Newly remodeled 1 bedroom, 1 bath ground floor condo. Located directly across from the beach in warm & sunny Kihei. Nestled in the exclusive and desirable Kihei Resort, you will be embraced in the lush & tranquil landscaping. We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, luxury beach towels and a cooler to ensure your beach day is set for success. Our kitchen is fully stocked, ready for the home chef to prepare any meal, or for the master baker to tackle any recipe. Incredible dining options close by!

The Space:
Our condo is located in the lush and tropical Kihei Resort complex nestled upon a quiet setting directly across the street from the beach. Kihei Resort features property amenities such as a pool, hot tub, Japanese garden, several community BBQ grills and well maintained grounds with amazing tranquil courtyard views. This slice of paradise offers a low key tranquil setting not found in the larger hotel resort complexes and is designed to offer visitors the opportunity to truly relax and take in the aloha experience. We take pride in offering our guests a memorable vacation!
The condo offers a land line phone (with free calls to to the the mainland, Canada and Guam), cable and high speed WiFi, a fully equipped roomy kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and dish ware, blender, coffeemaker and all utensils including everything you need to BBQ. The dining area contains a table that seats four. In the living room area there is a new comfortable sofa with a queen size pullout memory foam mattress and flat screen smart TV. The unit comfortably sleeps four. The bedroom contains a new queen size bed. Additional pillows (both standard and memory foam cooling jell pillows) and bed linens are provided. The closet is where our guests will find new fluffy bath, hand and face towels along with beach and pool towels. Beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler are also in the unit. For your convenience, there is also a washer and dryer in the unit. A free designated assigned parking space close to the unit is provided.

Guest Access:
A pool key is provided inside the condo unit. Your dedicated parking space is number 71.

The Neighborhood:
The Kihei community enjoys several beautiful beaches, most all with nearby convenient public parking. In Maui all beaches must be accessible to the public allowing both visitors and residents the opportunity to fully enjoy the variety and beauty of the local beaches. Together with neighboring Wailea the area enjoys numerous shops, restaurants and “happy hour” opportunities. The Kihei Resort is complex is a short distance from many grocery stores, including a Safeway, Times and Foodland, convenient for visitors who did not have the opportunity to stop in to Costco or Target by the airport prior to their arrival at the complex to check-in.

Getting Around:
Close to all that Kihei has to offer. Great restaurants, bars, fabulous beaches, and more! A mere fifteen-minute drive from the airport and only 10 minutes to the high-end shops at Wailea.

Other Things to Note:
Our baby essentials are provided through Nokaoi Baby Rentals. Please visit their website at nakoibabyrentals to arrange your rental. You will pay them directly for the rental and they will deliver the item to your unit.

Please be advised that personal package deliveries such as Amazon etc- are not permitted, unless under medical emergency and with advance approval.

Our beach essentials do not include snorkeling gear as a covid precaution.

Pickleball players will enjoy Waipuilani Park, just minutes down the road.
