“Relaxing, quiet week. Renting the pontoon was the best decision we made. When you rent a VRBO you never know what you will run into. Below is information that I would have found helpful to know. The front of the house is a 4 season porch. It isn't very deep so it wasn't somewhere to hang out but it was great to use for our extra stuff and for coming and going! Always able to find some some shade near the water. Loved that there was a little sand area for those sand lovers but nice you...

“We caught more fish in the 4 days we were here than we have the 10yrs being together! 2 10lb northerns and about 30 bass between sizes a pound to 5 pounds. Pat is Amazing! He let us use the pontoon for 4 days for a little amount of money because it was out anniversary. The food here great and the people are super friendly! Couldn't have asked for a better mini vacation ”

“We stayed five nights at Waters edge retreat with our daughter and her husband and their two children ages six and two. The accommodations were perfect! The cottage was recently updated and spotless! It had ample room for our group, including laundry. It was well stocked with dishes, pots, and pans, spices, extra paper, towel, etc. Dishes and pots and pans were all in beautiful condition! There is no zero entry into the lake, but it is very shallow near shore and we had no problem swimming there...

“Betty's Bungalow is a perfect little basecamp to enjoy time at and on a beautiful lake.The owners are thoughtful & communicative, and the cozy cabin has everything you need, inside and out (including a nice oscillating fan to help move air & utilize nature's version of AC) to enjoy the best of Minnesota's summer days and nights at the lake! “We decided to make a last minute trip to MN for labor day weekend. The pictures are great but its prettier in person. The kitchen has very nice appliances. The bed was super comfortable. It was really relaxing. My kids LOVED the bunkbeds. The host responded to any messages promptly. We would love to come back. It is queit area even with the campcround right there. 100/10 would recommend to friends and family!!!”
