“What a gem! The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was great. Wonderful breakfast and the use of sauna was a bonus. We will definitely stay again if ever in the area.

“Great location. Right on the ski hill. This time of year we could sit on the balcony and watch the wildlife on the hill. The suite/condo was nice enough and the kitchen was well equipped. One suggestion would be to get rid of the heavy drapes in the living area as they were so large that they covered up 50% of the windows when open which made it quite dreary in the suite. Comfortable bed but there was a queen size duvet on a king bed, so it barely covered the top of the bed (absolutely no...

“I’m not sure how to say this, but the exterior of Inn West does not exactly “jibe” with the interior of your place, so we had a hard time finding it … (ie- initially Figuring out it was in the condo complex, because it looks a bit worn down… & yes - you did STATE that it’s in the complex… so dumb us)… Maybe no one else has experienced this, but we drove around a good bit looking… Once in - great & no issue!”

“The hotel is very run down and old. In desperate need of some upgrades, especially in the bathrooms. The pool is dirty and not well maintained, hot tub was milky looking. We did not use either.
The in house restaurant was ok.. got food vouchers ($16) for breakfast, but the food was meh. The omelettes we ordered were like rubber and not appetizing at all. We have stayed at this hotel a few times through the years and nothing has changed. Staff are friendly and helpful but unfortunately, we won’t...
