Hotel a Kimball

“We had a volleyball tournament and stayed just for the night. The hotel is older, but it was updated as much as possible and clean. Staff was very friendly, pool and hot tub were decent. There is an attached bar (we didn’t go) and gas, restaurants and coffee right across the street. It isn’t luxurious but was just fine for the night!! ”

“The restaurant below the hotel is delicious. The basic rooms are just a simple small room with a bed and bathroom, the suite was worth the extra money. Stairs are a little steep to get up carrying your luggage, Parking was across the street but not a terrible walk, Overall I enjoyed my stay.”

“It would have been great if they would have put on the Website for the property and on Expedia that the pool was going to be closed for painting. We checked before we booked and checked when we got to the property and it was not posted. The night counter petson was very rude when asked about it and said it is posted on the front counter and was very rude about the situation. ”

“The hotel second floor smells terrible, even walking into my room the smell of pets and pee overpowered the room. ”

“Check out is at 11 am management called me at 10 am to remind me that check out is at 11am.this is so unprofessional that it defies belief.the heat for the room was an extremely loud wall unit.even though there is baseboard heating. The room could have had brighter lighting.When I asked around town about the hotel , everyone, I spoke to said it had a bad reputation.saf state of affairs in the hospitality industry”

“This is a very older motel with I am sure with original furniture. The pillows on the bed very flat! The lamps questionable if you can turn them off or on and stay. Minimal outlets. No continental breakfast, there is coffee sometimes, the culligan style water bottle is room temperature in the lobby. Did not go into the pool area. Had to check to be the toilet so it was not continuous run. Did not need to use the shower in the room. I believe the upper level rooms are rented. The staff people...

“The hot tub was excellent, clean and relaxing. The pool was everything you would expect. Hotel was very clean and well kept/updated. Very nice hotel for a very cheap price!! Faye at the front desk was very helpful and kind.”

“Our room temperature was 65 degrees at check in late in the evening. No response when front desk was called. Next morning it was 58 degrees. Front desk response was "I'll make a note for the manager when he comes in." No maintenance response. The body wash dispenser was empty. There was debris in the kitchenette sink.”

“The room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly, having restaurant attached was a bonus. Within walking distance to other restaurants and bars. Great place to stay. Will definitely stay there again.”
