“Some staff was very helpful 😃,Food sucks, sorry to say. Chicken all week 9 different ways. My son use to love Dury Inn, now he wouldn't eat the food no more. Run out breakfast hour after you open. Plus some of your chicken was always cook with onions.Some people have allergies to that. Sorry Dury Inn(plaza).You just lost one of loyal followers”

“Incredibly happy with the location and the staff was amazing. We had a terrible experience at a neighboring Hotel and the staff was incredibly accommodating. They allowed us to view the room before we checked in. Amazing customer service and VERY clean!”

“I loved it here. The staff were wonderful. The room was clean but had a man’s after smells I’d prefer it to smell like it was just cleaned but maybe the cleaner had strong cologne on. Idk but either way the bed was very comfortable, the pillows were so soft, check out times are available for extension ($$) and I love that option. If I can choose to stay here every time I travel here for work, I will. Thank you Hilton for a great stay.”

“Water was cold but we were told that one of boilers was down. Bed continues to be great. HVAC worked well. Hot breakfast was great. Thank you for another great stay.”

“We received a warm welcome. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The only downside was the continental breakfast, which was extremely disappointing, consisting only of packaged muffins and granola bars. On the other hand, the coffee was excellent”

“Generally good value for the money. Missing hair dryer, coffee maker in room. Shower rod was loose also out of wall. TV did not have access to any channels.”

“Great coffee! Very friendly staff. Free washers and dryers. Room is not huge but just the right size. Love the kitchen! This time I did hear people stomping above me but other than that, very quiet. There are lots of places to get food and gas from nearby.”

“Our room was handicap accessible, which we weren't told before staying. Shower was hard to operate and when floor got wet was very slippery. Room was small and air conditioner loud. Breakfast was not good. Staff was friendly and courteous.”

“We weren’t able to stay because the entire property was under construction. Our reservation was never even received by the property, so our arrival was unexpected by them.”

“Positive: Staff was friendly. Grab and go breakfast had nice variety and was fresh. You can exchange used towels for fresh at the front desk. Concerns: room wreaked from pesticides/chemicals upon check in late at night - causing severe headache. Had we not been exhausted from all day travels, we would not have stayed! Husband fell asleep as soon as we arrived, so changing hotels was not an option. We mentioned the strong pesticide odor to staff members and they apologized. Floor in kitchen...
