Sei all'ultimo piano del desiderabile edificio "A" con vista sull'OCEANO e sulle montagne ... ANCHE VICINO ALL'OCEANO PUOI SENTIRE LE ONDE! Decorato in stile isolano con tapas tradizionali hawaiane e mobili tropicali ... ti sentirai davvero alle Hawaii. Vogliamo che ti innamori di Maui, come abbiamo fatto, e crediamo che il nostro condominio ti darà tutti i comfort di casa!

Guarda albe e tramonti dal tuo lanai. Nelle notti limpide vedere l'Osservatorio di Haleakala sul monte Haleakala dal lanai. SEI così vicino all'oceano che puoi sentire le onde!

Letto matrimoniale nella camera matrimoniale CON A / C CENTRALE, 2 gemelli nella seconda camera A / C CON CONTROLLO CLIMA SEPERATO). Cucina completamente attrezzata con lavatrice e asciugatrice.

Non è necessario noleggiare un'auto, anche se ci sono 2 posti auto (244 e 25). La spiaggia di Charley Young e Kam 1 si trova dall'altra parte della strada per rilassarsi e godersi l'oceano o imparare a paddleboard, kayak o surf a The Cove, a 5 minuti a piedi lungo la strada. Cammina fino al Triangolo con fantastici ristoranti e un supermercato. Salvare il noleggio auto per una gita di un giorno a Hana, la fermata dell'autobus pubblico è in fondo alla strada.

Goditi la spiaggia attraversando la strada. Teli mare, boogie board e sdraio a vostra disposizione. Barbecue, piscina scintillante, vasca idromassaggio tutti disponibili in loco!

Il condominio è pulito quando arrivate e viene pulito di nuovo al momento della partenza.

Wonderful!

Great resort with spacious kitchen, den, BRs and baths. The pool area was very good with lazy river and multiple pools to enjoy as well as pool with sand beach and water slides for kids.

Very clean and handy condo

What a lovely stay we had at Pam's condo! Everything went without a hitch. Check-in was easy, and checkout instructions were clear. The place was immaculate and everything worked. It was a very comfortable stay. A lot of things are within walking distance (beach, shops, restaurants) if you don't want to use the car. The elevator was handy. The only thing we missed was the pool - we ran out of time to try it out (spent the bulk of our stay either visiting or at the beach)!

This place did not disappoint. As a matter of fact it exceeded our expectations.

We would definitely stay at this place again. It was roomy and had a view of the beach. It was a 4-5 min walk to the beach. We found out during the trip the the beaches by us were one of the best. The place had everything we needed for our comfort. We were pleasantly surprised to find beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel equipment, boogie boards and an ice cooler. The owner Pam responded promptly to our inquiries and was a pleasure to deal with. Our only regret is that we had to leave this piece of heaven. We recommend this place highly and look forward to returning.

Nice location

Once we figured thing out, we enjoyed our stay. Would be nice if the notebook contained info on wifi, streaming TV, use of washer/dryer, air. 3 women over 60 may need a little more info. Sad we missed Super Bowl and Olympics because there was no regular TV channels, only streaming.

Great location, easy access, comfortable accommodations

This condo is small but comfortable (although beds are a little soft in the middle). Each room has separate air conditioner, although they are on timers so cooling can go off in the middle of the night...LOL! Great location across the street from the beach and walking distance to restaurants, shops and bus line. All the amenities of home plus they provided beach towels and chairs! Would stay there again.

Highly recommend

Home, location and home owner communication were great. The condo had all the amenities to make the weeklong stay feel like home. The added bonus was we were in walking distance of the best, kid friendly beach in Maui and a wide range of restaurants.

From the location to the condo and everything in between this is the perfect place to stay. Although each time we stay here it does make it harder to go home.

Perfect for a family of four!

For first time visitors to Hawaii, this was the perfect place to rest our heads! Kihei is a great, sunny beach town, and Pacific Shores Unit 403 was located in the perfect spot: up high enough for amazing views of the ocean, mountains, birds and almost directly across the street from the most delightful beach. Two bedrooms and bathrooms gave everyone some breathing space, the kitchen was great for the occasional evening that no one felt like going out, and the cross-ventilation and ceiling fans meant that we didn't need air conditioning at all in late March. On top of all this, Pam and crew keep this place spotless and supplied us mainlanders with all the tools we would need for a great beach experience (except for sunscreen. Bring lots of sunscreen!!). Our only quibbles were things that the owners can't control: these buildings are aging. The pipes squeaked, and the elevator lurched. We could deal with that since Charlie Young Beach is so near, and we honestly walked almost everywhere. Thank you to Pam and family for sharing their home with all of us!

We have stayed in 403 a few times in the past.The location is great and the unit is adequate.

We did find this time that the washer is hard to load and unload with the way that the door opens.Also climbing steps to set the dryer going is odd. Loading the fridge is also tight as the door can not be fully opened.

Right across street to excellent sandy swim beach, all the beach toys you would need supplied. Condo is clean and well appointed. Nice having 3 bedrooms and washing machine.

Great Condo and great price

This was a wonderful place. We could walk to the beach in 5 minutes. There were beach chairs, umbrella and snorkel gear there for us to use. The price was lower than what we could of got a hotel room for. It was clean and just what we needed. We had a great stay and one of the reasons was this condo being perfect for our trip.

Very nice, comfortable , convenient, and great location

We never used the pool -- but the proximity to the beach is excellent. Great location w/many good food options nearby (and Foodland grocery store). Comfy rooms/nice bathrooms. A/C "timers" were rather inconvenient, as we came home to a very hot apt. numerous times after being out and about. Would prefer an option to reduce the a/c back to a reasonably conservative level rather than have to re-cool the entire place all over again. Great place -- would likely return.

Pam, the property manager is the best. We stayed here for 2 months and just relaxed. The condo is nicely stocked with spices and extra condiments as well. The bathroom is also well stocked with all your bathroom needs as well The view from our balcony is amazing. We can even see whales out and about The closet is well stocked with any thing you need for the beach. Bring your camera down to catch the turtles on the beach Thank you again Pam for making our stay wonderful Mahalo!
