Il nostro condominio (Hale Kamaole # 201) si trova in una delle località più popolari di Maui a sud di Hale Kamaole e offre una vista senza ostacoli sulla spiaggia e sull'Oceano Pacifico. Non guardare sui tetti, tra gli edifici o tra gli alberi, motivo per cui lo chiamiamo "Best View on Maui"!

Il nostro condominio è la nostra casa lontano da casa ed è stato completamente ristrutturato. Siamo situati al secondo piano (accesso solo scale) senza nessuno sopra di voi. Si tratta di un grande open space di 1277 piedi quadrati (119 mq) e può ospitare comodamente fino a sei persone. È completamente attrezzato per garantire un soggiorno rilassante, piacevole e di grande valore. Ha una cucina completa, lavatrice e asciugatrice, 2 camere da letto entrambe con letti king nuovi (uno al piano di sopra e uno in basso), 2 bagni e un soppalco separato con due letti singoli. TV in salotto e camere da letto. Connessione internet wireless gratuita e chiamate a lunga distanza gratuite verso la terraferma e il Canada degli Stati Uniti.

Se ti piace la spiaggia, è a soli 30 secondi a piedi! Non è necessario guidare la macchina e cercare un parcheggio. Basta prendere i keikis (bambini), il tuo asciugamano, un buon libro e attraversare la strada verso una delle più belle spiagge e parchi di Maui, Kamaole III. Abbiamo boogie boards, sedie a sdraio, teli mare, boccagli, maschere, pinne e altri articoli da spiaggia per il vostro uso.

La nostra posizione è a cinque minuti a piedi da famosi ristoranti, bar e negozi. La rampa della barca è a 5 minuti a piedi. Molte delle famose attrazioni acquatiche partono da qui, tra cui il famoso viaggio con lo snorkeling del Molokini Crater, le immersioni subacquee, il kayak e altre attività.

Un deposito di $ 200 è richiesto per prenotare l'unità e verrà restituito entro 7 giorni dopo il checkout se non ci sono elementi danneggiati o mancanti. Host was communicative and welcoming throughout the process. Views and proximity to the beach are great. Much of Kihei has homes with great views in close proximity to the road. The road noise does not bother out family as views of the beach, Molikini, and the island of Lanai (from the lanai) outweigh the slight white noise. We had a delayed flight on the day before Thanksgiving and the host was able to coordinate checkout a few hours later than normal, which was a blessing since we had returned late from Hana the evening prior. Allowed the kids to sleep in a bit longer while we cleaned up for checkout. Plenty of starter soap and paper goods provided. We used the time to run a few extra loads of towels and pre-clean to reduce workload for the cleaning service. The lanai closet was stocked with 4 beach chairs, 3 boogie boards, a cooler, umbrella, and snorkel gear among other beach gear. Just keep track at the beach as most gear on the island appears appears to originate from Costco (Our family had fun noting all the same blue and yellow boogie boards). There is a 6-hour timer on each of the 3 mini-split head units to manage power consumption, but many units on the island advertise this. Some of the non-stick pans were beyond lifecycle and did not work well even with butter/oil, so these might need to be replaced soon. Overall an amazing place to stay and we would book again.

Our stay at "The Best View on Maui" was amazing! Plenty of room for our family of 4 including myself, my wife and 2 teens. And the view is absolutely stunning, you can watch the sunset every evening from the lanai or the comfort of the couch, or while making dinner in the well appointed kitchen.The owner, Mike, took the time to call and check in on us since we were there during the tsunami warning (which turned out to be no big deal). The tsunami did cause a few of our prepaid and scheduled activities to get rescheduled. Mike was very gracious and allowed us a late checkout so we could still get Molokini Crater snorkeling in on our last morning and come back to shower up before heading to the airport.The location is perfect, very close to lots of restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and grocery stores. There's a beach park that's never crowded directly across the street (1 min walk), where the waves are gentle and with lots of sea turtles we saw up close while snorkeling.Kihei is a great town to stay in on Maui because it's centrally located to all the cool things to do like Haleakala (get up at 3am to see the sunrise, TOTALLY worth it), 20 min from the airport, and only 50 min from Lahaina (definitely do the Lūʻau there).We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

We stayed here for 4 nights with our kids and had a great time. The location is ideal because you are right next to the beach so it’s easy to get there as well as enjoy the views. There are also no obstructions blocking your view. Also the pool is nearby which our kids liked. The place itself was very clean and the owners were responsive and helpful. We had everything we needed including a fully stocked closet with beach/pool supplies. It did tend to get hot in the late afternoon, but there were either plenty of windows to ventilate or the AC would quickly cool down the place.Overall a great experience if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Maui!

Amazing Stay

We love this unit so incredibly much! I have been coming to Hale Kamaole for 40 years and this is BY FAR the best unit we stayed in. Its clean, well equipped, comfortable, and has tons of space for everyone. Not to mention the view, which is insane. We have stayed in this unit for the last 2 years and would never stay in another unit again.

