Having my own chalet gave me a lot of privacy and made it easy to have restful nights. The staff were helpful and made my stay comfortable and fun. They would have my chalet preped for sleeping when I was having dinner. I would stay at Lake Duluti again if coming back to Arusha. ”

“There were dust on the desk, bathroom and toilet were not cleaned, hotwater only came occassionally for shower. Only one towel for a couple. Kitchen is dirty. There are cockroach crawling allover the kitchen. Better clean your utensils before eating. The hotel didn't even have credit card charging machine. Watch out the owner will try to charge you 3% extra for using credit cards which is not on the Hotel.com statement. Don't have the hotel arrange your Safari trip. I thought he ordered from...
