“I’m honestly surprised this hotel has good reviews, the lobby was completely torn apart, our room was dirty, hair on sinks, boogers on the shower curtain, crumbs in sink. It’s very old and outdated and very worn and rundown. ”

“I enjoy staying here when we go to Kalispell. This time I had my 90 year old MIL with us and they had a wheelchair ready for us to use. My only complaint is that there is only 1 nightstand in the room. We have stayed 6-7 times in the last year and we always enjoy it.But overall an excellent experience.”

“Clean rooms. The accessible bathroom meant the sink was low enough for me to actually use and see myself in the mirror.”

“We stay here because it is a reasonable price and if you get a room without carpet, it does not have any strong chemical cleaning smells that hotels very often have. This is important for my wife who has severe reactions to chemical smells and perfumes”

“The property itself was new and clean, however, it felt very sterile. I wouldn’t call what they serve in the morning an actual breakfast, more like packaged muffins. I was disappointed there was no shuttle service to the airport, however, the staff was very friendly.”

“Purtroppo attirato da alcuni giudizi positivi prenoto una notte. All'arrivo troviamo alla reception un uomo che ci consegna le chiavi della camera parlandoci così velocemente che non abbiamo capito nulla. All'apertura della camera restiamo tutti a bocca aperta; ma la camera è stata fatta oppure no??...ci domandiamo!!! Troviamo i cuscini fuori posto e le lenzuola tutte stropicciate. L'impressione è stata proprio che le lenzuola e i cuscini non fossero stati cambiati. Guardiamo per curiosità...
