“Good location, everything clean, quiet rooms . Had to have someone fix the AC ( room too cold) and ask for renewal of towels/ room service . Mirror said every two days but front desk said upon request. Should be clarified at check-in. ”

“Staff was very rude. They had a school competition that filled the hotel the day before and were super snarky when we asked if it was possible to get checked in an hour early. The front desk staff said, “ Did you see all the buses earlier, what do you think”? When we came back two hours later they made us wait another half hour and checked in several guests while we sat waiting in the lobby.”

(I think every hotel in this area is way too old and heavily utilized because of the base) This was my first time staying in a hotel like this one, and I was pleasantly surprised. I was traveling solo this trip and I felt pretty safe in the area. The stayAPTsuites were secure, so I was comfortable. I like the full kitchen aspect .
