“I loved everything about this reservation with the facility. The only challenge was arriving during 3rd shift hours. Employee didn't seem so happy that we showed up during his shift, didn't explain things very well. However the room and everything involved was great, just wish the welcome committee was better, but I understand interrupting a nap.”

“The front desk lady did us an awesome favorite today! My daughter who attends FAMU left her wallet and keys attach at the hotel. We called her and she was able to get someone to get them and we pick them up! No problems at all, just quick actions! Great customer service!”

“Not fantastic, but we survived. The front desk was very polite, and the room was as nice as it could be considering the age of the property. Props to whomever is keeping this place open, but it is definitely a "last resort" kind of stay. ”
