Other things to note:

NO MORE THAN 10 GUESTS (8 adults and 2 children are permitted to stay at Ocean Break at Killcare. Guests MUST NOT BYO any additional mattresses or bedding. All guests must be declared at the time of bookings and any extra guests will be asked to leave the property and/or will forfeit their deposit bond.

Street parking is available but limited as the lock up garage is not accessible by car. We recommend that as the driveway is steep that you park on the street

SMOKING on the property both indoors and within the grounds is strictly prohibited.

Any residual odours or evidence of smoking will incur an additional cleaning fee of $500.

PARTIES including SCHOOLIES are NOT permitted. Unfortunately we will not accept booking for schoolie or university groups, as this is not a party house. Please note that the person making the booking must be staying at the property and be over the age of 25.
