“I asked for a recliner for my husband. Well we got one but it was broke. The computer chair was lopsided and it made it very hard for me to work!!!! The indoor pool was ice cold and the hot tub did not work! When I pay for something I expect things to work!”

“Purtroppo attirato da alcuni giudizi positivi prenoto una notte. All'arrivo troviamo alla reception un uomo che ci consegna le chiavi della camera parlandoci così velocemente che non abbiamo capito nulla. All'apertura della camera restiamo tutti a bocca aperta; ma la camera è stata fatta oppure no??...ci domandiamo!!! Troviamo i cuscini fuori posto e le lenzuola tutte stropicciate. L'impressione è stata proprio che le lenzuola e i cuscini non fossero stati cambiati. Guardiamo per curiosità...

Every employee we spoke with was extremely helpful, enthusiastic and friendly. The breakfast was the best we have had at any of the “suite” type hotels. The dining staff kept everything fresh and stocked and amazingly clean. Keep doing what you’re doing - you have a great place!”

“Camera piccola, senza frigorifero, molto rumorosa, mediamente molto più costosa della media di motel simili e in più chiedono anche una cauzione di 100$. ”

“The parking was very difficult, there was homeless people outside in parking lot, stains on the shower curtain, no screens in the windows, there wasn't any hand soap in the bathroom, the soap containers were filled with water, the bed was the most uncomfortable felt like sleeping on metal springs all night. Won't stay again.”
