matt and Tonya of Maui PMI will be the first people we contact to book future stays. Comfortable and stylish condo

The owner took great care with flooring, kitchen & bathroom cabinets, updated tiled showers and comfortable furniture. There was no outdated bamboo furniture or palm tree fabric in sight. The newly outfitted kitchen was beautiful and the stackable washer/dryer were easy to use. The grounds are well maintenance and this unit has a nice view and patio. Beach chairs, umbrella, towels and sand toys all provided. Owner very responsive about resetting the ice cube maker in refrigerator. Beach, park and beautiful walking trails across the street from the complex. I would happily stay here again.
