“Staff a bit tricky re booking tables to eat. Reception didn’t say a thing but I felt like we got into trouble trying to get dinner. Just a heads up to anyone - book a table. Food and venue was beautiful all the same.”

We had a good sized bedroom but with noisy floors in the bathroom as well not too keen on electric showers but eventually got water at the right temp. What they lacked was not informing that one slide-door of the shower box was broken. Unfortunately I only found out about the problem when I already was in the shower box and managed somehow to close it. When I noticed the problem to the staff, I was told the they were aware of the problem but 1. I was given the room anyway and 2. nobody has thought to tell me about the...

“The staff at the Crinan was extremely helpful. Our flight delays had us getting there well after midnight and staff was ready to get us checked in and settled as soon as we arrived. I wish that we had more time to spend exploring the local area. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious and the coffee shop is an added bonus. Our room was perfect and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Definitely reccommend staying at the hotel!”