Other than that our stay in Maui was very good. We were right across the street from Kamaole III which is a nice beach though does have some rocky places. However it wasn't too crowded so we were able to swim, boogie board and play in the sand as much as we liked. We were there in January so the Whales were active and we were able to see them from the lanai, though I would recommend bringing your own binoculars as the ones in the condo leave a lot to be desired. The condo itself was pleasant though it did get a little warm and muggy during the hot part of the day. The A/C Units helped to stifle that as well as letting the outside air waft through. While it is nice to be so close to the beach and be able to see the whales from the porch one thing I hadn't counted on was the noise from the road outside. It didn't affect sleeping or anything but did make it more difficult to hear during the busier parts of the day. Fortunately we weren't in the condo all that much so this wasn't a huge issue. The only real downer was having to purchase our own bath soap, TP and paper towels. 7 nights is just too long for what was provided.

Well stocked, well kept, updated in recent years, newer a/c setup (no window shakers), very clean, always a score if there is availability in Hale Kamaole but this unit is amazing.Watched sunsets from our front row seats on the balcony or ocean side a short walk thru the park. Enjoyed being so close to the street, always something to see (scooters, bicycles, motorcycles, lots of pedestrian traffic in daytime). Convenient to parks, malls, restaurants, all within walking distance if you are physically able.Best unit in this complex.Thank you for sharing your amazing space with us and anyone fortunate enough to find availability.Highlights: OO Farms in Kula for their brunch/coffee/farm tour - teens loved the chameleons that were found in the foliage; information shared by staff throughout the tour was spot on; the food prepared by the chef & his assistant(s) was so wonderful/something not to be missed! The Molokini snorkel tour with the Pride of Maui tour was a great day and money well spent. Smaller group with higher ratio of staff to customers.The road to Hana tour company took our party of 5 to ensure we got to experience the tour as well as their very knowledgeable driver was most happy to work and share the local history.Thank you for a memorable vacation that we will all be reminiscing and sharing with the hope that more people will return to Kihei for their vacations.

We had an amazing vacation at your Kihei condo. The location was perfect, the view was stunning, and the condo had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. Just across the street is such a wonderful beach with tons of sea life including turtles there everyday. Just a short walk to great restaurants and store. What a vacation and we will be returning for another stay soon!

Already Booked For Next Year

I have been staying at the Hale Kamaole since I was born, and this is by far the best unit I have stayed in. Its one of those places that you almost don't want to review because you don't want it to get so popular you can't get in again! But we are actually already booked for next year, because I don't ever want to stay in a different unit. It was super clean, well equipped. The owners were friendly, and quick and easy to deal with. I loved everything about this unit. I have a very messed up back, and the bed didn’t cause me pain, which is almost unheard of. The view is obviously unreal. I was even able to watch my husband and kids boogie board from the kitchen table, and we did see a lot of whales! We didn’t need to use the AC often, but when we did, it was quiet and efficient. The water pressure in the upstairs shower was awesome, everyone fought over that shower. I think the only things I would change are adding some sort of drawers or something in the loft, as my daughter didn't know where to put her clothes, and they ended up everyhwere, and improving the wifi a bit, because we had a few issues with streaming shows getting hung up. Also maybe some new boogie boards, as there was only one and it was missing the strap, so we ended up renting - but that is super cheap so not a huge deal. We were all so happy there this year. Typically we are kind of ready to come home by the end of our trips, and this is the first time no one wanted to leave yet. It felt like home.

Perfect location and amenities

This location was perfect as we had activities all over the island. The space was perfect for our 2 couples and one child. Beds super comfy, laundry in condo, kitchen fully equipped. But the best part was the gorgeous view! We could not be happier with our stay.

The location was everything for our family. We had the best views, shops, restaurants and beach access. It worked for our family ranging from ages 1years old, teens and the adults. Incredible views

Michael's condo was fantastic! The views are incredible, we could easily see whales throughout the day from every window and the lanai. Being right across the street from the beach and park was also great. We walked a few minutes farther to Kam 2 as it is a bit bigger beach and it had the best boogie boarding! I loved that the condo was so close to Wailea also and the shops and restaurants there. The condo itself was also great. Super clean, well updated and decorated. It was spacious and well-stocked. The only thing for folks to know is that there is some road noise. The condo enjoys the unobstructed views in part because it is right on the road. It did not bother us but for those sensitive to noise it could be a problem. Overall, I would stay here again. Michael was communicative and everything was perfect!

Highly recommend! The condo had everything we could possibly need. It was very clean and it’s a great location. The layout was perfect for two couples with plenty of extra room. We didn’t even use the loft area! Everything was perfect.

We really enjoy our stay at this condo. It had a clear view of the ocean so we were able to enjoy the sunrise and sunset off of our balcony. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It truly is home away from home. The owner was very accommodating and friendly. We will stay again in the future and will referral friend and family to this condo.

Great time

Overall it was great! Awesome location and a lot of fun. Only concern was the AC. It would get pretty toasty in the late afternoon. I believe all the units in Hale have the same system, so not a whole lot you can do without changin out the entire HVAC system. We would rent the unit again for sure!

Best View on Maui (BVM)- condo

Great stay @ BVM! Condo was well appointed as stated in description. The owner, Michael, was very accessible. Snorkeling gear was a bonus. Nearby parking was always available. The only downside was street noise at night on Kehei Road but the sunset views and the grass park across the road made this end unit more than worth it. Thanks, Michael
