This is a terrific BEACHFRONT vacation condo. Sugar Beach Resort is a centrally located complex with a beautiful oceanfront pool and spa. The ocean views are amazing and, due to the fact that it is on the 5th floor..... privacy and security!

Unit 517 is "front and center" and as close to the ocean as you can get...... the only noise is the "lapping" of the waves!!!

Watch the beautiful sunrise light up the West Maui mountains or the sun setting on Humpback whales while enjoying a glass of wine on the lanai. Even at night the lights of Kihei twinkle in the distance.

When you're not being mesmerized by the view, Sleep in your new Four Seasons king sized bed, on top- notch linens and 100% down pillows.

After that "after beach" glass of wine on the spacious lanai with spectacular views you can cook in your fully equipped kitchen and serve meals on the large bar, dining table, or on the lanai.

And to keep those sandy towels and clothes clean there is a new washer and dryer.

Relax in front of a new 55' LED SMART TV complete with WIFI, Netflix, Hulu, etc. By the way... the queen sleeper sofa is great for a third guest.

And, with that said, You're going to want to get out and explore all the wonderful things our Island has to offer.... restaurants, art galleries, golf, snorkeling, and beaches everywhere.

Grab the furnished beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler and head to the beach! Everything you'll need for a wonderful vacation is here........just bring a suitcase!

Sugar Beach Resort is located in the quieter part of Kihei....... away from all the traffic and noise in South Kihei . Tennis and paddleball courts are just a short distance away and only 15 min to the airport and Costco, 15 min to Wailea golf courses, only 20 min to Lahaina and 5 min to Maui's great restaurants and shopping.

Come and enjoy the magic Maui has in store for you! The facilities, friendliness and location of Sugar Beach can't be beat and the views, amenities, cleanliness, and quiet of your vacation condo are the "icing on the cake"!

Air was excellent and the kitchen had all the amenities we needed. We were there thru the once in a life storm and Robert was the perfect host thru out…checking to insure our safety and comfort. Our scheduled trip was for 20 days but the weather cleared the day of our scheduled departure so we were able to extend for 7 additional glorious Maui sunny days. We are definitely going to use this rental again. Thank you Robert for the great experience.

Exactly as described with great ocean view and sound of the lapping waves. Kitchen has everything you'll need, and closet (outside the door) has beach chairs, umbrella, swim fins... Great locatiom! Close to Sugar Beach Bake Shop and small farmers market, Short drive to shops, stores, restaurants and food trucks in Kihei area, Grounds are not crowded like major hotels, and there's plenty of parking.Host provided excellent instructions, and tips.

The condo was absolutely perfect! Clean, great A/C (we are from Texas so we love our A/C)! We have already booked this condo for next year. The communication was easy and the owner was very accommodating. All the amenities including beach chairs, umbrella, ice cooler, plus more were included. The TV was easy to navigate. View was awesome. The couch was very comfortable. Highly recommend! Every part of the island was easily accessible and our beach was never crowded.

The condo met all our expectations and then some. It was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped. We took advantage of the kitchen for quick breakfasts, grilled steaks for dinner one night at poolside, and even did laundry in the unit. We also enjoyed Dina's Sandwitch on the property, a sandwich shop/dive bar. Met friendly locals at happy hour and got great recommendations for restaurants.

If you want to stay at Kihie, you can’t find a better place. Ocean views are terrific. Pool and spa are nice. Lawn area and beach are outstanding. The place is designed to enjoy the Hawaiian experience. Beach Chairs, umbrella etc provided to enhance your stay. Highly recommend.

Very nice condo. Fantastic views of the ocean, it's almost like you are right on top of it. Excellent communication with the host. The unit is well stocked and cared for. Air conditioning works well, and that is getting more and more important over time. My spouse appreciated the in-unit washer and dryer. Would definitely stay here again!
