~ Location, Location, Location: In less than 150 footsteps (from the front door), you can not only be at the beach but you can actually be in the ocean! ;)
The only beach in Maui that used to be reserved for Hawaiian Royalty is directly across the street from the condo (less than 150 footsteps from your front door). It is a very popular beach for canoeing, kite surfing, viewing sea turtles and whales, or simply basking in the sun. Picnic tables, grilling areas, free parking, and outdoor showers are all available at the beach across the street. Do as much as you want or as little as you desire. ;)
~ The National Humpback Museum and Whale Education Center for Maui is just steps away (directly across the street from the condo). They offer free educational classes and plenty of free, outdoor telescopes so you can get an up close and personal view of the Humpback Whales swimming and jumping in the ocean just in front of the museum.
The longest beach walk in all of Maui is in Kihei (within 2 blocks from the condo).

~ RESORT LIKE AMENITIES include a high powered air conditioning system, keyless entry, a Hawaiian quilt, very soft and luxurious, high quality, resort linens, a super comfortable, ultra plush, king sized pillow top mattress with a Comfort Revolution Memory Foam Mattress Topper (many guests say this bed is the BEST BED they have ever slept on!), 100% bed bug protection, pollen protection, and dust mite protection through very expensive and advanced zippered allergen barrier mattress and box spring fabric encasements that are also 100% pesticide and chemical free, plus tons of fluffy and fresh down filled pillows. The condo is also equipped with a queen sofa sleeper, an extra large flat screen TV, and high speed wireless internet. There is an FM Stereo System with CD player, Bluetooth, and several popular Hawaiian CDs. We also offer sparkly granite counters in the kitchen, dark cherry kitchen cabinets, plus under cabinet lighting. Additionally, there is a slate covered lanai with a view of the ocean, a Sharper Image Sound Soother Machine, a high tech Water Filtration System, and even a built in Digital Safe that lets you choose your own code.
~ There is also an extra large flat screen HDTV which includes a PREMIUM Cable TV package with over 200 channels (including a High Definition Entertainment Package). Inside the condo, you will additionally discover a DVD player (including Blu-ray, Netflix, Hulu, and other Video Streaming) and over 150 awesome DVD movies (all genre types, including tons of new releases).
~ We also supply a large collection of informative Maui books, an assortment of interesting Maui magazines, several creative & fun card and board games, and a very special and popular Hana Road Tour CD for your vehicle that you can help yourself to during your vacation.
~ You will find plenty of fluffy, soft, over sized bathroom and beach towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. You will also discover treasures like beach chairs, a beach umbrella, coolers (one large, one small), tennis rackets, tennis balls, a beach paddle ball set, yoga mats, a luggage rack, hydroflasks/thermos', an iron/ironing board, a vanity mirror that lights up, a hair dryer, a fully stocked First Aid Kit, beach/pool toys, a beach bag, and even an insulated, custom picnic basket. We also supply a Sewing Kit, a Tool Kit, batteries, light bulbs, and plenty of cleaning products.
~ We also happily stock AMPLE dish soap, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, sponges, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, Qtips, cotton balls, coffee filters, tea, coffee, and hand soap. In addition, we provide "starter kit" supplies in the bathroom and the main kitchen. Upon arrival, you will find 2 fresh rolls of toilet paper and 1 fresh roll of paper towels for the kitchen. This will be enough to get you "started". Our goal by providing "starter kits" for household paper products is to prevent the necessity for you to have to shop for these items during your first couple of days in paradise; after all, you are on vacation. There is also a "Pay It Forward" shelf where guests are welcome to leave their unused, non-perishable grocery items.
The premier location, coupled with the over abundance of amenities we provide, will hopefully make Tracy's Tropical Treasures the TOP CHOICE for your Maui Vacation! Several of our guests have commented in the Home Journal that the condo was better than staying in a five star hotel or luxury resort! In fact, one guest even said that their room at the Four Seasons in Wailea paled in comparison to Tracy's Tropical Treasures.
KITCHEN FIT FOR A CHEF includes full size, stainless steel appliances, dark cherry cabinetry, under cabinet lighting, and beautiful granite that sparkles in the Maui sun. There is also a microwave, plenty of cookware, a coffee maker, a coffee bean grinder, a French press, a toaster, a rice maker, a crock pot, a Nutri Bullet blender, a variety of BBQ accessories, and even a toaster oven. In addition, basic supplies like Olive Oil, Pam, an assortment of hot teas, salt, pepper, an assortment of popular spices, aluminum foil, saran wrap, coffee filters, coffee, and miscellaneous baking ingredients can all be found on site.
~ The BATHROOM features a bathtub/shower combination: perfect for children. This bathroom is guaranteed to delight all of your senses!
~ The private, slate tiled LANAI boasts a very enjoyable ocean view where you can watch graceful whales play, the kite surfers dance, palm trees sway, & catch the most fabulous, panoramic sunsets and vibrant, rainbow-striped skies. It's truly postcard material, especially when the full moon casts its magical light on the beautiful Maui ocean. The lanai is equipped with a table & two super comfy chairs: perfect for resting, reading, enjoying a cocktail, and/or outdoor dining.
~ This condo is situated in a perfectly central location. It is within easy walking distance (within 2 miles) to EVERYTHING: shops, restaurants, beaches, public parks, grocery stores, gas stations, kayaking, surfing, snorkeling, wind surfing, fishing, the "Triangle Night Life", medical facilities: you name it! It's all literally around the corner. In addition, you're just minutes away from Wailea, and only 10 miles from the airport in Kahului. For your convenience, there's also a bus stop within 100 feet from the front door.
~ You'll also be DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET from one of the most popular wind surfing beaches in all of Maui, and you will have an OCEAN VIEW from the lanai, living room, dining area, kitchen, and sleeping quarters. It's truly a picture perfect, romantic setting which is conveniently located near the FRONT END of the property. Please note the unit does parallel the road, so there's a small bit of road noise from time to time; however, I have added a Sharper Image Sound Soother Machine that features 20 digital, calming sounds to help you experience maximum relaxation throughout your stay.
~ Did I mention that during whale season, you can actually watch the whales breach from across the street or while enjoying a meal on your lanai?
