“Really disappointed with this stay. The hotel is grossly overpriced, especially if you don't plan on using the facilities. Even with an exorbitant nightly rate, we still had to pay a resort fee which should have been included in that rate. If you are a person who wants to take advantage of the sports complex then this is a good hotel for you but if you're looking just for a nice hotel, this isn't it. “Location worked very well for our needs. Location was a bit sketchy but we came across zero issues with the neighborhood. Room wasn’t perfect and could have been a little more clean as there was a dirty rag on the floor and the bed sheets/pillows had some questionable stains. Best New Subs across the street was delicious and worth stopping by. Keep in mind all amenities, bathrooms, kitchen, lounge areas are all shared spaces. Doors to the rooms could have been more secured with deadbolts.”

“We LOVED staying here on our visit to Chicago. The hotel is quiet, the rooms are very comfortable, our host, Jose, was impeccable. The morning breakfast choices were just right. There is a nice clean frig that we used to stash some of our personal items that is allowed as well as access to a nice outside area with tables. My ONLY suggestion to the hotel ( and I do mean only) is that the pillows were flat that suited my back sleeping husband but slightly below par for side sleepers like me. Even...

“The Property was beautiful! When we walked in, the first utterance out of our mouths was "Wow!" Street parking was easy. The room "The Chalet" that we stayed in was spacious with many amenities and was spotless. The bed was very comfortable as well! And being on the third story, we got our stair steps in for our trip! Haha.”

“This may be the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The neighborhood is great, but the hotel is a repurposed apartment building and rooms have multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, W/D, balcony. AMAZING. Clean, sleek, updated, perfect. I wish there was one of these in every city in the world.”

“Hotel in ottima posizione a due passi da Michigan Av. Vicinissimo alla fermata degli autobus e circa 10 minuti a piedi dal River Walk. Struttura elegante, pulita, con camera molto ampia, dotata di un piccola cucina con frigo, tostapane e microonde. Bagno enorme con doppio lavabo e grande cabina doccia. La sala colazione (così come la reception) è al ventesimo piano ed è il vero fiore all'occhiello della struttura. Da qui si ha una visuale stupenda su Magnificent Mile e i grattacieli...

“La posizione é davvero fantastica, praticamente puoi facilmente raggiungere a piedi tutti i luoghi più importanti di Chicago. Ambiente molto cool che ti mette subito a tuo agio nella bella hall/bar, dove puoi trovare sempre un angolino comodo. Stanze stile moxy, letto (comodo) doccia (bella) e lavandino in stanza. “Room was not ready at check in time. Phone in room did not work. We asked for a roll away bed for our grandson and was told that we could not get a roll away because it is a fire hazard. Roll away shows up after we sent our grandson home. No late check out offered. This hotel is poorly managed.”
